Absolutely appalled by the staff working there. Came in for a PS4 remote and all they had was camo. I asked if there was any other colours and the employee belittled me and told me beggars cant be choosers. I promptly left and went to best Buy and found a colour i liked. I will never go there again absolutely atrocious customer service, i will never beg there again

Eb games stopped the flow of past gen consoles and games through their store. Patiently waiting for them to change their name to Toys R Us.

I always get amazing service here. Very efficient and they always have the newest games. Wish their Onyx memberships were still lifetime memberships, considering how much people must spend in a year to get it.

I have never liked the fact that EB rips of children by only paying a maximum if $3 per game when you go to sell or trade, then they sell it for $60-$70 themselves. I also do not think there prices are fair, you pay almost as much for used game as you would if it was Brand New, the staff in every store I have ever been in is cold, unfriendly, and a lot of times down right rude. I take my business elsewhere.

Great place to get games the manager is 110% on the ball. The reason I go there and not wal-mart or Best Buy is the customer service and the knowledge I get from a proper video game store.
