Overall I did not have a good experience with this clinic.I went to the clinic for medical check-up for driving license renewal. Firstly, the senior staff who was at the reception was very rude with respect to the safe check-in and the registration. Secondly, the fees charged was also expensive. Based on the enquiry I made, even Raffles Medical charged lesser for the same service that was provided at this clinic. When I highlighted this point to the same senior staff, she responded rudely again and asked me to seek medical treatment with Raffles Medical.

Reception is super rude. Just called to enquire about something and I was a little unsure about the HPV jab so I took a little more than 1 second to respond to her and she rudely said “hello I’m talking to you?”

In my personal experience, the receptionists are polite and accommodating especially when my online ecard wont work as they assisted me anyway and patiently looked over my files. I trust the doctor here coz he is really attentive and shows genuine concern. He suggested for an MRI and really found out I had slipped disc, now Im recovering. Really thankful for this clinic.

Super rude and unhelpful receptionists. Depend especially on the old grandma receptionists emo and PMS that day as your only luck. Very good Dr Wong, being the only saving grace for this Aspen Clinic Bishan.

Very poor attitude. (the old lady in the clinic and the rest). The doctor needs to hire more professional staffs who have good manners in attending patients, both in the clinic and by phone. I like Dr. Wong but the receptionist staffs are not helpful and somehow rude!If they can find out patients particular in the system, why do they have to keep asking IC number, phone number etc? it is unprofessional, most of patients are people who reside in the neighborhood and they have been visiting the doctor for many years! telling patient this No.. please tell me your IC # and your contact because I am looking at the lab records not at the system. Isnt it their job to look for patients details in the system based on date of visitation? How many patients went for the same lab test in a day anyway? and Isnt it more professional to say Mam, we apologize that it takes too long, we havent received the test result from the laboratory yet but, dont worry, we will keep you informed once the result is ready. Learn a consoling tone to patient who is worry of her/his test result! Rather than saying the result not back yet, we will call you, when you come to see doctor, huh? There was one time we had to visit the doctor two days in a row, the old lady asked us the same annoying question: are you first timer? Isnt it better to ask Can we have your particular, IC number and name, please?. Wont she be able to know whether or not the patient is a first timer from the record? and I have been visiting this doctor for years, I have never heard the word please from the staffs. What I always heard: can I have your IC? or sit down first, we will call your name.Destitute manners. Poor service.Perhaps they need to go for english course beside customer service training, they are front-desk staffs, people who serve customers afterall!

I prefer this clinic in the locality due to the doctor. He is very friendly, patient and his diagnosis is accurate. What can be improved, as others pointed out, is the assisting staffs attitude. They also read out loud the medicines and for what it should be taken, which is kind of embarrassing for the patient in front of others. If they can improve on these, it is a really good clinic in the neighbourhood. Do note that, except Wednesday to Friday, rest of the days morning slot is crowded (around 45-60 mins wait time), so plan accordingly.

Dun go there when Dr Wong is out of office.Dr Wong is an experienced doctor but the lady standing in now is definitely not and can be aggressive too when you asked a question or 2 more about the diagnosis. We patients need not be treated this way.Do yourself a favor - check with the reception who you will be seeing before signing up.

The clinical experience was bad, really bad. When i needed to extend my mc by 1 more day, instead of it being a quick process at the climic, you are required to visit the doc again just to let them see ur unwell. All this process will take u almost an hour plus. This clinic sucks in such administration.

Firstly, not only is Dr. Wong really intelligent and a very knowledgeable person, he is also really kind, friendly, and caring towards his patients. Dr. Wong carries out his profession with a lot of compassion and also, hes not like many other doctors who just focus on being efficient in seeing as many customers as possible hence leading to a relatively ineffective consultation and treatment. Instead, Dr. Wong takes the time and put in a lot of effort to identify the most accurate diagnosis of each and every patient to the best of his understanding. Therefore, most of the time the treatment prescribed to his patients are relatively appropriate and very effective in helping them in their recovery.Secondly, the ladies working at the counter of his clinic are just as kind, friendly, and caring as Dr. Wong. There were a few occasions where I arrived at the clinic where they were in the midst of closing or have already stopped taking in patients for consultation and instead of apologizing and telling that the clinic is already closed and that I have to come back another time like every other clinic counter staff would have done, they would always take a good look and see how genuinely sick I am need to be treatment as soon as possible, hence allowing me to be the last person to consult the doctor even though it means that they have to stay back slightly longer and overtime just for me. It can be easily derived from their attitude towards their jobs that the clinic counter ladies at Aspen Clinic are genuinely passionate when it comes to treating the ill.Lastly, the clinic accepts many different types of cards from various insurance companies and healthcare subsidiary schemes. This just clearly goes to show that the team of people from Aspen Clinic are genuine and compassionate in helping to treat those that have fallen sick, also, just one trip to Aspen Clinic is enough to prove to you that their patients healthcare is their top priority leaving your money, and that profit maximization is the least of their priorities
