I brought my older sister to the clinic today. She has physical and mental impairment/disabilities, and was using a wheelchair. We were at the front door and staff Alice came to open the door and without hesitation, helped my sister to stand and take the one step up into the clinic. She also brought her safely to sit at the waiting area. Alice was on hand to assist throughout the visit which was a great help to me. My sister was there for a Disability Assessment as P Tan Family Clinic is an MOH Appointed Assessor. Eldershield provides monthly payouts for those who qualify, based on the assessment. Dr Paul Tan conducted the assessment carefully and thoroughly.I was there to collect my prescription of statins. P Tan Family Clinic is on the CHAS list to provide subsidised treatment and medicines for chronic illnesses.Lee Lee, the other staff has always been very patient in accessing the Medisave and CHAS payment subsidies for this prescription. I have been paying the CHAS subsidised rate and the balance is deducted from my Medisave.Todays visit was a positive experience given the ready help and support from everyone at the clinic! Thank you!

I went to the clinic 10 minute earlier. Then I entered inside the clinic and looking for the staff, one of the counter staff come out from behind and told me the clinic will open 2pm then she ask me to wait and then I ask her back can I wait inside she said cannot why I cannot wait inside whats worng if I take sit n wait inside. Then after 2pm I went back to the clinic and register then they ask me to wait then I wait. WAIT FOR 30 MIN FOR THE DOCTOR REALLY there is no any pation around me very bad service kindly improve the clinic service. But the counter staff very friendly thanx

Very long waiting time of more than 1 hour on a weekday (with only 4 patients in the queue before me).Extremely rude and unprofessional reception staff who slammed the paper in front of me. Will never come back here again.

Good service. Nurse very nice and doctor also very patience. Nurse will make sure that I understand all my medicine before I leave the clinic. And they will also follow up my appointment to remind me. Thank u clinic.. 😁

Visited them with fever during covid period. The admin stuff was extremely rude, giving unclear instructions before my covid test. At the end gave me my medicine and just asked me to leave. I asked for my MC, which she just say its inside the bag (how would I know if she didnt inform me? She must think I have super powers). And since I was living in a dengue hotspot, I asked if I could get checked for dengue as well, she said they will only do that after the covid test. Went to another clinic in the end for my dengue test. Glad I did cos was confirmed with dengue after all.

Clinic staff was rude and unhelpful. Speak as if i owe her a living when i didnt bring down a document and wont help me print out either. Dont waste your time coming here.

The counter staff is rude and horrible, the waiting time is about 50minutes -1 hour, so be prepared. Recommend to go to the several clinics nearby. Let them make subnormal profit and shut down pls. So less people will waste their life here. The doctor is nice though

Dr Tan is a very careful doctor - he checks the medicine for every patient before it is dispensed - something that Ive not seen in other clinics. The staff are helpful and cheerful. Waiting time is short (less than 5 mins) during non-peak hours.

Clinic staff was friendly, able to explain to all medicine and also doctor able to give a lot of advise on my health check-up. Great place to visit and doctor also do a tele-con if i am too sick to visit the clinic.

Rude and very attitude admin not helpful no explain do nothing and look away when ask her something pretend that her dont hear anything.

Was surprised that the clinic assistant was coughing alot and she didnt wear a mask. Told the doctor P Tan that I was feeling a flu coming and he gave a couple of medicine and charged $52 for it. Insane. Anyway I took the medication and didnt feel better. In fact, my phlegm became from white to green and I have to see another doctor this weekend

Called to make an order of chicken pox vaccination about 2 months ago. The clinic staff told me that there would be a vaccination jab available 2 months later. When the exact date was due for me to take the vaccination, i got a rude shock that there was no stock of vaccination available at that point of time. It was so obvious that the staff forgot to make the vaccination order 2 months ago. They told me that they would call to check with the vendor for the stock within the day before lunch time but they never called me back ever since. I was so disappointed with this clinics inefficiency especially in this medical field.

Staff was friendly and approachable. Doctor very friendly and can do tele-comm.
