The oldest commercial Building i can say. Has offices, Restaurant, salon, gym, bakery, medical, Banks. Very well maintained and has strict rules for any one buying or renting any space here. All facilities available.

Well maintain, lift available, security guard present all time in hall premises.

Shops near road are good. No parking allow on road. Niether there is any parking lot. Traffic controller pass by very frequently in this area. Better avoid car.Dr. Sane (Pediatrics) on first floor.

This place has lot of offices and Dr. Sanes Paediatric clinic on the first floor. There is a lift. And a semi - spiral staircase. Parking is a major challenge. There are eateries and Wellness medical store as on the ground floor. There is a Bat store and Iyengar bakery too. Oriental Spice, a upmarket Chinese restaurant is also located in this building.

Went for visiting Dr. Nitin Burkule, cardiologist, attached to Jupitor Hsp. Routine consultation.

The arcade was good first of all there was a hospital in ground floor and other 2 floors are for business like private finance , recovery office

Parking a major issue , many restaurants now open..... Including box 8 iyengar bakery etc.....Lift is a bit old and has curved steps so be careful

Iyengar bakery at Ground floor is a quick spot to identify.. Visited for Dell Service centre which is shifted to another place at Thane west, opposite Talao pali.

Commercial center and mainly occupied by Doctors for clinics. Also some offices of lawyers and consultants ...

Clean place. We visited Dr Nitin Burkule, the liftman was very curtious. Place is clean and well kept.

Parking is a major problem here. The place is big with various business outlets on each floor.
