We are living in Courtyard since 16 Feb 2021 and experience is awesome and joyful

1. Construction isnt great2. Bad design. Bedrooms have glass windows on one wall which cannot open.There are two windows on two other walls which open. So basically three walls of bedroom have windows and remaining wall is door. Why would anyone need a window which doesnt open in the bedroom?3. Although the location is near Vasant Vihar, this is on the main road. There are hardly any people on the service road if you walk from Courtyard towards Vasant Vihar. Distance is less but feels unsafe.4. Overpriced. Prices are much higher and not justified.

Superb development. Loved the amount of open spaces they are proposing. Internal finish is top class.

Upend Real estate, location, gentry, gardens, clean air, adequate light, well connected by road , ample parking, no jostling crowds.Nice place to be for young , very young and not_so_young.
