Had to sit outside for long before entering the SATA. However, upon entering, the service became more smooth. The staff and doctors are nice and efficient.Would be better if theres online appointment for health screening as well.

Seriously, with so many bad reviews I thought they may have improved. Please visit other clinic, full stop! Even with 6 person in front of my queue, waited for 2 hours+, then the worse thing happens is lunch time and been told to come back again. And again another 2 hours waiting time. This will be my last visit here.

Worst ever waiting time .! Wish to give 0 star for waiting time and the customer service and nurse.!!! I had been here for three times. First day i came at 330pm n yet she told me the clinic full at 3pm n need to come back tomorrow at 830am. Ok fine i came back the next day at 9am and yet the waiting list so long n i need go to the poly at 1030. So i came today (845am on third day).. i hate the way ur nurse communication ... Especially the nurse who registered at counter A who had tattoo at her hand. Yet i isked the malay nurses at counter 6 when my number will be called just to have my jab... Respond NEED TO WAIT FOR DOC!!! Even though she wore mask.. i knew that she fedup.. who knows!!! ! Lucky my number had been called at 1045am n the doc so politely apologize to me to keep me waiting so long. When the doc asked the nurse to prepare my jab and doc told her tat i been waiting so long , the malay nurse wearing shawl responselike so sarcastic n the doc told her not to talk like that to her.. Youre not supposed to talk like this . I really so fedup n waiting so patiently n their customer service to the patients.

Im giving a 4 star rating because of the long waiting time.Im a Poly student, I had to come to this place for an Eye Test, this place was only recommended to me on my form. Honestly the long waiting time of about 2 hoursAfter the eye test that took 30 seconds...this rating is final.

I was told that there are no online appointment booking for checkups. Came here for a checkup at 10.30am. Was told to come back at 1pm for the clinic was full. Came back at 1pm. Was told to wait for 1hour. Waited for an hour, was told that they only had 1 nurse and the waiting time is another 1 to 2 hours. What the hell is wrong with this place.

Nearly 2 years ago came to do medical check up. The nurse who was taking my blood was not really good, few attempts until got it right.Today came here again to do medical check up. The nurse was so capable. I told her beforehand that some nurses and even doctors said that my vein is small so it would be harder to get my blood. She tried and got it in first attempt. Then she explained that my vein not small, its just hiding, so it a bit harder to find it. Appreciate her for doing a good job! :)The minus point is clinic facing system problem and can only get the result a week after. They also got night service charge $6 (this also applied on night services, not only on weekend as stated in the picture).

I frequent SATA for health screening regularly and my overall experience is good except for this bad experience with AMK branch. Even a simple blood test, the staff can also make mistake by taking lesser blood and request me to come back again to take another tube of blood. The staff even had this blaming tone like its my fault for not having enough blood when its her mistake. Not even apologetic. When I asked her why she didnt wait longer for more blood, she even cooked up BS excuses saying the needles will hurt me if its inserted for too long. Had to fast again and go through the long queue, just to right their wrong. You can judge for yourself.Update: went for the 2nd blood test. A Malay staff attended to me and she was extremely gentle and careful. The unprofessional staff (who took my first blood test) even tried to instruct her to take only 1 tube (grey) of blood but she didnt listen to her and re-took 4 tubes. I believe the malay staff is doing the right thing, otherwise my blood test will not be accurate given 2 blood samples taken on different days.

Before i come to sata, I make a call 1 day in advance to make appointment. they said not need make appointment for a medical checkup. But must come before 11 am!I went it yesterday and reaching by 10 :45 am. But the front desk register lady, refused to take me. She ask me to come back at 2 pm. Otherwise I have to waited to long another 25 peoples to go. I told her okay, can i make register now for 2 pm she said cant. I have to come 15 mins before. After that i questions her when i call and have they said to come before 11 am, and im here but you not let me go in! She replied unhappyly to me. Sence i asked her to allow me in.I went in, it only take 45 mins very past.Luckly im not listen to her, otherwise have waited until 2 pm!I hope the China lady in front desk learn how to talk English properly and be polite to customer!

My mum came and did OGTT test with fasting. After waiting for 4 hours for second test, the staff informed her that they have lost her first blood collection and urine, and requesting her to come again on another day. How can the staff be so careless and making a 70 year old lady to suffer the long hours fasting and pain. Terrible service I had ever seen!!!

