Location and view of this hotel is really outstanding no doubt. But this hotel needs good services asap. Its seems like old property but need maintenance. Very smelly room rest services are good. I really dont have very good experience here because of rooms otherwise view and location both are awesome.

This Hotel was unexpected search by me. Names looks quite normal but after reaching hotel I find this hotel excellent in its price category. As far as location is concerned its Good about 2 km from Laxman Jhoola meaning near to market as well as peaceful. Staff were really nice, courteous. Hotel provide food as per your choice and more importantly its like home made food. Food was Excellent. Cleanness was good. AC was in good condition. checkout time is 10 am and this is only thing which I didnt liked because you have to board train mostly in Evening from Haridwar, So be prepared for Extra money for Extra hours of stay.Overall Experience was above Average.

Place is quiet. Enough good clean room with hot water. Only in march it is cold for sleeeping. Breakfast was not testy sometimes. it was very simple: bread with butter and jam and masala tea. Many groupes for yoga stay here. they have special holl for yoga. Our living there was almost amazing ☺. Only weather in Rishikesh litt5 spole it))

Rishikesh sadan is a great place to stay for those who want peace calm ...plain and nice food. Its caretake Aarti is very cooperative and will take care of everything.. mostly foreigners use to stay in this hotel.. staff and the cook Mahavir will cook according to your taste..Rooms are simple no luxury no TV.. but the soulful stay you have here one cant be compared with hifi hotels.parking is outside hotel.. bit tough for new drivers... After all you are getting much much more what you pay for the rooms...so those in search of peace relaxation and away from city life.. best place to stay..

Calm quiet Spartan spiritual and peaceful

Staff are very supportive and foods are like home with very limited option. main concern about room basic checks. geezer was not working and Fan was also not working over inverter.. they changed my room twice and the third rooms were having issue with bathroom light which was neither working on main electricity nor over inverter.

Rishikesh Sadan at Tapovan arranged the best and most relaxing vacation for me and my family. Its very sweet and cozy place with excellent view of hill and a water stream flowing next to it. Its plus point is its location, which is away from chaos of city but walking distance to Ram and Lakshmi Jhoola or just walk upto the hill for fresh air. But ITS BEST point is its management team. Everyone is very welcoming and pleasing filling this place with positive energy. I would recommend this place for a relaxing vacation with friends or family or just with your self (very safe for single female traveler).

A neat ,clean peaceful budget accommodation. A little clear water stream by the side which origins from 6 Km trek above in the hill. Here you may enjoy yoga classes in morning and evening, meditation. In a total sum a place to total relax.

A cheap accommodation for night stay or for long stay between Rishikesh & Shivpuri. Almost on main road and staff is good / helping. Natural view (in front of forest), not too much space but still fresh air you can breath. Foreigner are booking rooms here for months to meditate.
