Lodha is good in writing fallacious reviews online so people fall in trap. Let me tell you lodha is a place for people who have no class and it seems only senior citizens with narrow mind stay here. Shops don’t have business especially spa and food outlets as people have no money to spend. Be careful with real estate people they are here to fool. Pls trust me the road is maintained just because priva still has to sale its flats. Don’t buy property here especially shops.It won’t even go on rent .My family got fooled by real estate agent in Olympia and made huge investments. Non of our property goes on rent as people refrain from taking the risk .Atleast 20 to 30 shops have closed down here.