Bad experience at this clinic. They have a good numbering system but their own staff do not work with the system. I brought my helper for her check up and waited to be called for each step. Thats fine. But when we waited for more than an hour and when we were practically the last few left in the clinic, we approached the staff. She was surprised we were not seen by the doctor and took our slip to check with the doctor. She didnt come out for a long time. I had to slide open the door and asked if we could be attended too since our number came out. Apparently both Doctor Kaur and the staff were chatting away; oblivious of patients waiting outside. I told them we had been waiting for a long time; to which the Doctor responded that they were reviewing a case. Then why called our number ? Both knew I was upset and quickly attended to my helper which only took 5 seconds and shes done. Why did she not finish the 5 seconds instead of chatting to the staff behind doors knowing that our number had been called. If not for their X ray facilities, I wished I had not visited this clinic.

Ive been availing of SATA clinic services for years. All previous years were at JE and twice at AMK branch, the recent being the 2nd time.In view of the covid situation I gave them a call in advance if any appointment required and was told that for the purpose of my visit I can just walk in and so I did. I came at 1:15pm, long queue of around 25-30 pax. When it finally reached my turn around 3pm, I got in. I finished, paid and went off 430pm. I couldnt believe the inefficiency. Whats wrong with implementing an appointment system where the clinic get to control the crowd and avoid such long queues and loooong waiting time?? WHY???

Very small area and very crowded, be prepared to spend almost a few hours here even outside peak hours. The place charges additional rates for weekend appointments. Theres also little privacy when doing tests like urine test.

Went all the way in the pouring rain just to be informed they ran out of the vaccines for mmr and hepatitis. Was scheduled to come at this time for my 2nd booster shots too alongside many of my other colleagues. Are we supposed to always call before we come? Previously another of my colleague came to collect her results only to be told not ready! We dont live on the neighbourhood but this is the nearest location for us. So much confusion in the first place too because they didnt understand we were sent for vaccinations by the company. Didnt accept our letters and went back & forth.Had to come back a second time to be vaccinated but my colleague got hers done the first time round.Really bad experience for this centre..Heard there was less confusion at the other centres..Only consolation was the nurse who handled the vaccinations was really good at it.

Despite so many bad reviews about SATA AMK, I went there yesterday to get health screening. The lady who stood outside to ensure patients were contact tracing check in, warned me earlier that it could take a longer time than usual due to many patients inside but ensure that it could be done before 12pm. All the staffs inside were nice, they took a good care of me. Especially the lady from Padang at the counter, the guy doing the x-ray, the nurse who took my blood (she is good!!!). Thank you, guys!

Called the hotline 1 day in advance to check if we need to book appointment for colour vision test. I was told to just walk in and avoid lunch break.Reached there the next day before 1030am and provide NRIC to scan and given contact number outside the clinic. Then we are told to queue outside the clinic to wait. After queuing for 1hr 30 min Outside, we finally went into the clinic and told to queue at the register counter. Then we are told the clinic is now close for lunch and asked us to come back at 1pm to queue again. Seriously, very poor management by the clinic. You can’t simply ask people to queue for so long and just said you are close for lunch.Your clinic are providing all kind of services but you can’t even manage a queue system for different service. This is ridiculous. Govt polyclinic manage the system better than your privately own clinic.

I was reading the reviews for AMK branch, there are more “recent” negative reviews compare to the positive one. However I decide to give it a try. I was doing my health screening at the clinic and these are my observations.QueueMy appt was 9am, I reached there about 8.30am and was surprised that there is a long queue outside the clinic. I joined the queue and it takes about 30 mins for my turn just to take my temperature and safe entry. Not too sure if patient with appointment can jump the queue? I continue in the clinic waiting to get a queue number. Waiting time to get a queue number is pretty short, probably less than 1 min.StaffFriendly and service level is acceptable. One of the staff seems to be confused when I submitted my report.SystemI booked my appointment through their website but the system email does not reflect my appointment date and time. This need to be improved.I need to visit several stations to complete my health screening. At one instance, I will have multiple stations start calling my number and as a patient I do not know which station to go first until the staff told me that I can go to any station that I wanted. Not really a big deal just that at some point, I was not able to understand their system. Maybe this can improve as well.Overall I am pretty satisfied with the service and also I receive a snack pack after payment

