Great service, friendly and fun staff.must go

I have been a client for years and today at 9am the service was horrible. My latte was filled with 50 percent mousse. Basically I received half a latte for the price of a full one. My croissant was cold even though I asked if it may be heated please. To top it all off, the girl at the drive thru was bizarre. She told me she was a witch and something about dumpsters and black cats? What?! Very disappointed. I just wanted a good coffee and an almond croissant. Ill go enjoy my half cup of mousse now.

I am not a very testimonial person but when I get an amazing service it goes out from the bottom of my heart to leave a small comment for an amazing owner and incredible staff . Is been over a year my husband and I stop by every day to get our little coffee, or protein shake, or delicious muffins etc.... but beside the coffee and food it comes the great service behind the counter... what keep brining us there every day is the contagious smile of the owner and staff they are so lovely, positive, friendly and very passionate of what they do.Keep up the good work guys !!!

Je viens de déménager de Dollard des Ormeaux où le Second Cup sur le boul des Sources est si propre et impeccable. Malheureusement, je ne peux pas en dire autant de lemplacement de Rosemère. Quelle que soit lheure du matin ou le jour de la semaine, cest toujours sale. Je prends toujours le même fauteuil qui est le moins déchiré. Les mêmes miettes et insectes morts sont là depuis 2 semaines. Le sol est collant, les tables avec des restes de miettes. Jai déjà fait plusieurs fois le trajet vers DDO pour un café dans un environnement propre. DE GRÂCE, REPRENEZ VOUS ET FAITES DONC UN BON MÉNAGE !Just moved from Dollard des Ormeaux where the Second Cup in Centennial Mall on Sources isso clean and spotless. Unfortunately Im so sad to say that I cant say the same for the Rosemere location. No matter what time of the morning or day of the week, its filthy. I always take the same seat. The same crumbs and dead bugs have been there for 2 weeks. The floor is sticky, tables with leftover crumbs. Ive already made the drive out to DDO a couple of times for a coffee in a clean environment. GUYS, PLEASE CLEAN UP YOUR ACT.

The best coffee! 😍 Their latté, latté chaï or simply their flavored coffee are delicious! The service is good, the staff are friendly and there is a nice atmosphere to work or chat with friends.

I love this place! Your Matcha shake tea is amazing! However, the service can be incredibly long. I say sometimes, because most of the time I am very well served, without too much waiting. However, I went there yesterday and it took a good 10-15 minutes before they asked me for my order and a gentleman even left because no employee had answered him. I understand that there is also drive-thru service, but an apology for the wait really wouldnt have hurt. Fortunately, the employees are always very nice and smiling. :)

The employees / owners are very nice. The service is fast and courteous. They have the best White Moccha of all the Second Cup Ive tried. This is the coffee (location) that I prefer, by far. I even go there to take my coffee instead of going to another place.

5 stars for the staff who are really hospitable and friendly. Hot chocolate and delicious cappuccino!

Really bad as a service. The girls were doing the service to the car without even greeting us. After a few minutes we left the place.

10/10 for the friendly staff, really patient and smiling. We were waiting for our order and then offered to taste a drink to wait. I will definitely be going back.
