Very impressive service. I approached Sri Sai Computers with my brothers reference who a regular visitor. I have Dell All-in-one desktop with booting problem. Mr. Ravi diagnose the problem within short time and resolved the problem. Knowing the fact about kids online classes he has given high preference in resolving the problem. Last time I had a similar issue where Dell took complete 1 month to resolve my problem. The person being very knowledgeable, approachable, respects the urgency and on-top all very professional. Going forward whenever any system issue, I can blindly visit this shop. Thumbs up for all the professional service.

My laptop wasnt booting and I took it to a HP authorized dealer cum service center in Gachibowli. They could partially diagnose the issue and said that its a hard disk issue and had asked for 8k for hard disk repair without any proper justification.In Sri Sai Computers, Ravi kumar has diagnosed the issue properly and had fixed the issue along with providing the solution of upgrading the RAM as well to a brand new 8 GB. My laptops performance has increased manifold. The total expenses incurred were not even 50% of what the Gachibowli service center said.Ravikumar is a genuine, transparent and honest person, which anyone looking for a laptop repair solution can rely on. I highly recommend him.

I have a 2011 model Dell Ispiron N5110 laptop for personal use. It had problems with battery. Took the laptop to Sri Sai Computers and got a battery. Since the laptop was an old one. I was thinkinng of getting a new one, Ravi suggested that a new 4GB RAM can be added and a 120GB hard disk to improve the performance and speed of the laptop.Initially I was little hesitant, but he assured that it would be better to repair this laptop and not buy a new one. And he also told that with little repair Inspiron laptops would work as good as new gen laptops.He did the additions, upgraded RAM and hard disk, installed a new OS and I have been using the laptop since then and it is working super fast and the experience is really good. I am happy that every penny I spent on this laptop repair was worth it.He is a genuine and a honest person and I highly recommend this place for any problems related to computer hardware and software.
