I work right beside and i like the workers there. I know Im a hassle coming in last minute all the time but i just wanted to thank the whole team for being nice to me! The food, drinks and desserts are always delicious! Theyre washrooms are clean. Overall 5 stars.

Given they have a drive-thru and we are in spiderville, the owner could get someone to clean or spray back there once in a while. Would make it more inviting. When I made the comment to a member of the staff, it was like looking at a dear in the headlights.

Ok place with regards to service.3 servers helping one customer at ice cream counter while my husband and I waited at dessert counter before anyone even said Hello and we entered first !!Where are the prices for desserts btw ?? No where to be seen...They should have been free !!Desserts are good ,thank goodness!

Speed is good.Coffee selection is nice and service is typically quick.There are a few comfy armchairs available by the windows as well as other chairs and tables.There are fireplaces.The cake is tasty and filling.

The manager or owner greeted us very disrespectfully, I came to study with a friend and the owner was upset that we walked in with mugs from Starbucks containing WATER. Although mentioning both of us wanting to eat and study here, he wanted us to go out and was very hostile towards us. We did not feel welcome, a girl next to us mentions that he is always like that towards his clients. We will not be returning.

I would like to share my experience following several visits during the last weeks. The employees are pleasant and helpful. The problem is here: management. A manager who insults his employees in front of customers, who does not wear his mask when speaking to customers, and who has a very negative attitude should not be tolerated in a business like a café depot. The Rosemère branch is the worst I have visited. I wont even talk about the slow service, because we have a shortage of employees, but I repeat: there is clearly a management problem here. * half of the employees wear the mask so that their mouths can be seen, the tables are never cleaned, the vaccine-code is not requested when one sits down at a table, but who manages here? This will need to be sorted out before I set foot here again or refer my place to friends / family.

I love Starbucks too, but there are a few things special about Depot Coffee ...Space ! The sofas! Customer service too! And should also be mentioned that there is a dairy too. There are even some good Portuguese tarts.Guys, take your date to the cafe depot, you wont regret.Its so cozy there. I tried once to work with my friend on a project, and we stayed for 3 hours.In general, when I go there, everyone has their comfortable space. Its really calm and I like it. Its really perfect for studying, in my opinion.Im not the person to tell you about the vibe during peak hours, but during the hours when I go, it looks like whats in the photos. And for people who want a quiet space to think, study, work on something or even just chat with your friends, I find the café depot to be a great choice.

Very bad experience, the owner (or manager, I dont know) of the restaurant is disrespectful with the customers, poor reception and feeling of hostility the whole time I was present. If you want to work in a quieter and more welcoming environment, I recommend the nearby Starbucks coffee shop.

Perhaps we should ensure consistency in the preparation of meals?Is the grilled cheese made on a toaster or in the panini press?Does the salmon bagel contain pesto or not?Because every day our meals arrive differently and 4/7 end up in the trash

To be honest, Ive never seen such a mean boss in my life. I brought in a Starbucks drink because I wasnt finished. I go to the cash register and explain that I want to finish my drink. The kind cashier tells me there is no problem. So I bought something to eat and started studying. The boss walked past me and touched my glass and yelled (without a mask, hello covid measures): I dont tolerate that here .... I tell him that one of his employees m had given permission. He said to me really stupidly, shouting: Tell me which one, Im going to put it out right away ... I answer him that Im not going to tell him who because I dont want him to send anyone away . He goes behind the counter and starts to quibble all the poor employees ...It may have been the 45th time I have been there, but this time was THE LAST. I will never encourage a place where employees are mistreated, where measures against covid are not respected and where the boss talks to me as if I were junk.

We went last Friday and it was very ordinary as a welcome with the manager without naming his name. We had a very good service, the waiter managed to make our dinner enjoyable even though I did not receive the requested pasta, it was absolutely not his fault he gave extraordinary service.

Good to go to study or have a quiet coffee! They offer wine and beer now and its a nice selection too.Only negative point: they automatically offer their beverage in disposable containers, it must be specified if you want in a cup. Its disappointing to see disposable cups everywhere on the tables.

I love Café Dépôt! I have tried a few, some of which have had poor success with specialty coffees. Fortunately, this is far from being the case! Perfect every time. Nice place, big space inside, car service. Special mention to a lady who works there, she always has a big smile and a little joke in her pocket. It is fun and effective. She makes me smile every time! :)No comments on the dining room, I always take it out.
