I had a stay in this hotel for one night and It was my worst experience. They didnt inform us at the time of booking that their pool was under construction and because of that I want be able to use it. The location is difficult to find out through Google maps. The staff was not co-operative at all. They have a play area which require more facilities. They need to work on improving their amenities and services. Highly disappointed 👎

Stayed in this one of the worst hotel in Rishikesh. Firstly their location is not correct and secondly their service is third class would never recommend anyone to go to this property/hotel. As we went on 1st October as we all were having the booking and already paid for it and by asking them that their pool is working but they say after taking rooms that it is not operational. And also I would like to name some peeps for my this review - Devanshu, and one another guy with big hairs. They all are not good at all. We were paying security amount for each and every thing for room, pool and snooker, cards, football. Everything was just worst. We were not able to enjoy our vacation just because of this bad hotel. I booked this by seeing their reviews that they provide us with good service but its not all the reviews are fake. We stayed here for 1 day. Rooms were good, staff was helpful. Devanshu ( person at the reception ) also helped us in booking one of the most famous activity ( rafting ) in Rishikesh

I had an amazing time staying at moustache rishikesh, The dorm rooms were very spacious,the mattress and pillow were so soft that I slept more just because how cozy they were😂..Also, the facilities were spectacular too, I mean who won’t stay at a place where you have a water pool, and games to play with such a big common area in front of a picturesque view, I even thought to stay there the whole night😂While coming to the hostel, I was inroduced to Mr.Jai raj, he was such a great person, he helped me guide to places and anywhere I needed helpAll in all,I had a blast over there,coming back soon, all the facilities and amenities were upto the mark, 100 percent recommend this place to the budget back-packers like me…P.s.- Don’t forget to meet the dog Bagheera

The stay was just wow, even though it was a 8 bed dorm room but it was absolutely very spacious and well organised, even the washroom for spacious. A dressing area was also been given to dress up and the property had a swimming pool too, it was operative during our visit on the 30th Sept, easy to locate with the signboard and centre of Tapovan for the market visit is a nice place.

The place is really good. The rooms are as clean as it could be, with all the amenities in it. The place also sports a swimming pool(which was open with a timing slot and not 24hrs) and a small restaurant on the same floor. The place have both bunk beds and a private room facilities. Although the place also has a pool table(which was not at all playable coz of its condition, sorry to say that) and a table soccer but for both you have to pay a deposit and then only you can play. All in all best place for families as well as the backpackers.

Cool place. Nearby Ram Jhula, Lakshman Jhula and many waterfalls. Food is also good but the Service is slow. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Surrounding is alos good. Good place to chill with friends or to spend some time alone. Price is also not too much expensive.

Checked in with wife and 10 year old son on weekend. Immediately greeted by Mr Debanshu at the reception, who owns a charming personality. He was kind enough to show the room before we checked in. The property is right there at Tapovan. Neem beach is nearby and there are plenty of food joints at an arm’s length. The natural water stream which flows adjacent to the premises sounds like music to your ears all the time. Staff is always ready to guide you for the travel tips. Rafting and other adventure activities can be arranged by the staff at market rates. Room was spacious and equipped with all the amenities which you will find in a luxury hotel. I personally liked the wooden decor of the room. Second floor houses swimming pools (a separate one for kids), open dining area and a games cum common room. Highlight of our stay was the live music performance by Sagar Bhardwaj and his group on saturday night. Debanshu’s personal touch was the cherry on the cake in making our stay a memorable one (thanks for your bike, I know you went out of the way to help us out). Can’t recommend enough for the place. Will surely come back again.

What can I say.. Hands down the best dorm in Rishikesh.its Clean,well maintained,have all facilities available including ample car and bike parking space.Had pleasant stay here.. Kudos to the entire team of Moustache Rishikesh

My team was staying at this place which is one of the worst hotel Ive ever booked.So would not recommend it to others as well book other hotel instead of this. Their staff behaviour is very bad so you should not book this hotel!

Services provided by the hostel were unmatchable, Mr. Jai Raj(maybe an intern) was really kind to help me out on my stay.The property is located on the prime road of Rishikesh, vehicles are easily accessible to the hostel.Hygiene levels are really nice, doms and the restrooms were nicely cleaned.In a nut shell, if you’re in Rishikesh on a low budget trip, this place is your catch.

