No, its not 2months back, its last month 18th( see the bill copy for the proof)i came to install ram, but due to careless work of your boys( missing screws at the hinge support and inside also) ,today i had to spend another 900 rs for getting repair of damaged hinges of my pc.When i ask about it, you said you have to come in early days. Is that we want as a customer ? Walk to your store again and again? For your mistakes do we have to suffer wasting time and money?So instead of covering up your boys you better warn them to do work properly.I appreciate your behaviour with customers but ultimately service matters.Comment1,I highly disappointed about his service. Recently , I got repaired my laptop. Instead of rectifying existing problem, they damaged my laptop. The shop owner calls his workers engineers but they are not capable to do work as ordinary technicians.Infact my laptop hinges gets damged as they forgot to fix the screws out side and inside as well.When I ask them about their mistakes, he said it is democratic country mistake will happen.Now i am in another service ceter, Where spending double amout what i spent earlier.I dont even want to give them one star rather would give them zero rating.Think twice before you visit the store for service.Here are the pictures of my laptop present condition in another service center.

Couldnt cater to the smallest bios flashing which takes 10 minutes of time. Asked for at least a day. I did it on my own after a few youtube searches.

Disappointed with the service. I have give my canon lbp2900 toner for the repair. I have specifically asked them to call post checking the problem to take an approval to repair it or not. Gave it on Friday 19 Feb. Till today no one has cared to call. Just now went to store to check the status. Now they are saying that it has problem with both drum and pcr parts. However as they do not have pcr paet in stocks with them. They havent repaired it. But I asked them about the intimation which they did not. For which they are like just sorry. Not integrity at all towards customers.

Best computer parts store that I have ever seen before, I highly needed the keyboard, they were about to close the shop, but when I got there as I told them my problem. They sent there employee to the godown and bring one keyboard for me and finally hand it over to me. So this shows these guys are very customer oriented and believe to deliver the customers

Called the place and the guy that answered was actually really nice and helpful. My mac book air got in a small water pool and stopped working. i asked him for his advice about it as 2 weeks after the computer went back to life. First time i felt someone not trying to make me pay something I dont need... Saved their number and will make sure to have them as my stop if ever, hopefully not, i need something in the future.

Worst experience. I gave my monitor with adopter as there is a problem with on and off issue, they told theyll complete it in a day it took 5days and charged 700rs, after going to home again I got the same problem, then they asked for the c.p.u also although it doesnt have any problem. Then it again took another 5days and they simply said the problem is with the adopter., They should have checked the adopter in first place..!! That too 600rs for an adopter ..!!

I stay in Toronto. My sister in law is a regular client of theirs . I wanted a mackbook pro for my work. I needed some high end softwares for application development that need a high end computing device. I wasn’t sure about the configuration and versions so spoke to Mr. Raj about it and then also to Mr. Arvind about it and they were really helpful. Inspire of the time changes they had enough patience to listen to my requirements and suggesting the best piece for me. I then decided upon buying this laptop from them and get it with my sis in law and asked them to install all the softwares that I needed. Gives broken parts with double the pricetag without a bill

We said, to clear the fan and fix the display driver but not to uninstall them! 😠 They did clean the fan but, why did you uninstall the drivers??? This makes no sense. And took 1200/- from us. No game, is working. Graphic card error! Please, try to understand. We had a heck, and now, we are trying to fix it. Thanks for cleaning the fan. And you said that the PC is fixing driver repairs, but it aint! They got uninstalled, and the graphic lags with lots of memory. 😑😑😕😠

I gave my network printer for alignment problem on 13.10.2017. Their technician Mr. Raj came to our residence took away the computer on 13.10.2017 saying that it will be repaired by 14th or 15 th october. I was following it up with theri owner Mr. Arvind and technician Mr. Raj. Mr. Arvind was busy with some matter and he asked me to follow it up with Mr. Raj. Inspite of my many calls they could not deliver the printer, though Mr. Arvind says it is ready in all respects on 19.10.2017. When I rang up on 24.10.2017, Mr. Arvind says that he is in Canada and asks me to follow it up with Mr. Raj. Mr. Raj as usual does not respond to calls or SMS. today ie 25th October 2017 I visited their shop and it was closed and no body nearby knows their whereabouts. No response to any phone calls. This is the ethics of Feeling computers. The pity is that I am their regular customer since 2 years. I rate them as UNRELIABLE AND THEIR STAFF UNETHICAL .

I went there to buy PC to printer USB connection cable, they quoted Rs.150/- for a 1 meter cable. After bargaining they given it for Rs.100/- They sell personal computers & Laptops new and used. They also sell all consumables and accessories related to PC, Laptop, Printers, Networking, Pen drives etc...

Worst computer repair person and best cheat availaible in as rao nagar.First he created a hype in front of me that he pays 60k per month to chip level engineer and it is very difficult and time taking to open a laptop.Then he asked for 350 as laptop testing charge.after i paid him tnis advance he said some 3-4 capacitors 5-6 resistors were burned out and he replaced then with great effort.He charged me 1000 for his great work he did.He tested and gave me the laptop.I came home and used te laptop once,it did not start again.he called me for repair again showd his generosity on free second repair.But this incidence happened 2 times more.finally my laptop became irrepairable.I have to give it to CTC for a motherboard change.The verdict is that feeling computers employs new bie engineers to repair your computers,better take your pc to ctc,secunderabad.
