They have decent naan. I asked the server what the best vegetarian curry was and she told me anything 360, so I ordered the 360 veggie masala. It sucked. It tasted watered down without any real taste to it. They only added 4 pieces of paneer for the whole meal. There are better options for Indian food elsewhere.

I ordered food from here through DoorDash for my family dinner. We decided to order from here because of the reviews. We ordered 1x Baigan Bhartha, 1x Seekh Kebab, 1x Onion Kulcha, 1x Mirchi Tikka, 1x Garlic Naan and 1x Tandoori Gobi. The Tandoori Gobi was horrible. It was not cooked properly and the spices tasted raw. Also, the amount of cauliflower given for the price is is ridiculous!!! Not worth the money at all. Also, the Mirchi Tikka was not cooked properly either. It was undercooked and the chicken was crunchy rather than soft. Furthermore, the Mirchi tikka and Seekh Kebab was ridiculously oily!!! When we opened the bag, there were contents of the Mirchi Tikka leaking in the bag. We were very disappointed overall.

Food used to be good. Ordered butter chicken. Had so much chilli in it. And meat was hard as hell. Sorry guys no more.

The restaurant was empty when we got there and was empty until we almost finished eating. The reason I said that because the waitress kept forgetting our order. Food did not taste good at all. One of the items we ordered- bhel puri was not fresh and was old. The service wasn’t that great as well. Would not going back there and wouldn’t recommend.

Extremely disappointed with the management. Was rejected for dine in irrespective of one family already seated and eating there. When asked why to which manager said owner asked us to take no more dine in at 3:00 pm.

We have ordered food multiple times vis SkipTheDishes. We liked the food and so went to dine-in at this restaurant. This is one of the better places for Indian and Punjabi cuisine in the vicinity. We ordered Veg 360 special soup, Chilly Paneer, Veg curry (in coconut base) and their special 360 Grilled chicken with rice. I had ordered the food to be spicy and they were prepared accordingly. The chicken was grilled with Indian spices served with Mint Rice. I did not particularly like their soup. The veggies in the soup felt raw and did not complement the gravy. Other than that, I liked their ambience and the soulful music that they play.Will visit them again!!

Great tasting food! Of all the Indian restaurants in Scarborough, this is probably the best one. We’ve been going downtown for good Indian food but it was nice to have found this place! We got the butter chicken and mixed veggies curry with naan. Both curries were veg flavourful and naan was soft and fluffy. The mango shake was also very delicious! Beats the mango shakes you can find in the area. Restaurant was clean and service was fast. Will be going back!

I’ld give 0 star if possible. I ordered Egg Fried Rice and Chilli Paneer. The Egg Fried Rice was very bad, I have not had this bad fried rice ever in my life and I have had some pretty bad fried rice! It just smelt of turmeric and curry powder, nothing else. The Chilli Paneer was just a semi-liquid gravy of tomatoes and onions, no sauces like tomato, soya sauce, etc.

This place is the one I always prefer. I eat in plenty of restaurants but to this one I constantly return again and again. The crew is very friendly and the cuisine they serve is so good. I never miss an opportunity to have a good meal here. Highly recommended.

We drove all the way for lunch after the snow storm. We waited 30 minutes for two dishes. The half tandoori chicken looked so burned, dried and I asked the waitress if it was a reheated chicken. The Lamb Rogan Josh was a mashed of beef texture and luke warm (not one single cube of lamb WTH) The only good thing was the butter naan and clean washroom. 3 days ago I called and asked if they have lunch buffet and was told that they no longer have it but have thaali (set lunch) for $10.99. Today, they said they no longer have that either!!! Food used to be great but now its so bad. Lajawab and LaSani is a better choice over this.

This restaurant was very bad in both food and customer service. I ordered the paneer tikka masala and the Malai kofta with garlic naan. It was one of the worst Indian foods I have ever ate in my life, (I’m Indian btw). I would not even consider them to be Indian dishes because they sure do not taste like it. The naan I ordered was like rubber, the amount of force I had to use to tear it up was enough for me to save on a months worth of gym membership. The lady was on her cell phone and stared at us rudely. She didn’t even greet us properly. There are thousands of Indian restaurants worth going to in the GTA and this “Indian restaurant” is not one of them. Please improve on the taste of the food because it was was a total disappointment for the price especially. I can buy two dishes in really good Indian restaurant for the price of one bad dish here.

I took out Naan for the first time from 2761 Markham Rd, Scarborough. I Came home and my wife was making Butter Chicken for the Naan. When we were ready to eat dinner and I unfold the take out and and I gotnot eatable Naan. They all burned. It was very disappointing.

Don’t count this if you want authentic taste. They fool you by using lunch menu dishes served in evening. Taste is so tangy and what you see is Paneer tikka and I am amir Khan both have same in common it’s not the truth. Naan is very nice though. Paneer tikka starter was under cooked. If you observe the menu says 360 veg has onion capsicum and all which they served to us by adding paneer in it. They just reused it. They took recycle message very seriously. Never order 2 veg here 1) Paneer tikka and 2) 360 it’s reused and may be left over if lunch. You never know

We ordered punjabi food here and it was too delicious and the experience was even more memorable by the fantastic service by Sarika. Overall it was a very good experience and staff was helpful and welcoming and the ambience of the restaurant was also good.

Malai kofta yesterday was way too salty.. couldnt eat it properly.. these 3 starts are for mirchi chicken. 0 start for malai kofta becaus3 it was my dinner and it was ruined.

Two days ago was the first time we came to that good restaurant. But It is definitely not the last time. We had great time with the efficient service, with the finest cooking and fine drinks and with the decent price. We will absolutely visit there again.