I would like to share my experience regarding the trek we booked through Moustache escapes to Kedarkantha. Writing this here as there is no other place for it. There were no trek leader at all in the whole journey. We were confused about the itinerary and even local guide was not aware about many things. Since we did not have network we couldnt contact anyone and took our own calls while on the trek. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

Moustache has always been a home away from home. The hosts are amazing. Pravin bhai (PK) takes care of the guests really well and makes sure you get the best service. Jai, a friend to the guests, showcased amazing hospitality, suggested some amazing places to explore and supported in terms of adhoc bookings.Felt like there is still lot of explore, Rishikesh has my heart.

I had booked a room there first, on reaching there we found the AC of that room isnt working, so they replaced our room with some lower tariff room. After that we asked him about our remaining money, then he said that you should take it from the guard while leaving in the early morning. When we talked to the guard in the morning about this, he did not know anything. Then we talked to Vikas on the phone, he said we will send you money by any online mode. After that he started making excuses. It wasnt a huge amount but it didnt mean anything to the customer.

May be good only for individuals only.. approach from main road is tideious.

Nice stay. nice location. Rooftop swim pool, yoga hall and restaurant is available.lift is working. but room might not be clean everyday.

This place has the best 360° views from its terrace. You can clearly see the Ram Jhula and the Ganges far away. Sunsets are amazing here. The common area is LIT too. They have a Guitar too. The outside terrace area is fine too. We had a little bonfire there the day we stayed and it was really cold outside. The rooms are good with a really good view for the dorms. However, the private rooms doesnt have that view. The washrooms are not OK. There were multiple problems in multiple rooms. You can even order food if you wish to eat there. The owner lives down there around the property and doesnt like people making noise at night. The caretaker was a good person and was polite. The location is near to the main road and all the food joints are easily accessible.

Back Packers Panda, the stay was excellent and comfortable The Dorm bed was comfortable, room was clean , toilet was clean , food was tasty too and the staff were great. Moustache Rishikesh has been an amazing place to stay for me and other fellow travelers who I met there. I started feeling like home there and wasnt easy to bid Goodbye. Palash is an amazing host and I hope to be there very soon.

I have always loved Moustache. This was my 5th visit to moustache outlet and although it was smaller than other moustaches in terms of area allocated for common area, but the hospitality and other things were quite amazing.You can cook your own food if you want. If you dont, theres a cook for you who will charge you for the stuffs as per menu.The dorms are clean and the best part are the curtains. Other hostels doesnt provide you curtains, they indeed bring some privacy even when you are in dorm.They are very smart and creative and will be giving you norms of using toilets, dorms, common area etc in a funny way.I specially remember Dont have s** in dorms, if you lack imagination our staffs will help you in that 😂

Bagpacker Panda is a new property.All rooms and common area was neat and clean.Rooms are specious.They have cafe and swimming pool on 2nd floor which add to the Aura of property.Host are very helpful and they are well trained to cater to different segments of travellers.Dorm rooms and common area are well designed.Cafeteria and Swimming pool are well maintained

One of the best hostel here in Rishikesh. Not just saying it I actually mean it. Why?1. The price is quite good I was there for around a week with 200 per day dormatory bed.2. Management and staff is really supportive. They are just like friends they will share there story and you can share yours with them. Palash the guy who is manager there is quite calm composed really sweet and he is an wonderful guitarist and singer too. You are fortunate if he plays for you.3. They have open area on the top where all the people leaving in the hostel gather at night or you will someone every time there. In winters they have bonfire in night.4. I was fortunate due to covid they allowed hostelers to use the kitchen and you can make your stuff like maggi, rice, sandwich or anything you like they have all sort of utensils for that. But not sure till when it last as there kitchen will be functional you will have to buy food from there.Personal tip : they have a common fridge at the terrace you can keep your food items there AT YOUR OWN RISK dont panic if you dont find your stuff there after some time it will be in some travellers tummy.5. Each dormatory has 6 beds in it. With a attached bathroom. This is quite good. As most of the hostels have common bathrooms.All and all I had a wonderful experience there Fully recommend 👍🤟

A nice, clean, inexpensive option to stay in Rishikesh. A bit far from the tourist attractions, but has a great common area on the roof with a beautiful view on the Himalayas. Staff is friendly and helpful.