The worst experince at Clinic ever, Need to que 1hrs 30mts just to register and another 1hr plus que the other side to enter clinic. Dont know they short staff or dont know to manage. Kindly refrain from going to SATA Ang Mo Kio. Worst service standard ever. On 31 Dec 2020, brought my helper for her check-up at 2pm only to see a white notice pasted outside to say they are closed. Website and calls made mentioned to be open. Later found out SATA Potong Pasir was open that day. What double standard here.On 2 Jan 2021, brought my helper again, only to be told this time at 11am that registration was closed when it was supposed to be closed at 1pm. Explained to the male staff stationed outside that such practice is ridiculous and asked to talk to senior management. Then was told they are on leave and advised me to go to SATA Potong Pasir for registration. Really do not know what service SATA Ang Mo Kio is running.Eventually took my helper to a private clinic at Blk 410 Ang Mo Kio Ave 10 for her check-up and then to Blk 422 for her X-Ray. All completed within 35 mins and spent quality amount of $72.75.If you people are reading this, please refrain from going to SATA Ang Mo Kio or you would be wasting your time there. Thank you.

(+ notes):The service was fast so I was out quickly.The staff were generally nice, though some were so soft spoken that I could barely hear them.(- notes):For a medical center, its not very clean. The place is really run down and you see dust around.They have the absolute minimum resources and utilities for being called a medical center. The blood test is done by one person at the tiniest corner with equipment piled up on top of him; the urine test is done by you carrying the urine in a drinking cup and holding it while they insert the test patch, and you are asked to go back and discard it; and so many other things.Overall, If Im paying $200+ for general check ups, Id expect the equipment and resources to be on average quality at least, and this wasnt the case here.

Did my health examination + chest X-ray examination for my Australian visa application for $177. The booking process (2 days before) and the processes at the clinic (on the actual day) were fast and efficient (I arrived at 8.30am and finished by 9.15am, 15 minutes earlier than stated). Most staff were polite and helpful (including Dr Tang).This was my first visit. It was much better than the negative reviews had suggested. Perhaps they have improved.

I was initially apprehensive to go down after reading the reviews but had a really positive experience here. I went down for my pre-employment medical check up at close to 9am on Friday and the whole process took about 45 mins from start to finish. There was a very clear system in place and you just had to go from one station to the next when your number is called. X-Ray personnel was professional and polite and so were the ladies at the registration counter. Dr Wong, whom I saw, was also polite and took the time to explain to me when I asked questions. Overall, a good experience. For those wondering, the check up cost about $50 in total.

Visited with my company’s insurance card, staff was not very sure how to process with the registration. As it was an e-card, I was informed to screenshot and email them the card. This is different from my experience at other clinics, but understood that different company had different procedures, so I did it anyway. After doing so, they informed me that they couldn’t check my email as there is no internet on their computer (not a technical issue that happen at the moment, they just DO NOT HAVE IT). In the end, they had to use my e-card and made me filled in 2 other forms.Registration alone took me 20 minutes to complete, even though there was barely any other patients.UPDATE: Consultation took another 30-40 minutes wait. I could and would understand the waiting time if there is a long queue, but no number was called from 1345-1410, until I approached the staff and told them that their Doctors have not been calling for any patients.Initially chose this clinic due to the convenience of their opening hours (other clinics have lunch breaks). I have visited other clinics with the same insurance program and same price range but had never encountered this much red line and inefficiencies. As if being ill is not bad enough, the service here had made my day even worse.

Staff made me wait for 45minutes close to an hour for health screening, which did not happen at all. One of the male staff took my IC and told me that he would help me register. Went in and came out with my queue number. 20minutes later, he took my IC once again and just said “help you register” when previously he already got me a queue number. (Have no idea what he was doing, and did not give me an explanation at all) Later on mentioned that nurse will come out to do the necessary checkups so I waited. Ended up nurse and the male staff told me that there is too many people waiting to be checked and I should go back the following day. Understand that it is the busy period now, but I do firmly think that the staff should be more responsible in terms of the needs of the other patients and be more alert overall.

After reading all the bad reviews here, I didnt wanna go but Sata is one of the few places that is open during office lunch hours around AMK so I had no choice. I went in with very low expectations.Walked in on last Thursday during lunch to do a medical check up.The lady at the reception with the short haircut was polite, clear and helpful.The entire process was very fast. I registered and got my number around 12.20pm and I left the place by 12.50pm.Upon getting my number, I was immediately called to take blood then to see an Indian doctor and then to perform the X ray.All the staff were polite and patient. My only slight inconvenience was that one of the nurse couldnt find my vein and ended up poking both arms. However, when the first nurse couldnt locate my vein, I was sent to the senior nurse who was able to find the vein quickly and manage to draw blood with lesser pain.All around, it was an efficient and quick medical checkup.

