Very erratic water supply till now, water supply from municipal corporation not yet started,no proper maintenance / security....need to improve these aspects....2 stars due to nice people stays here but without proper amenities.

Builder surely lure you with lots of promises but unable to deliver on it. Its been more than a year now and still Basic amenities like clean water, club house are still not provided.Construction quality is very poor with visible cracks and leakage and also comes with cheap tiling and poor quality electrical and plumbing tools.Services to customers will be taken care by most of the builders but dont expect anything here.I will not recommend to buy any flats here.I suffered thats why I dont want you to suffer.

DO NOT BUY FLATS HERE. Therr is no drinking water provided by developer. They promised it will be provided ina month or so but now they are denying it. I am a flat owner here & also part of the society with 100+ families. We are fighting for basic things. They had also promised bus services.

Great township project with amenities. Nice elevation. Ample of open space with good privacy of each flat.

Builder promised that they will provide all the amenities but he failed. We have a small club house for over 250 flats. Pls check twice before buying.

No water No club house no gym and lifts are not good. Sales people giving false commitment about drinking water and building construction material are also not good. Builder behaviour is very bad.

I am an owner , I booked my flat in May 2017 and at the time of booking they have promised me with many amenities inside the flats and outside like club house, water supply, society bus, garden etc but now when I am taking possession there is nothing , in fact they are asking me for extra GST which I have to pay for difference amount .However while booking the flat they have assured me with all the expenses and cost.

Builder commitment not fulfill,still pure drinking water not available,and many issues.

Its a good project design and houses but very disgusting lifts are used for this project by developers. They didnt spend money on lift facility. Local substandard lifts are used and not working in the starting where no much families are residing in building.On date 22 Dec 2018 I am shifted here and I saw the quality of construction is very rediculous. I am sharing photos and videos for your confirmation. So please check all things when you purchase a flat in project.I told to the construction related person in last week but till date no progress in work and the wall is also is in damaged condition.

Worst Service ever.They do fake promises while booking.They told us if you cancel a booking in any situation only 5% should deducted from your booking amt. but at the time of cancellation they deduct 50% of booking & told us we didnt promise such things.making fools to people.Sales Office staff do nt hv any manner, not at all educated.Dont ever diserv 1 star.

No details shared when conversation held for the enquiry instead they stated in bad manner for the details when asked for the query. it very bad experience to talk though i wanted to purchase in this project paying total amt on spot. But after wiered talk i changed my min to purchase. Moreover they people only wanted to sale the flat and make a society ASAP and builder will be out of headache. Its very insulting and bad experience.

It is a good project, staff is also good in providing detail related to project, big complex, only the problem is its far from Ambernath station but hope soon sharing auto facility will get start because after JP symphony more projects are in surrounding.

I m d first resident of JP symphony,who is staying with family over a year now.but there isnt basic necessity of drinking water, our builders promised several other things at the time of purchasing d flat, theyre not full filled.

No gift given at the time of key .. also no gym facilty has been start n maintance is so high

No water connection from municipal corporation, zero amenities from builder; like Club house, joggers park, etc, 4km from station, no connectivity with public transport, One should have personal vehicle to commute
