Im not sure if the services have changed because of past bad reviews but my experience here 5mins ago was a breeze. The staff were polite, answering every question I asked. The lady executing my x-ray was professional and polite, too. Maybe I got lucky and had a good team on duty? Im glad I didnt go elsewhere after reading the previous reviews.

This x-ray clinic is the worst clinic I went so far. I reached at 9.05am and only done after 1.5 hour. I was informed that film will be ready by 10 mins yet only can collect after 30 mins. If you in hurry I suggest do not come here and be prepared to spend at least 90 mins to get x-Ray done.

The worst place I’ve ever been... Pls avoid this clinic if you have option.. That placr is so crowded like wet market and bit lost control. The most ridiculous is I have been wait for 4.5 hrs due to 30+ ppl were ahead of me..... But when come to my turn, the X-ray screening only take 1 mins then finish and ask me to leave.... This is how inefficient and nonsense that make me totally cannot accept...

The staff are very rude and there is totally no customer service at all. They even scold the customers when we don’t understand what they say. I ever feedback to the management but they ignored me.The clinic could be abusing their position of being one of the few X ray clinics.0 Stars for their service and attitude if I can.

I went around lunch time, there were 10 people before me - waiting outside. Some more patients were inside. Staff was professional and helpful and when asked they informed me that waiting will be about 35 mins, which it was. Receptionist mentioned that the best time to avoid a long wait is in the morning 8:30 - 9:30. -1 star for the lack of protective clothing.

Ladies, please be very careful and avoid this clinic. They have robes for patients taking x-ray but the male radiographer would not give it to me. The x-ray machine is next to the door and while I was asked to position myself at the machine (front facing outwards), the male radiographer opened the door wide open several times to expose me to a waiting room seated with other male patients who could have a full view of me and I saw a male patient quickly looked down in embarrassment when he caught a glimpse of me. When i questioned the male radiographer on why I wasn’t given a robe, he flared up at me and even swung the door in anger on his way out. I wrote to the clinic to feedback about the experience but I have waited months and they would not reply. In short, the attitudes of both the male radiographer and the clinic have shown that they have a total disregard for the modesty protection of female patients. If you read more reviews, you will find that mine is not the only such complaint.

Worst place, if not for companys requirement to visit here. I wouldnt be here. 1star is the minimum, i believe this place deserves a 0star.

Got to the place at 12:30pm, was told to come take a Q number and come back at 2pm. Low and behold, was asked to take a new Q number again and waited for 3hours for my turn. Overcrowding of waiting area. Patients made to sit on the grass patch outside the clinic. Avoid this place!!

Reception young lady ask to come back 1hr30mins. Come back 1 hr number over. Ask to retake number and wait another 1hr30mins. Attitude.

Very bad experience. Called almost the whole day and no one picks up the phone. When I was there, the Chinese lady staff was veri unfriendly and her tone to patients was not good.

I was here for a dental x-ray (Lateral cephalogram) at around 11am, I was made to take a queue number from a machine and waited for almost 2 hours to go in. The waiting area was very warm and payment was made first upon registering.As I was in the x-ray room and they were setting up the machine, they told me the machines height couldnt be adjusted/it was not working and I was made to step on a stool to try if I could fit the height of the machine. When it didnt fit, they told me they had to call an engineer down to fix it and told me to come back another time. I also wanna add on that I was also not given a lead apron to put over my body before the x-ray.After that, I was then refunded the money in cash but basically I waited about 2 hours for nothing. What a waste of time.For a clinic specialising in x-ray they should really check whether their machines are in proper working order everyday and they should always check what the patients are here for before making them wait hours just to go in for nothing.Staff are relatively friendly... But I think they can give better instructions and have better service. PEACE OUT.

Came here @3pm to have my xray done. waited only ard 30 mins from taking the q number until I finish taking my xray. very systematic and fast service

The worst clinic I have ever visited. I have been to this clinic for X-ray of my severe Ankle injury, a month ago, staff here are irresponsible, they sent my X-ray report to wrong clinic and no update until I do follow-up many times. Staff here are impolite when you query about the status, their default answer is wait for a while. This is been happening more than two weeks, the waiting period never ends. Giving a single star is even frustrating for me.

