It is worst cafe and hotel..! I have finding a room in their hotel from 15-20days and I was connected with their employee for the room and decor also... But when it comes for the day I choose to decorate it by myself and I tell them but suddenly their rooms are all booked. And now they dont even replying for the final availability...! Just ignoring the message as I have chosen to decorate by myself! Now they are saying we have told you to reserve it. They didnt even say this

First of all lets talk about the property, honestly in the pictures its completely different but when you actually see it you get an reality check.Rooms are so Ill managed. There is nothing like privacy in this property. Literally anyone if coming and peeking into the windows. In terms of safety for girls its the worst thing.Washrooms are so dirty, one can clearly see that they are not even cleaned daily. Just with one washroom its soo difficult to even take a bath. I can listen the staff arguing with one guest which was so loud and clear.Means seriously what kind of chilling place is it. I didnt liked anything about it. Just wasted my money with no peace.Please be more professional in terms of handling your guests.

Not at all hygienic, washrooms were not at all clean, used bed sheets were provided, there was stains all over the bed, it was so disgusting no guest response after making the payment. Have to do everything by my self. Only one of the person named Annant were helpful. Rest the owner was completely stoned i guess didnt get any satisfactory answer for any of my queries.Will not recommend this to any of my friend.

Worst experience, Went in the month of September. No water is there which is the basic need for which we take room. And the manager was not taking any responsibility for it was giving excuses pipeline got break and when checked with other hotels they had water. He took all advance once you enter the room so that later you cant do anything. No cleanliness our rooms were not ready even though we reached 6 hours after our booking. Later we chose to book another hotel and Wonderlove booking went useless. Conclusion is not at all a good stay to consider.

Loved the place, amazing environment amazing people. Best place to spend your vacations nd chill for 15-20 days. This was my 5th trip absolutely enjoyed it.

Such a pathetic experience. Have travelled to Rishikesh 3 4 times but didnt had such a experience. The owner of the property is so unprofessional in terms or talking or behaving with others. Payment was taken in advance for 1 day and in my case I called the owner and he confirmed or early check in, but after reaching to the property at 5 A.M he denied to open the gates and started asking for half day payment more, as we were coming early morning. Rooms were so dirty, there were used towels, blanket was smelling. I had a very ugly fight with them. Guys trust me dont go with all the reviews you see, they might be good with dorms but not with personal room.The so called owner Sourab is just an un educated fellow, who doesnt even know how to respect girls.I would highly recommend any female traveller to avoid such kind of property where your safety is on a line. This has been experienced by many female travellers.Hope this would not happen with anyone else.

I had a worst experience, Owner (Sourabh) is so ill mannered has no sense of talking to the guest.The day i checked-in he was having a fight with a guest who is staying next to my room because the guest complaining about how her fiance and him was in the room and with no sense of privacy the owner opened and showed that room to other guests. Same thing happened with me too. all of this shows how UNSAFE it is for SOLO FEMALE TRAVELLERS.Very UNHYGIENIC place to stay. They will give you used room without cleaning, stained bedsheets, uncleaned washroom, no toiletries. I highly suggest anyone to find other stays because they are charging way too much for what they are providing.There are tons of other better and safer stays near laxman jhula. Would not recommend this place at all. Dont want other travellers to have bad experience like this.

I felt like home in wanderlove they were treating me like a family I stayed over there for a month staff was supportive when I got injured actually they were like a family coz they were smililer to my age so they knew every perceptive of every scenario I was having in rishikesh so if any teenager wants to feel safe around a place like uttarakhand in rishikesh this place can b their second home to breathe like they are having their moment of a lifetime..

Found this gem of a place as part of the recommendations on culturetrip’s listicle. Would like to give the team of culturetrip a pat on their back for the research done so well.An amiable place with amicable staff and management. Was lucky enough to get a room because of a last minute cancellation; and man what an amazing property. We reached around 1:00 AM in the night and after driving for over 5 hours it was worth it. The paid parking is nearby.The view you get from the cafe, is to die for; with full moon showering its enigma on the flowing river Ganges. It’s a moment that will make you fall in love with Rishikesh as a city. It’s very well constructed; with cafe on two levels; one where you can sit and enjoy the view on tables and chairs and right above is a place where they have mattresses laid out. If given a chance I would have any day preferred sleeping at night over there, than in my room.Food is also good, except the pasta; didn’t like it that much. Had one of the best Aaloo pyaaz paranthas, and relished maggi at 2 in the night after a very long time. A much needed break; a spontaneous plan, and holi is sights.The place has been started by 3 brothers and a common friend, around 3-4 months back. A good place to go with your friends or for that matter bachelors or bachelorette.

The Guy in Reception hes frndly n very well trained how to talk with guest.But negative point is they locked main gate n open it on Morning 9 Am 😂😂i wanted to attend Morning Ganga Aarti but bcoz of them I didnt attend It And this place is also not good for Female solo Backpacker.Bcoz I saw something wrong here.