Totally agreed with overall Rating.Very RUDE nurse at counter 6You dont have to be loud to embarrass me because I cant differentiate hues.Just because you are SATA?I paid to get such service??Read : Colour blindness is a usually a genetic (hereditary) condition (you are born with it). Red/green and blue colour blindness is usually passed down from your parents. The gene which is responsible for the condition is carried on the X chromosome and this is the reason why many more men are affected than women.

Service was rather disappointing. Was treated with bad attitude even though I approached them nicely. Documentation department and treatment department weren’t in sync; both unclear of what can be done in each other’s department. Was pretty much treated like I owe them a living throughout.Good thing was that the doctor I visited was quick and focused.

Everything went well when I went there for checkup on Saturday, 25th Nov 2016. The staff (especially one lady at the counter) is very friendly and helpful. The instruction may not be as clear but its easy to find a staff for assistance. I didnt like it that Ive to put my bag on the floor (as strongly advised by the lady taking my weight and height) as the floor doesnt seem as clean as other clinics. Generally I have a good experience at the clinic on a late Saturday morning where theres few patients.

Doc referred to Polyclinic and asked for memo to release medical report but did not tell in detail what kind of memo. Polyclinic doc wrote a simple memo and the nurse just blasted and questioned without checking. The tone of voice and facial expressions puts people off. How would u rate a staff who pointed a finger at your report and asked you to “read it yourself”. Doc never clearly state what kind of memo needed so patient made a waste trip to polyclinic then went back to SATA to get insulted like an idiot, then have to go back to polyclinic and wasted time just to get the doc to write a more detailed memo. In my opinion, polyclinic has higher standards. Paid so much for such a terrible experience. This one star is for the rest of the staff who are still professional.

Avoid at any cost, the lady doctor (i forgot her name, but was indian origin) was high-handed and lacks basic courtesy in dealing with old patients. I also suspect she has proper understanding of developments in modern medicine and was very old fashioned in the diagnosis process. I really don’t think anyone should pay for such lousy service. I wouldn’t go there again even if it’s totally free.***Added after i saw a comment from managementAfter seeing many 1* below, i think management doesnt really care. Its not that hard to bring in a doctor who smiles and talks. If not for the pre-registration (fees paid), i would have walked out without further consultation.

The staffs there were really unprofessional and rude. Extremely rude. I came back to get vaccinated for a health screening for University and the nurse at counter 6 stood up, banged her drawers shut (LOUDLY) and told me to go to the back. I went and took a seat, she didn’t even explain to me or bother to countercheck my patient details. Her actions were very swift, and showed little care to the preparation. I actually did not feel safe at all under her administration but before I could even ask for another nurse, the needle was in. She gave me a jab which led to a painful shoulder swell and subsequent lipoma at the site for more than 2 weeks. The Indian lady doctor was also sarcastic and rude (Dont understand how she is still there and nothing seem to have changed after months of bad reviews which the management promised to ‘look into’) Horrible experience.As a fellow nurse, I have little tolerance for healthcare workers who show no due care for the patients. Such is the staffs at SATA Ang Mo Kio. Pls avoid this clinic at all costs.

Had to visit health screening and take multiple vaccinations there. Saw Dr Tang who was very friendly and professional, helped me out with my immunisation schedule for school. Went back a couple of times and the Nurses attended to me to draw blood and give me vaccinations. They could recognise me and were friendly. They seem like a family when working together. 👍🏻I think the previous reviews were not very positive, but i think perhaps we have to adjust our expectations and also treat them with respect.

My brother who had a left chest pain and saw his family dr and was advised to take a treadmill and was referred to sata ang mo kiohe went on 4/6/19 was there to do the treadmill .when i was running after the family clinic was told the report was not ready due to the hari raya holiday by the call centres. Again following days and weeks i have been chasing both the clinic and sata centre still not received.then i called one mr william on and was told we sent it through courier services by 17/06/19 to the clinic.still result not back.Again called Mr william on 19/6/19 and was told cannot get hold of the courier svc guy.to my surprise i would want the management to know why is this taking too long and very unproffesional.

