We can say Richer people staying here,But its not like that, middle class & upper middle class people can also afford with proper planning, some food, fruit cost is Quite costly - say imposing Hiranandani rate

Worst project of Hiranandani estate. Sales manager Mr. Prakash Jain is very rude to customer. Forget about welcoming behavior he just cut our talk and let us go. Freaking money minded people not concern about customer satisfaction or service.

Ideally located...away from hustle and bustle of highway, surrounded by residential high rises. Daily necessities at a walking distance. One negative point is the approach road is in bad shape.

Place is bang on end of Thane hiranandani estate. No e clean locality to be livingWith easy access to restaurant , markets , school and doctors. Hiranandani walk is hardly waling and.even the hiranandani garden in close area. All in all if you are staying it investing is a great place. Lots of schools around.

Weve been living in Rosa Oasis since June of 2019. The location is fantastic with almost every necessity around the corner. The facilities are well maintained. The surroundings are totally calm and serene.

Construction is good and planned well. Spacious apartment.

Risa oasis is situated within hiranandani estate, it has decent entry and exit gates leading to ample 1+1 parking , podium, garden area, gym and community Hall. Infra structure is smartly designed having stilt + Podium leads upto 20 storeys of apartments , from inside apartment are not huge however good enough per Mumbai standard of ideal space. Hall though I personally think could be tad bit more spacious.The grandeur of an inviting double height entrance lobby and minimal wastage wide passageways greatly adds value to your living experience.Personally like the wind which blows and you feel highly fresh , light whenever it happens....they have enough space for visitors parking.

Be careful while dealing with the builder. The sales girl Anita is very rude and will keep you waiting for hours. Also they keep changing their statements. They will promise you good floor and price on phone and when u reach there, they will back out. I had confirmed a deal with them and when I took my parents they said its sold out and asking for more money for lower floor. Though the house is huge and good I completely lost trust in them. I booked in bhoomi acres and the builder was clear about pricing and floor availability. Also most of the reviews are fake here.