Professional services during the day for scan itself, but not the best experience when collecting results.. Long queue, was told no need to take number, just wait outside but eventually staff forgotten about it. Waited long enough before asking again and was attended to.

Below 1 star. Was at their Radlink novena royal square branch recently and the service is totally much better than this branch.

The Filipino lady at the counter is friendly and polite. The x-ray staff is ok too. Teleconsult was very fast, but doctor was ok (attentive and explained the x ray stuff).The cleanliness and hygiene is questionable. I found a dead lizard (looks like dead for long time) in the teleconsult room. The gowns area was overflowing with used gowns. I know they are busy. I don’t think they really clean or sanitize during the day. Only the x-ray room smelled very strongly of alcohol/sanitizer. I made sure to Sanitise my hands before leaving the clinic.Total time since I got a number until I was out of the clinic about 1h.Basically I got what I needed (x ray) with sufficiently friendly staff. Only minus points for the hygiene and sanitation.

Worst place ever for xray! Every time I went there, there were 25 people waiting to be called to the desk. Waiting is outside. Place looks terribly dodgy! Do not go!

Very rude staff, bad attitude. That xgray lady do not give proper instruction during take xgray. Should give her a serious warning or take any action on her.

Below one star. Reception staff is highly unresponsive. I made 5 calls to the clinic and nobody picks up the call.So, I went straight to the clinic. I had a referral letter and was told that appointment is not needed. After waited for 40 minutes, I was then told that I need to arrange for an appointment. She should have just scheduled the appointment when I first reach the clinic. The staff also had bad attitude. Not fit to be a front line service staff. They should treat patients properly! Poor management and staff training.

Given current covid concerns I was very unimpressed with how they refused to sanitise the equipment. In addition the “talk with the doctor” highlights all the reasons why patients are suspicious of the concept of telemedicine. Doctor I spoke with was on the move, couldn’t be bothered to pull the mic closer to her mouth and didn’t seem to really listen to my responses.

Very poor customer service.

The locum radiographer (a male) named Andy was very unprofessional. I was not offered to change into the gown for xray. He simply asked me to remove my bra and proceeded with the xray. I was wearing a white top and can be seen through especially under lightings. He was very close to me. No respect for patients’ privacy at all! This is unacceptable!

Worst experienceI called the clinic more than 10 times, but they didnt respond to my call. So I decided to go to the clinic, but they said they cannot take patients anymore even though I reached the clinic 25 minutes before the closing time.Seriously they need more staffs.

They have very inflexible processes. I asked to be emailed the softcopy of the xray. Staff told me to come down personally to take it. Had to pay an extra $10 for it too. When I got the softcopy, which is a cd, I am unable to open the files inside it as they are in the rad format. Had to call them back and they told me to download this special software. However, this software requires u to pay in order to use. I ended up getting my chiropractor to help me convert the images into normal jpg files. Very inflexible and troublesome process just to get a softcopy of my xray images.

Very rude staff with attitude problems. Avoid totally if possible. Staff at counter especially, plump auntie with short hair and specs is just simply terrible at customer service

RUDE!Accompanied my mum. Upon arrival, the staff at the reception ignored us completely. When I could finally get her attention, she only pointed to us the machine to take a queue number despite my mum having an appointment set. I took a number, but went back to her to ask about the appointment and finally after a long wait and attempts to tell her, I could inform her.The other staff were equally not friendly and behaving superior-like to the patients. Only later when it was not busy that theyre friendlier. Behaviour could have improved.

The chinese receptionist is ok..but d xray lady very rude.. do not gv proper instruction n showing face that dnt lk to answer..

Asked if we’re able to take X-Ray on the spot, and was told to wait for queue num to be called for registration, waited for 2 whole hours before telling us we need prior referral.

The service attitude is not good enough. Our Chinese medicine clinic introduced the guests to go there to take X-rays. Instead, we called back and asked them, as if we owed them money. Why is it not allowed for TCM doctors to open letters and film? Could it be that the clients met by Chinese medicine practitioners are not even qualified for filming?