Very rude and arrogant staff..

The other day my family and I ordered 2 appetizers, 1 mattar paneer, 1 malai kofta, and 1 butter chicken. The appetizers were fine but the curries all tasted the same. We always go back because everything is so flavourful and tasty, but the most recent time just disappointed us. Other times weve gone for dine in and asked why the food tastes different on certain days, weve been told its because the chefs change (which is odd because the overall taste should stay the same).

Great food and especially the service from “Sarika” was really good.

When we entered to restaurant almost 30 minutes waif for just arrange our seating. we helped to staff for arranging tables and chairs. we wait for food two hours . we had small kids they were almost bored and drunk only water. they could eat even. service was completely poor. we served food and every single thing by ourselves. food having some kind of smell , we informed to the staff for smell but they didnt respond it properly.staff did not asked or informed about any service charge. they cherged 50 dollars for the service charge. we got just disappointed.

The ambience is good.

The good used to be really good with authentic Indian taste. Now, the food doesnt taste Indian at all. It tastes more like Sri-Lankan cuisine which tells me the chef is Sri-Lankan. They should consider changing the name of the restaurant because the name India 360 is very deceiving.

Visited with a friend of mine and just loved the Indian food. Gravy and curry was delicious and great value for money. A bit spicy....But definitely enjoyed. Good job folks

Both the time food was very good also the staff members are very good but service is slow. I ordered 2 naan and it took almost 20 minutes to prepare which is too much. May be they need more staff i believe.

Gave one star because there is not an option below that. Coming here for second time, and the service is not consistent. Dramatic change in service. Might as well make it a self serve restaurant.Went there on Friday night, place was empty. Both the servers did not have adequate knowledge of dishes. We have received great service before from here.We had to raise hands for water, napkins, to order bread. Once food was given, nobody bothered to come to ask us anything. They looked bored. Food is okay. May prefer take out next time. You come to eat in to have a pleasant time, quite disappointed.

I only order the veg stuff, Im happy with all their veg. dishes although they all have a common element that makes them taste similar, Im still a fan. Garlic naan is excellent. Prices are on the high side but worth it if youre a fan of the food. The pretty lady at the front who takes the orders has always been nice to me, thank you.

I have no idea why this restaurant doesnt have a rating in mid 4s. Been there twice and both the food and the service was amazing. This is not a fast food restaurant and youll wait 20 to 30 min easily to get your dish, but trust me, no matter what some of these trolls with 1 or 2 reviews under their belts say, you will not be disappointed.

First they tried to cram my family of 5 in a small corner until we had to ask to move. No friendly greeting nor did they introduce themselves.Food was mediocre at best. Would of gave less than 1 star but Ekta (one of the staff) was the only attentive one and polite.

Then we found a rock with the chana masala we had ordered.Later on, we ordered a shake. They have the best choices for vegetarian food. The taste is also the best amongst all the restaurants in the area.. Service could be improved a bit though. On busy days, its a bit of a painful experience waiting for food. But that does not stop me from giving them a full 5.

It was my first time at the India 360 and DAMN ! The experience was perfect. The food, the ambience everything had a fine finish.Priyanka, the manager, was wonderful, she walked us through the whole menu with all specials for the day and picked dishes for us keeping in mind all the allergies and our tolerance to spice. She is so knowledgeable of gluten, nuts, shells.. you name it. She gave us so much time and made sure we were satisfied with our selections! Such a gem of a person! Plus she can make anyone laugh.The food is awesome. Generous portions. Love their korma. They use a special recipe for nuts to blend in with spices. Their spice blend is soaked overnight. Generous portions. Wow factor!It was my surprise birthday dinner so I got a nice dessert at the end with sparkles. Overall a wonderful experience and I would definitely come back with more friends & family. Kudos India 360!

I don’t like to give bad review but today they make me do that. If some one like a good food and at same time want to have good customer service then i suggest should not try this place. First of all we order food but they forgot our order so after mentioning that they got food with out being apologized. I order one of the special dish of the restaurant but it was so salty, so I was like if they can’t make their special dish proper then they must not paying attention to other food of restaurant. Some one suggested us to this place and we went so i want other food lover would read this review and don’t spoil their dinner night.

Not good place, not a professional if you want dirty service and glass of water serve by hand then i will recommand you but. Place smells so bad and all furniture is sticky and not enough lights. water glass have dorty finger prints everywhere.

My wife and I frequent India 360 3-4 times a month, its our special place. The food, atmosphere and service is exceptional. They have NEVER failed to deliver an intimate experience and you are NEVER rushed.The manager and the other staff they make you feel so welcome. We always trust their suggestions and we also have a personal rapport with the manager! Always so charming.I dont know, can WOW be intimate? Youll just have to find out yourself and maybe well see you there!

If you want to eat fresh and authentic indian food with a good quality service then I would never recommend this place to anyone. Because, they do not have anything like that to offer. I ordered kadahi paneer and daal makhni both were full of spices even after giving the instructions of spices level before ordering. We returned kadahi paneer, the server came and said, it will take another 15 minutes to replace it. If you want to cancel it you can. I was surprised, because there was not any other customer at restraunt during that time. Such a poor quality service.

I recently had taken 2 veggies shahi paneer and saag paneer for take out...the preparations had excess salt in both..could taste only salt in both... service was ok but food quality needs drastic improvement.. definitely my first and last visit to this store.. my wife vomited after eating due to excess salt... only advice to owners pls check the quality of chefs..or atleast taste the food before handing over to the customer
