First impression is that they give a personal touch to the deal which we find very rare in any sales office.They consider your budget and find ways to fit into it. They provide end to end service in smooth way- pre sales, during and post sales / registration of Plot. I have purchased plot at Belleza Neral, but commitment given in boucher has. not yet completed. Even basic need of internal road , cleaness of campus, 24 hours security is not yet provided . Work of Club House and Swimming pool is not yet completed.

We had purchase the plot in shahpur and the project name is Beverlly Hills. Exactly i had taken the plot from soft corner as on trust we purchase but after sale what commitment given by soft corner was not applied by the developer. And by sending mail and call there was no response from soft corner. After some time they stop to attain my calls. So please dont purchase the plot from soft corner if you dont want to get you hard earned money to get waste. They only sale the plot and get one side and no support we get from them . So request you to be carefull with them

Soft corner is just like any other local agent. they are doing marketing job for other developers and earn their commission. Once they sold the flat to you their job is done, in future if you want to sale the flat you have to do on your own, they will not help (though they will tell send e-mail). At present Im searching buyer for my flat and not finding any.

Zero After Sales Service.

Lift is not working last 2 moths sweeper are not available. Paver block are not provided . Sheval are coming in concrete slab. Lift are ram bhorose. Any time he break down .

Construction is bad... Such as sealing leakage,fungus & scratches on walls, ants, lizards, rats in every room. Might have a chance they use low quality of cement, plaster, paint. Thats the reason they sale the room, plots, villas, bungalows In low rate.They dont even do pest control in the complex..which they have to do In every month otherwise your furniture, interior will get spoiled because of insects.. If you will call Marketing & sales team regarding complaints they will talk rudely they will not listen to you at all which is unprofessional...Those people will not give you any black & white e-mail or paper work with stamp & signature about complaints. They just commit verbally in short they over commitbut they dont solve your issues again its a unprofessional way of working...in short they do politics with middle class people... we took room in 2014 just for an investment purposes we dont even stay... Only once in blue we visit the property but every time we face issues..and the dont support us...Not a good property for investment

Fake promises, big Big statements and just a big hype of everything if you are buying a under construction property.I never recommend anyone to buy any property if that is promoted by these people. I have bought 2, and already suffering.

3rd class . They dont bother about your problem. They only looking for there booking. I and brother have purchase one terrace flat (3rd FLR) and one another 1BHK (2nd FLR) at chandan park, khardi through soft corner. there is heavy leakage problems in both flat and also many of the tiles of terrace is broken.in spite of several letters & calls from last two years they have not solve my problems. there officers not attending my calls also.

Pathetic. Sounding a word of caution.Had bought a plot at khardi for project canvas some 8 more yrs back. No development yet. In spite of mails, meetings with staff as well as Mr D.S. Kulkarni no action yet. They continue marketing other project by same irresponsible developer, which speaks about their work ethics,professionalism.Others who have invested in this project can we come together as a group. Anybody having any updates pls revert. This project is not on the website of soft corner presently. No idea what that means. The office does not provide the contact details of the developer strangely.

False commitment for selling properties.

Very poor service never buy any property or plots from this agent. They cannot help once the property is sold.

They do not deliver as promised. Project at Neral Abhishek Florida is a big failure proposed date of possession was 31 Dec 2017 but till date no OC reason provided by their marketing teamJust to update on my above post with respect to possession of my recent property in Neral would like to inform you that after rigorous follow up it was identified that the delay was due to government officials as to handover OC . Though the construction was delivered on time but due to unnecessary reason it was kept on hold by government official .Would like to thank Mr. Amish and all the team members who work upon to chase and do the needful atlast getting OC finally on 17 Jan 2019.The construction is fabulous and delivered as written in agreement.Thank you Team once again.

In the dream mind.The name of the soft corner of your rightful home is everyones belief.The crackdown has been going on since 2017 and we are suffering the consequences. Forgetting the name of Soft Corner, Abhishek took a house in Florida in the project suggested by Ayushiya Kamai, but after the tenure there, the bombing of the said facilities, even today, three years later, when the project was in a partial state, Soft Corner had no response.Once paid, their door closes for you.If we go to the builder, we have Hariom in his ears and mouth.Our past father did not allow us to beg and our mother did not feed us.However, the advertisements of Soft Corner Wala are loud.They say the name of faith is soft corner.Thats nonsense.In the present situation, we say that distrust is a soft corner.Once paid, they simply ignore you.

When we booked this project in 2015, we were told verbally that the project would be completed in March 2017.Although May 2020 is now underway, the project has no facilities.All the amenities are incomplete. We have repeatedly complained to the developer and Soft Corner about this but Soft Corner has not paid any attention to it.Soft Corner just demanded money from us from time to time. We kept giving.After receiving the full payment, Soft Corner left us in the lurch.Today we are fighting for our facilities but Soft Corner does not pay much attention to this.They have removed the limb.Many times he asked us for a meeting but he visited us only once and even after that he didnt follow up at all and didnt help in any way.Their purpose is simply to raise money.They have nothing to do with taking commissions and then leaving customers to fend for themselves.Too big to promise.Most of them have a way of dreaming and letting go of the windWeve had a software corner but a very bad experience.
