This residential society is just 4 mins walkable distance from GB road, Owla signal, still its very peaceful and away from all the sound and air pollution. It has supreme view of serene yevoor hills with lots of greenery around. This society has 24*7 security, water, CC tv, electricity with generator back up. This society has decent sized children play area. Well managed and disciplined society. Only families stays here. All facilities like schools, colleges, bank, ATMs, Petrol pump, market, Dmart, Hypercity mall are very near by. All rooms are only 2BHKs which are spacious with gallery for every room along with separate dry balcony.

Accessibility and road is not even and never maintained, though it is surrounded by nature and few construction sites, its peaceful. Society is clean with an unclean management. Dont expect any humanity or co-operation , most flats are rented out , even the watchmans have the power to command here 😊 may be can be a good place to live as currently its not.

Worst builder, Incomplete work. People booked the flats 10-12 years back in Tower B , C and Still not got possesion. If you call builder then they will say work will start soon. People hard earned money gone for toss. Would have given zero star for this property and builder.

Nothing is good here except peace, you will be surrounded by selfish people.

Worst area in thane

Its a doomed project. We bought a flat in C Wing in May 2010, and no construction happening since Mar 2011. The building under-development since then. We dont know, whether it shall ever get completed or not. Chances look slim. Very disheartened and depressed. Looks difficult that it shall get completed by Dec 2019. Thats a false commitment.