My stay at Mustache Hostel was fantastic. Clean facilities, friendly people, and a great rooftop pavilion and yoga space. Mostache Hostel, I have stayed here for a day. Neat and clean, Creative, cool and wankin distance from Laxman Jhula . Staffs are very friendly and professional. Manager Hemant, you are awesome bro. He has very cool personality. He helped us to rent a bike and arrange a cab which is beyond our expectations. Food is very tasty and hygienic. They have terrace area to chill and cafeteria too.

Hotel is really good, spacious and situated in good location. being a new hotel, there are some small lags in the hotel like, there are no soap and shampoo in the bathroom, shower is not fitted properly. I have posted scenic photos which can be seen from the terrace of the hotel

My 2019 started with this lovely hostel. Situated at a walking distance from Laxman Jhula, Moustache gives a perfect aura of relaxation. Nakul and Hitesh were amazing hosts, providing whatever we needed. The new year party was graced with an amazing DJ from Israel. Amidst all party, food, fun and frolics, we not only had a great time but also met several amazing people.This place provides great service at a very reasonable price. Its clean, beautiful and worth coming back to.

Very bad experience

Its good for the price. Can get better hostels but definitely prices are higher. It is cheaper than other hostels so yes worth the price you pay. Dorm beds are shaky, can feel them shaking when any one of the dormmate moves in or out. But then its cheap compared to others.

Awesome Bohemian hostel of art and culture! Dorm bunks have curtains, great views from the rooftop, and conveniently located night light/outlets.

Food is available in the property and the food quality and taste was both good. The location of the property is within main area in Rishikesh. Overall our stay was excellent.

The facilities and the accommodation in this Backpacker property was top-notch. No complimentary breakfast but free WiFi was given. Property is near to Rishikesh main city. All in all value for money experience.

Stayed here for 2 days. The washrooms smelled. The rains had ruined the ambience of the terrace. The common place is messy. The staff is friendly and helpful. Not a good place to stay in rainy season. The cook is a very quite good.

Best rooftop of all the hostels, good location (quiet) and awesome people. Also good to have a kitchen to cook my own breakfast. As always in Moustache, the showers are amazing haha. Hot water and strong pressure.... Mmmmm a rare thing after coming from Nepal. The decoration is also pretty. Could sit in that fake grass for hours. Thank you guys !

Amazing place! Easily the best hostel in Rishikesh!! The staff is incredibly friendly and we’re very accommodating to my boyfriend and I. We only planned on staying a night or two but ended up staying here for a week. The staff treated us like family right from the start. The hostel was very clean, rooms were tidy and well kept, the kitchen is fully equipped and the outside patio is great to hangout and lounge around in. Thanks Moustache Hostel!!!

As soon as my husband + I got to Moustache we were welcomed with open arms. They all have such great personalities, down to earth and want to make sure you enjoy your stay. The vibe is very relaxed here and a great hideaway to rest. We stayed in a private room and felt like home. It was clean and quiet. We arrived to Moustache on Aug 5 and didn’t check out till the 11th! We originally only had 2 nights planned but well see for yourself—it’s hard to leave!People are great, customer service is awesome and it’s clean. Oh and away from the noise!

Moustache Rishikesh is one the best hostel I ever experienced ...best and highly professional staff .. cleaning were extremely clean (washroom were very very clean )they changed beds sheet every day..very beautiful view from rooftop and they food was very delicious..will definitely recommend it and soon I will be back with my friends ...cheer up guy .keep going ..

Theyve removed room service by adding Hostel in the name of property, but still charging 1400 for a night in private room. Jet was broken in the washroom, no bucket provided, no soap, no mirror present in the room, room stinks, no cloth hangers, no cupboard in the room, no chair. If you are in a tight budget opt for dorm stay avoid taking a private room. Thanks

Rohan and bozo were there to help us 24X7It had a pool and very clean surroundings. Bathrooms were amazing.

This is not India.
