Pricier than all its competitors. Staff have very little knowledge of the products they sell and just arent trained in how to be friendly/helpful. Stock always an issue - you see something on display, but invariably its out of stock. Ive given up on using PC World at this stage

Manager of the store it’s so rude he doesn’t have a idea how to deal with the customer’s.I spend there this morning €600 to buy the laptop and I ask the manager for the bag to carry on in the-laptop and his answer was ,I have no bags and no one for three years ask me about the bag how unprofessional is this .He didn’t even say sorry he just walked away and ignore me completely I feel embarrassing that this big company like PC WORLD have this kind off of Manager on charge in this store.

For a PC store, also called PC World, you have a choice of Dell, HP and Lenovo entry level laptops... Im guessing if I want anything decent I need to purchase it on Amazon...

Depends on the staff and perhaps the time of the day. Had a different experience each time. Most of the staff on the floor however were very disinterested and were not very helpful however there were exceptions. Negotiation is possible if you show same product is available cheaper elsewhere. Stock and display are good.

I bought a 55 Sony TV from this store in September 2018. I wasnt impressed with the service I received to start with. The sales assistant was a lovely guy and did his best to make us happy but the manager was being difficult about putting our finance application through and I honestly dont know why that was cuz we got a confirmation in less than 5 mins from the finance company. Last month I brought the broken TV for repair since I have insurance. Ive been waiting since the 12th of May and still no positive outcome 1 month later. Once I finally sort out this TV issue if I ever do, Im never buying from this store again. Nightmare to deal with. Can you imagine they lost a 55 TV and only located in last week?

Big selection, laptops are lacking. Only seem interested in selling big TVs, the smaller ones arent of interest to the staff so you have to figure it out for yourself. Decent choice of headphones and speakers.

Bought a few things here over the years, which were grand. But what really got them 5 stars is that theyll take as of now (Nov 19), any large electronics you want to recycle for free with no unreasonable T&Cs.

Staff very polite this commendable. First of all, I am a Chinese, said the next goods, shopping experience, the individual feels all computer hardware are more expensive than China, such as, i7-9700 k and msi Z390 - gaming pro motherboard, shopping malls in China, main board with Cpu, total is 400 euros, Irish PCworld, items that require more than 800 euros, oh my god, the gap is too big... The same thing in Chinese stores, China shopping website is very affordable, in my view, commodity itself is serving the people, rather than the people in the service of goods, if the price can be adjusted, I think will be better for the vast number of people to experience goods, I will be very happy once again to buy the goods here. Also will be very happy to recommend friends to buy.

All printers on show but almost none in stock for sale. Staff uninterested and annoyed to be disturbed while pretending they are doing something because they have to look busy in front of their amateur managers.

Some staff were nice, some were not but none of them seems to know their stuff. I had to explain to staff where theyre wrong in their details even though the details were on the box. Black Friday deals were great though.

Had product with defect. Insured with replacement policy from store. Dealt with very professionally and quickly, on the spot...new replacement.. delighted

Beware.... purchased and paid for an item there recently only to discover as I was leaving the store that item presented to me was not the item i purchased. It was similar, but not the same spec. I returned to customer service to hear another customer trying to resolve a similar issue as mine. They said that they couldnt sell me the item that I wanted, even thought it was on display with a price tag attached, because it was not on the system. Not alone was the item on display but it was also visible in the customer service area. Neither issue was resolved satisfactorily, and then had to wait for several days to be refunded to my card. ... be very aware. Make sure you get exactly what you want .... not just something similar.

Always a Really poor customer experience in this store & I’m afraid it starts from the management & feeds down to some poorly trained staff. I would avoid as there’s other electrical stores in the Centre that give a much better service with more competitive prices & better customer experience. Avoid.

Popped in for a collection, shop looked in good standing but there was a special needs cleaner who opened the bathroom door as I was going for a piss and proceeded to walk in and go about her business even when I said Im in here she replied oh well why wasnt the door locked

Competitive prices and better customer services than other stores.

Was helped out by a gentleman named Ashan today (correct me if Im wrong) and he was wonderful. He went out of his way and helped me out with all the information I needed.

Has just about anything you might be looking for electronic wise, can be a little pricey compared to online price’s, but other than that would recommend PC World for their helpful staff and quality stock!

I went in to buy a 10 tablet, I knew exactly what I wanted and explained to the sales guys, I had all what I needed and was not pressured into buying something I did not want.Its my fault that I not check other websites, I could have saved another €20.Check and check again.....

