Average food. Nothing was worth returning for. The muffin stack was really small for me but the texture of the bread was light and fluffy.Coffee had a decent strong flavour, the timbits all tasted about the same, did the price I would be back sorry.Average food for a high price.

Nice food, shame they get your order wrong about a third of the time!This place must be terrible to work for as the staff are different everyday. Tim’s please look after your employees!I’d check your order when you collect it as they’re always making mistakes. Also if you use the self service, forget getting a free donut from submitting a survey as they never bother to put paper in the machines to allow them to print a receipt.

I LOVE Tim Hortons, first time Id heard of this place was maybe just a month ago.My favourite item on their drinks menu is Icced capp - using coconut milk with caramel drizzle (contains dairy) and optional cream on top. Is by far the best iced coffee Ive had! You need a sweet tooth for it and preferably a warmer day.Theres option to sit in and takeaway. Theres also a WC. Theres hand sanitizer in the doorway. Face coverings required, unless sitting down or exempt.Theres also a lunch food menu. They sell their own products on site. They make fresh mini truffles/ doughnut type balls. They are bite size (49p) and Ive saw various types, flavours. They are quite irresistible due to the size and cost. Being able to see them through the glass at the till can help in choosing which one youd like to try.Its a Canadian place. There are numerous maple leaf logos here or there on their packaging or in store. Red is the colour primarily being used throughout the store and on their products.The store itself is not spacious so without many customers it can appear busier than it actually is.I go to Tim Hortons wherever possible 🤫🤭 Their drinks are incredible.The poor staff seem to constantly be on the go. Helpful, informative and friendly customer service being in the majority, regardless of whether a queue may appear to be beginning.Thanks, see you soon hopefully!

A lovely cup of coffee and delicious apple doughnut. Plenty to chose from on the menu for savory and sweet dishes. Definitely will be back here.

After waiting 20 mins still in queue, watched breakfast menu change. Decided to not spend any more time on a massively inefficient team.. spend more time preparing and serving and less on having someone place one donut at a time on display. Wont return

Lovely friendly service. The food was good and the restaurant clean. We always stop for a Timmies whenever we get a chance. It gives us a little taste of home and the kids love it. If you want some of the best tasting donuts in the UK, this is the place to visit.

Brilliant breakfast offer £2 per meal, food is hot and fast and the coffee is really strong.

Coffee was lovely and food looked good, will have something to eat and looking forward to taking the digs for a pupachinno.

Love the coffee and donuts here. I even bought a mug for at home where my Canadian collegues are confused how I managed to get one. Tim Bits were very popular treats in the office.

Absolutely 💯 disappointed, been waiting for about 5-10 mins in the queue for kiosk with only one other customer in front waiting. When one of the members said to another customer that she would server her at the till so me and another customer stands at the till to allow other customers to use the kiosk. As we are waiting (now been 15 -20 min) the members of staff said she be a few minutes now the queue is out side and only 10 min left for breakfast to finish when another member of staff said sorry only kiosk is being use now and closed the till. Leaving me and other customers standing. Havin to wait all over again at the back of the queue for the kiosk when I asked about it I got no reply absolutely ridiculous. So I left the shop.

Went on opening day in Perth. Overcrowded, slow. Food and drinks excellent though. I will go back on a normal day.

Its TIM HORTONS! national institution in Canada! Really great to get it here!Decent amount parking outside. Really weird to go in when its not Canada, sort of transported us there for half an hour! Doesnt sell full menu of Canada but you can get most of the favourite treats and a great crispy chicken sandwich with tasty wedges. You can buy Tim Hortons memorabilia such as mugs and coffee to take and make at home!Great service, good advice on allergies and the picture wall of Timmies facts was interesting!Wish they did the soup and sandwich selections. We really miss the soups which have sustained us on long overnight journeys many times!

After I moved to the UK from Canada, I missed Timmies so much, now that I moved to Scotland and saw Tim Hortons, it just made me love Scotland even more, the service and quality is as good as it was in Canada and the prices are amazing as well

Well organised, clean and tidy, as much as they can, cant control what the public/wind/birds throw around. Quick friendly service, good value for money.

Its near to town. Location is nice not in congested area. Im drinking coffee from here when I was in Canada. Never had bad experience with Tim Horton. Always their coffee is great and fresh. Specially their bagels are the best must give them a try.

