It is impossible to reach them. Post lockdown they have closed all their services. I bought gadgets from them, MAC laptop n now charger is not working. what is the use of their 2 years warranty when you cant reach them. What am I supposed to do buy a new charger. This is absolutely unacceptable.

The good thing about this shop is you can exchange your old Gadget with the new one, but at lower price. You can also give your e-waste here and buy some new gadgets.

Good Place for exchange of Electrical Gadgets.2 yrs warranty for old mobiles is good.But It should be implemented properly as one of my friend bought an I-phone 6mths past but they refused warranty saying that the handset is broken by him. As he gave the handset for verification to Iphone service they certified its the internal issue of the Phone. But still issue not resolved.