I was having sharp gastric pain and went to see the doctor on 16 jan,wed night around 7.30pm. Like a normal doctor,the Indian female doctor did a check on my stomach.When I asked her if my stomach was bloated,she replied that she don’t have X-ray eyes and could not tell me.Overall,the doctor tone was quite sacastic and I think that was quite unprofessional of her.it was an unpleasant visit and I would not recommend you to go.

Subsequently, when I wanted to confirm the appointment, they said that Potong Pasir did not do mammograms on Saturday. Luckily I had called to double check, or else it would have been a wasted trip!Would NOT use SATA in future if I can help it.

This would be my first and last visit to SATA@AMK. We (husband and spouse) booked appointment at 11am for full health assessment and was advised to be there half hour before our booking time. As we were rushing from another appointment, our journey took a little longer than expected - we reached there by 10:50am. Soon at the scene, we informed receptionist our booking time and was issued queue number. Things get disorder and out of our expectations as our queue number was not called after an hour of wait. To our curiosity, we have to constantly check with on duty staff about our turn. Our frustrations building up at times our name being called. Time is running out for us since we do not have the entire afternoon to burn for the waiting time. After some discussion, we decided to call off our assessment SATA @AMK, a terrible and terrifying once in a life time experience.P.S. Upon fixing the appointment, we were told the entire process could take an hour per pax.

Doctors were rude and Lousy service from the person who checked my blood pressure. Been waiting for my med report so I can start my job, took more than a month and yet no results given to the company. So I came personally to this outlet n find out that my BP was high and nobody informed me to retake. Not even an sms. Their receptionist is confused why none of them told me to retake. So they just wait till I decided to just drop by and see what’s happening. So furious

I came around 3:30PM just to get medical for MOM and I missed the IPA (my mistake) but came back 4:30pm to get the Que number. Before I left I ask them if it is sure that they will take the 6pm patient and the staff said YES! so I waited and when I came back at 6:17pm, they refused to take me as they said its closed already! 6-9pm clinic closed at 6:17pm? They shouldnt assure the waiting patient like this! SORRY is not enough to wait from 4:30. Very disappointed for their service!

Please avoid this clinic unless absolutely necessary. The nurses are friendly but the attitude of some staff is very discouraging. I went to fill up a health form to submit overseas and the physician then signed on the wrong part and refused to see me anymore until I reprinted the form (which I could not do at the clinic for some reason), forcing me to waste an hour at the library to reprint this. Afterwards when I came back it was night clinic and I couldnt be seen by that same doctor, and no doctor was willing to see me until I pointed out that it was the original doctors fault and I had paid the consultation fee already. Recently I came back to fill a similar health form, and was told I could not be seen because I required a passport (there was no such requirement previously).

Visited on 28 July 2018 to certify Lasting Power of Attorney. Everything from phone enquiry to registration to seeing doctor was very very pleasant and professional. Had to wait for about 40mins which is not uncommon for large clinics. No complaints, especially since they charge less than GPs. While waiting, saw many patients being gently and politely advised and guided. Would visit again if needed.

Really worse place for check up. My wife reached Sata at 10am & wait for 1 hours+ still not her turn & not even being call in. Mention that go in check up still need to take up hours again. 15-20mins call 1 person. It a wasting of time check up there. End up she gave up checking there & choose other medical place just took her less than 1 hour to finish everything by not booking appointment. Price also higher by around $8 which is more faster. Not worth to go as they do not have booking appointment since their waiting time is so long. Feel they cant manage well on waiting time.

Made an appointment for health checkup on 30th June at 8.30am under NTUC Income. So by right, the clinic would already have my particulars. Upon arrival, I went to the appointment counter to queue and gave the guy staff my OC but was still told to register, which left me really puzzled. Waited almost an hour before its my turn to register (yes, I waited patiently). So this lady staff attended to me and realized I was on appointment. Ah yes, wasted an hour of my time. & then she went to check with that same guy staff and he still asked me, who told you to register in a tone that kinda irks me. So I rebutt back with an annoyed tone and told him coldly : YOU. Well, at least he was apologetic about it so I was fine afterwards. The lady staff attitude was really nice and assisted to get my queue number to be prioritized as Im doing a health screening. Went to see the doctor then xray etc etc.. Nurses were extremely friendly and made my mood better at the end of the day. If total i spend 4hours at the clinic for my full check up, but still need to go back for my PAP as doctor said that unable to do the test till my period comes and end. Nurses were puzzled by the doctor decision as well thou. Will be going back for my PAP later on. Will update again!