This place is Amazing! you need to try there hot French Vanillas, the best! Tim Hortons also does chicken burgers with potato wedges really cheap. Amazing! Only down side is, if there was better car parking. But other than that it’s perfect for something different.PS. They do seasonal cakes too, like Santa’s for Christmas season & spiders for Halloween. Just a wee extra touch 😁.Highly recommend! 👌

We come quite often for your French vanilla lattes and always have an awesome service but tonight needed a review : Big shout out to Lauren and Hannah for your absolutely amazing service ! My partner came to pick up two meals late at night, they were low on food but the girls did they best and came up with the full order. They were really busy so they gave him a stool to wait and as he is on crutches they helped to carry the order to the car while respecting the covid guidelines. We loved our take away meals. Thank you so much.

Little Canada straight in Fife. I love going to Tim Hortons in BC and actually didnt know there were stores in Scotland. Wasnt disappointed. Although the menu is small, the doughnuts were better than the ones at Krispy Kreme and the coffee was divine albeit really sweet.I wouldnt, however, recommend using this Tim Hortons as your go-to coffee place. This would be the perfect stop on a trip to Dunfermline, Edinburgh, or the beach. You need to go at least once.Very similar to the actual stores in Canada!

Worst Tim Hortons there ever was!14 minutes from ordering to getting a coffee and a donut. Place was grubby, and then to top it off not even any soap in the toilet. 🤮

Another Branch with nothing left by 13.11 on a Monday. I guess theyve had to draw from a very tiny talent pool. Nobody with the sense to analyse which products sell better than others.

Went in the afternoon. Wasnt very impressed. Only had a few choices of donuts left. Kids didnt think they were that good.

Waited outside after being told that I would be served in a moment,15 minutes later I was finally told that their screen is too full and they cant take more orders yet i had phoned earlier to place an order but was told to just come and order in store even though they have told me to phone ahead before. On average we spend a few hundred pounds per month here. They will never see another penny.

After visiting Canada, it was nice to see theres also a Tims so close to my dad in Dunfermline!Store manager was super friendly and very patient with my dads dad jokes!

Ive been a regular customer at the hospital hill Tim Hortons and the staff are really friendly on one occasion I was going to my work went to the cafe and had to go to the toilet as I have a bladder problem Lauren who was on the till didnt hesitate and told me to go use them this was during lockdown there was no way I could have made it home I am very greatful that Tim Hortons employ such caring staff

Quick service with great food

Small store with very busy car park, so don’t expect to find a space for parking. Service is very slow, only ever seems to be 2 members of staff working at any time I’ve been. As a result, bins are overflowing and tables aren’t clean which is a concern these days.The doughnut stand at the counter is usually 80% stocked as well, but thankfully most of the time they do have the missing items in stock.As it’s covid times, there’s a hand sanitiser as you enter the store, but as far as I could see, if you’re dining in, there’s only one very missable sign at the till asking you to scan the QR code to register for track and trace. Staff don’t ask you to either even after you say dining in.Store could definitely improve if they had even one more staff member on to deal with cleaning and helping serve.

This is our go to place when visiting Scotland. Food is lovely and staff very friendly. Place is covid safe. Very clean

After an awful morning of work I needed a great brunch and this place had good reviews so I decided give it a go. I just cannot recommend it enough. Staff was lovely, I found amazing donuts with glazed maple syrup that are the most delicious ones you will find in Scotland.I tried the vanilla maple latte and it is my new favourite and it will replace the usual starbucks always I am near the area.Only dissappointed by the chicken panini, that was too average. Everything else, wedges, sauces, and donuts fantastic. Best discover so far.Missing alternatives to cow milk drinks. If they improve on that, I will drive all my way to get here my brunch or delicious donuts.

Tim Hortons still uses egg products from a cruel caged hen supply. This is when so many restaurants are at least using eggs of free range or organic origin, as well as using vegan alternatives. Come on Tim Hortons, time to up your game!! Disappointing.

This place used to be reasonable when it first opened and I continue to frequent it often however it is now a complete lottery when you enter the restaurant.1. Service is shockingly slow at times with often only two staff members to serve/prepare.2. The que is swamped with JustEAT/deliveroo drivers who appear to jump the que when they please.3. Reluctant to say the customer service is lacking compared to other coffee chains. There is barely a friendly greeting at the till let alone an enthusiastic smile.To summarise, it should not take 15 minutes to order a hot drink that is already prepared on the hotplate and ready to pour.

The rating is for quality of food and refreshment. The service in this branch must be the slowest I have ever experienced this side of the proverbial Black Stump.

Been a few times now. Honey crullers are always amazing. Had the staff get our food orders wrong a few times in summer 2019 despite us being two of six customer and the only ones ordering food, but place was still new with high staff turnover so that might be resolved now.

Awesome donuts and good strong coffee. Staff are good at observing social distancing rules. Timbits are the business.
