Worst experience1. When I went to purchase a book, I mentioned school-std-Hindi (3rd language). They were not aware of which author.The school is just opposite shopping complex. Luckily I had booklist in PDF format.2. I was not carrying any bag, as I went there when passing by. Asked for carry bag, they refused. Govt not saying that shopkeepers shouldnt give carry bag,but it should be within given micron range. And customers may come without carrybag.When I had given 500 rupees note for 270+ purchase, they were first reluctant and asking for gpay or so.I think this academic book sellers know that customer have to buy these books without any options . So they treat like this.Very bad customer services.

They are a old timer , been operating for long from vasant vihar Amrapali arcade. All types of stationery and school and reference books are available. They get u if u order. Good book and stationery shop.

Wont recommend. Not for CBSE at least from my experiences. I have bought books for 12 years from them. My entire school life, but in the last few years, I had terrible experience. I got a Full Marks guide from them which had a plastic cover. When I opened the books cover page itself looked old and signed of having been used before. Even there were markings made inside it with pen on a few places.Second such experience was when I had to get a practice book for English CBSE 9th. I asked them if they have it, wasnt sure what the name is because it was just generally mentioned by the teacher. Since they always (should)have an idea of what books are for what standards because the schools recommend them to know. So they convinced me that is the book I needed, but when I confirmed with my teacher she said its definitely not the one. It was an unscathed book with not a dot of ink on it. But they didnt accept it, when they had actually first said they will.Next was with a Tupperware Tiffin I got from them. No special mentions for the price ofc. But when you purchase something like that from them which actually comes with a warranty, you expect their best product. I got it and within less than a month I found it leaking several times. Even those items which leave very less oil residue seems to leak. I demanded a refund or a replaced product. They assured it will be replaced. And . And I got a lower quality vertical square vase shaped storage container in return, that too after waiting for 6-7 months. I didnt knew it was that difficult to get a single small replacement tiffin manufactured and sourced.And dont think Im writing this in the heat of the moment. Im writing this after many months after be assured that was my worst experience.But most importantly you may have forgotten the bill receipt anywhere else, never forget one here. Always get one, no matter how small a purchase you make. Because they it seems they best not to give you one. Or after much asking a rough one with only prices mentioned not what was purchased.

Nice store, availability of books makes it a nice place to visit, Every book which you will need will be there and at an up to date condition.My only issue is with pricing of notebooks, like notebooks are on bit of expensive side like If I purchase a notebook here at 45rs, I can get that at 40rs in local store, i know that difference is not that much but still. But other books like textbooks, storybooks, novels are at MRP price and I think theres some room for negotiation also.

We can get any book easily . Mr.Kapoor also very polite and helpful . Gives very good suggestion s on buying books.