Pretty decent range of tech. Id like more gaming laptops in stock though.no u dont have top of the range tech, u have 2018 gaming laptops and no rtx 2080 9700k laptops, very entry levels laptos with 60hz screens , so dont lie to me OWNER.

Honestly they are one of the biggest reasons why I shop for my tech online. Most of the times Ive being there before when I would be looking for something they will have it on display, but could not order it in for me nor tell me when they will have it in stock. Dont get me wrong the staff in there are lovely people ,but I feel this place is run pretty badly higher up. You get more help from Maplins around the corner and theyre much smaller shop.

Very nice and helpful staff there is a big deference between this store and the one in the Jervis,the staff in the Jervis some of them don’t even understand or speak English plus if you want to buy something they will give you the wrong item, that’s why I have to always go to the one in Blanchardstown .

The girl at the cashpoint was very nice, however the staff on the floor were very disinterested and were not very helpful at all. I approached 2 of them with separate queries and you could tell they didnt care to help.It was as if they even went out of their way to avoid me from approaching them, they would pretend they were busy with something and walk away.Please put your staff through customer service training.

They do carry a great range but are a little bit on the expensive side. Every so often they have good deals so I call in approximately once a month and sometimes get bargains!

I wish that I could give 0/5 stars. Every time I go into this store, I encounter the worst customer service skills that I have ever witnessed. Employees avoid eye contact and they will turn and walk the other way if they see you open your mouth to ask for help. I walked out of the store today after putting what I was going to buy back on the shelves.

Great store with a great selection on display. I wanted to buy a specific computer mouse here (a Logitec G502s) but I wanted to chat about it to someone that might know more about it in the store. This is a gaming mouse but I wanted it for Photoshop use. I went to the section and an assistant came to me within 30 seconds, immediately he tried to sell me a broadband package and I informed him I had a good provider and did not want to switch but that I was here to check out a mouse with programmable buttons to use with Photoshop, he told me I was in the wrong section and brought me to the computing mouse section and left me there immediately. I was disappointed as I often bought here before and got great service, but not this time, this guy was not interested I me after I declined the broadband offer. Still a great store but maybe the management or staff are getting a little extra for selling other companies packages and letting their usual great service suffer a bit. I bought the g520 and it turned out that I could have made a better selection had I got a bit of advice.

Large store, well stocked, helpful staff. Queue was quick even when busy.

Huge store with lots of eletronic, computer and houseware items. Location is good, right beside the Blanchardstown Shopping Centre. Prices are usually ok. From my experience clerks are usually not helpful and dont give you much attention. If you already know what you are looking for, just grab it and head for the checkout counter.

They are not exactly a PC world with all the systems in there being cheap entry level computers, while that selection is lacking the same can be said with their selection of audio products 50% of which where beats and cheap ones that would break in a week, the only good selection of products ive seen there has to be its gaming section they have products on display for you to get hands on with and try out their ergonomics with brands on display like, Corsair, HyperX, Razer, Steelseries and Logictech and the employees know alot about the products there, to sum it up their pc selection is limited, their audio section is limited and the gaming section is fantastic

They have nice laptop. Rest of gadgets one thing I did not like staff is magnet where ever I go they stick to me and same question are you need any help.

My husband has bought Apple watch few months ago and he crashed the glass.Before bought insurance ang got receipt on as proof if any accident might happen.When we back to Pc Word just with simple question what is the possiger to get or fix this watch ,nobody was interesting help us and when they have checked into the system they said nobody under this name is in the database as paid any insurance.Staff was rude and very unpolite and was most of Irish guys on that day unfortunately.We back home and have founded that recipt and we came back to PC W again to show how poor they are and what the mess they have into the system.Finally they didnt even say SORRY!!! we make mistake.I do not recomend this store because of people.I would like also add that it wasnt first time when staff was really unhelpful.

Sales assistant in the TV section lied when asked the difference between two Samsung TVs. The staff member did not know the difference between different model numbers. Instead of checking, or saying they did not know, they made up facts that the TV companies website proved wrong.

Was looking for a tv after i desided on one i asked one of the staff memvers to to bring it out it was a samsu 55ku6670 worth €1,069 i picked out and also done the paper work for and paid for the guy who done up the paper work brang out a 55ku6470 witch is a €800 one i asked him twice if he brang out the right one. I got home after i paid a taxi becouse it was to big and it was the rong tv. I recomend not going to this shop as my expirience has proves the staff are very unexpirienced and will do and say anything to get comision.

Reserved an item over phone the when I arrived the item was not there waisted 3 hours on phone and getting to the store manager was rude and said not his problem absolutely appalling way to treat a customer who was GOING to spend 279 euro in your store.
