Great location. Great staff.

Food was ok types.It was hard to find the camp / resort.Tent was also up to the mark.Very bad experience, as some guys group was there. They were using foul language. Management was not saying a single word to them & it was bad night for us. Restless too.

Place is in inside suburbs of Rishikesh and thus a bit far. Adjacent to lake side so view is nice though.

Organized my teams outing at this place and to our horror, it turned out to be one of the worst camping experiences. We made booking almost a month in advance but still got the left out buffer rooms. Service on the other hand is extremely pathetic. You need to ask 10 times for a thing to finally either get it or a negative response. Guys, improve your place and services and kindly do not waste your guests experience and make them leave with a sour taste of hospitality.Also, we booked this place via camp Kailasha team. So if you dont have capability to manage other places, kindly dont.

It is one of the best resort in Rishikesh ( U.K) and neat and clean room and the staffs behaviour are very helpful and friendly. Dishes are also very tasty

Staff behavior was very rude, tent was not clean and for everything we need to request.Not a good place to visit

Didnt like the service at all. Provided tent without cleaning toilet. Service staff was responding negatively.

It is not even worth one star.... it is the worst camp that you can see in rishikesh, worst staff, worst rooms, worst ambience.......the staff doesnt care about anything, we asked them about a plain path to reach the camp as there was an elderly person in our family and they assured us that there is a plain path to reach the location which was completely false and there was no arrangement for 10 people where in we booked the camp way before so they had ample of time to make arrangements. Their rooms were not clean and there were lizard and spiders in the room. as soon as we saw that we just got out from there without informing them.... and they didnt have this much courtesy to call us and to know what the problem was.... IT IS THE WORST CAMPThis is after 4 days after posting the above review... These people started threatning over call after reading the above review like... Ab dekh mai krta hu
