I talked to these individuals about some repairs and replacements. Not only were they straight with me, but they were honest, ethical, and extremely clear about what could and couldnt be done, as well as the assumed price that it would take.I cannot speak highly enough of what it means to me to have a company willing to be this straightforward with customers. I will definitely be doing my business through them from now on whenever possible.

Do not phone them, you will get ignored. I usually do not right reviews but I just tried to phone them for an inquiry, someone picked up the phone but no answer (mean while I could hear someone) I said hello (waited couple seconds, still no answer) I said I’m just phoning for an inquiry and then got the on hold music. Taking business elsewhere.

Just had another great experience with Digital Friends. A few months ago I got a laptop battery for a very good price, they ordered the battery and it came in two days. Today I had another keyboard installed and extra work on the laptop since it was shutting down after only a minute. I had spilled a drink on the keyboard...yea, I finally joined that club! The price was only $60 tax included. So, I got a good price, fast service and a free smile from PamNow, about the two whiners below, I talked on the phone to DFI three times and they were always polite and helpful......you both have an unwarranted high opinion of yourselves...for you to whine about something that is truly insignificant and I am sure, inaccurately portrayed, is pathetic....what are you, a three year old...so if you want to know where the problem really is.......just look in the mirror
