NEGATIVE REVIEW FOR THIS BUILDER !!I would like to give negative ratings to the builder.The builder is a cheat fraud who takes money from the members for ammeneties and other things and then is not upto his words.Taking money from middle class people like us and then fulfilling his personal necessities. BIG TIME FRAUD & CHEAT!!

The project is superb.. It is located in prime location.. The main point is that the builder Mr MUSTAK SHAIKH is very sweet and polite person because the reason is after every site visit form filled, an underprivileged child will be provided with a free meal. After every booking of a unit, 1 year education fee will be paid for an underprivileged child, and in addition 5 trees will be planted.There are lots of amenities and the main point is that PROJECT USP -Geopathic stress free homes and first time it is launch in India by samrin heritage .
