The doctor takes forever……Only 4 patient ahead of me but i am waiting for more thn 1 hour alrdy……am i at the polyclinic….?

This Healthway Medical branch in Ang Mo Kio is located near AMK central, in between the 2 malls, Jubilee Square and Djitsun Mall.They offer medical services as well as dental service. They are also accredited partners for CHAS and the PG Pioneer Generation card.The shop is located near the carpark, at the corner unit of the block.

Just had my tooth extracted by Dr Ray Lee and the whole procedure can be described as comforting and professional... really appreciate Dr Ray and his team for the assuring and comforting procedure :) thanks

Poor customer service. Called for enquiries. Staff counter kept interrupting my qs, for her to talk. Walk in to the clinic, that particular staff shows lack of basic common courtesy. Facilities incomplete too, had to go to other building for xray. Should give a heads up as cost and time incurred to travel.

Visited the clinic a week before. It was a pleasant surprisedOverall it was a pleasant journey. The counter staff are fast and helpful. They gave additional and constructive advice regarding the medicine. The price of the overall consultation is affordable as compared to other GP clinic.Would be better if the clinic to repaint mainly because clinic a very gloomy ambiance and old exterior.

I visited them as a patient learnt these lessons about this clinic.- though they say it closes 12:30 ,they will refuse entertaining new patient after 12:00-12:10 . Unemphatic staff will not care even if you you plead and are coming at 12:11.- insurance e-card ,they dont accept . They demand patient to login to insurance company website on the spot. If you fail to login due to OTP or another login issue. They will bluntly refuse to accept your insurance. (This I am going to file separately with insurance agency).- Citing any random policy written on their A4 size paper they refuse to verify the e-card themselves.- If you argue they will suggest to visit another clinic OR pay in cash and see doctor as a private patient.In nutsheel , pathetic admin staff having absolute disregard towards the patients.

Lousy locum. Misdiagnosis. Had informed the locum that a few days ago a doctor said I had flu. Had also informed the locum that i came to the clinic as my condition had suddenly deteriorated. The locum then checked my lung (very quickly) and prescribed stronger dose of medication. My condition worsen over the next 2 days. Today, a competent doctor, from another clinic, found out that my current condition was due to bacteria sinusitis in less than 1 min. Had the locum done a more thorough physical check, she would have seen the pus. I needed antibiotics, rather than stronger dose of flu medication. No way, my family and I can trust Healthway Medical for its medical services.

Though their locums are lousy, the counter staffs are very professional and gracefully attend to patient needs. Hopefully, patient can see the good in this clinic and dont judge because of their locums. Dr Chia is good as well!Kudos to nurses!

I dont know if its a scam. But i paid $15 for my consultation fee, and its a Sunday. And $60 for my medication. When i asked for a breakdown charges for my 4 medications, 2 ladies at the counter seems panic. They told me that they cant release due to insurance thingy. Well, i hope its true.

The counter staffs is very professional and dr lee wei mun is the best doc i see so far , able to ask and consult me about my problems ,explain what i should do or take what i should not . Best recommand to here .dr is pretty and friendly too . My 2nd visit , 1st visit recommand by friend indeed is good . Good service ,good communication and good attitude !!

There is only one doctor but I am usually seen quite quickly. Dr Bertram is friendly and approachable and the consults are affordable.

What the hell this old man doctor cant even help me do a simple wound cleaning for me, ask me just leave it or find back my surgery doctor. I really need to clean it everyday.

I visited the clinic yesterday complaining of sore throat, cold, abit of cough and body ache, Dr betram just gave me pain killer, asked why he did not give me any medicine for my sore throat he says no need, if worsen then come back to see him, until now my throat still feels some pain and hot and my voice starts to change, very unprofessional

Average waiting time :1hour. Only one doctor at all times. Unfriendly nurses.

Lousy worst of all ever..didnt know why a company would engage such a lousy clinic for screening...
