Located on busy street leading to indra nagar from nitin junction, its a well constructed building. However, still under construction partly. Has stilt parking and hydraulic operated ones. Lobbies could have been better

Over priced , they are offering 1.65 cr for 2 BhK with 635 rera carpet..even Raymond and Sheth zuri & shapoorji Northern lights are cheaper.. or go to Samta Nagar next to this & get 2 bhk in dosti around 1.15 cr with bigger carpet..Surrounded by Ramchandra Nagar slum , SRA building is very close from this complex.

My family Have recently shifted to this place. We have a 2bhk appt on 9th floor. with well equipped Aminites but yet to be completed. Nearest to Nitin company junction which is leading center of thane. Within a 2km Radius of famous malls like Koram and Viviana, hospitals like Jupiter, kaushalya, and nearby schools like Singhania, Vasant Vihar, SES etc. Breath taking Balcony view of Yeur hills and sunset... In rains cause of all fog feels like महाबळेश्वर

The construction doesnt seem to be of good quality and the place looks very cramped. While I personally have no issues with slums nearby, there are a lot near this property. The sales managers try to convince the prospective buyers that slums, which are surrounding the property are going to be cleared, but there is no timeline. Also there are large SRA buildings right next to the project and more SRA projects are expected. So this isnt going to be an interesting place to live.

Friend has bought a flat here.. seems amazing...has good view...they use solar panel for society common electricity thats the great thing about them.its in ramchandranagar...and costs around 20 bucks in sharing auto and 35 around for a notmal auto.station thane is at a distance of about 2.7 kms...