My experience with the team getting me through a full body check up was virtually seamless, save for some waiting which could have been avoided due to miscommunication between the radiologist and I. Other than that, the speediness of the process far exceeded my expectations. Thanks!

Came here for a colour vision test. Quite afraid to come because have been reading reviews on how long the wait is. Saw someone who went to Jurong sata for vision test and thy said they took 2hs.... so I expected to wait for 2-3 hours too.however when I came here, registration, waiting and test was finished in, to my surprise, 10 minutes!!!😱 staff were all very nice and the simple test was completed within 1 minute. Registration took the longest and waiting only about 2 minutes. (Went on a thursday morning)Overall happy with my visit 😊!!

I asked the counter lady whether if I could get my eyes checked for driving licence as I have colour deficiency, she said yes. I even showed her the form. I took the queue number and waited a few hours for my turn. When it was finally my turn, I proceeded to the counter and gave my form to another lady and she said that they dont do the service here. What? Bloody wasted my time. Please dont waste people time.

Why on EARTH need to be so damn RUDE over the phone!Simply asked if possible to send a confirmation email for the appointment booked for my parents so that I can add in the AUS VISA file that a health check confirmation has been booked - and the reply could not be more terse and rude“WE DO NOT SEND ANY CONFIRMATION OVER EMAIL or SMS”Did not even bother to make a reply to my THANKYOU and the call got disconnected...Really poor morale of the staff there....WOnder if its poor working conditions or just the culture....

Went to singapore from my country just because of this. Make an appointment , But in the end , they said no Appointment from me.When i make another one , the manager told me , they dont have the system blablabla , and in the end , I emailed Australian Embassy to make sure and come back the next day, after showing the email to this so called Medical Centre suddenly they got amnesia and told me they have the system to do this. I wouldve give Minus 5 star if im able to.

Went to queue before the clinic opened at 8, finally finished at 12.30 cause they messed up my number. Staff didnt seem to care when i asked about my number. Even after the matter was resolved i had to wait for people in in front of me to finish first even though they came much later than me. Hopefully i dont have to go back there ever again.

GENDER ERROR IN LAB MEDICAL REPORT!!!From the moment I stepped in till the end process, horrendous! Malay Q ticket front desk turned me away for my pre-employment screening saying I did not print my letter! Told her I wasnt advised and already Liased via email to have my medical with SATA AMK. Didnt bother to check with her colleagues and asked me to get my letter till I raised my voice and was attended by her colleague who has my emails. Urine test method unhygienic , gave paper cup! The very same ones dispensed for drinking! The Indian girl did not even wear gloves handling the urine sample and went on to touch other things in her work process! Did not charge properly n had to come down to pay and waited for results which later was told not ready! Came back next day and collected results and again waited damn Long for it! Only upon reaching home found lab report has my gender wrong!!!!!! My goodness, seriously ??? This is a medical institution and such errors???sadly the foreigners working there are good service provider especially the X-Ray examiner, she is polite and assist professionally. The SINGAPOREANS JUST CANT BE BOTHERED TO DO THEIR JOBS! Gossiping about Doctors out loud within earshots of public! Lack of professionalism throughout and out!

If there is lower than 1 star or half of it, I would have rated that, because of this particular one old bespectacled receptionist lady in whites POOR attitude!! She asked me to fill up the form, which I then asked if I could borrow a pen. She was VERY hesitant and keep asking me REPEATEDLY if i dont have a pen (what kind of question is that!?).. so i asked if i can stand at the counter and use the pen attached to the counter which she DIDNT agree with. 5 mins wasted of me standing there, expecting for a pen to fall from the sky, until a stranger had to approach me and borrow his pen. Hello, is it a million dollar pen and she was very afraid if i might steal it and sell and make a profit?? Furthermore, it took me only about 20 SECONDS just to write my name and simple particulars on the front page of paper.. Any VALID reason why she cant borrow me the pen or allow me to use the pen on the counter?

I mus say service is not really there despite being private. i waited over 2hrs+ jus for a simple checkup (eye test, urine sample, xray chest). i paid for express and stated by 1pm can collect but even after 2pm, my colleague who collected for me had to queue n wait somemore.... i wonder whats d point of telling people they have express and timing to self collect when they dont fulfil their words. Procedure is rigid and ineffective. Being private, i personally feel there r comparable to polyclinic. Probably have to search for faster and more effective private clinics out there.
