Absolutely great doctors with wonderful . Hats off to government for providing such awesome facilities at such negligible cost.Thanks to all staffs involved. People are adapting to new ways of operating . However few in general public must learn to respect cleanliness . They at times forget that toilets and hospital are suppose to be used and left only.clean.Again hats off to all involved for making AIIMS possible and run fantastically in Rishikesh.Improvement scope:1. Few lab techs treat you as if you love staying in hospitals along with your kid or relatives.2. There are times when nursing staff (which is absolutely great and cooperative.). makes so much of noise par night .3.

Cons:1.For opd you have to wait in a long queue.2.Washrooms are not clean.3. Doctors are working through their students.The students may be mbbs. They are copy pasting the previous reports only.4. They write the tests but dont tell you where to go for the test and you cant ask anything to them. So rude and cruel.5.process is too lengthy for tests.gave a date of next month for test.6. Every time, for doctors consult you have to make new parcha. For that you have to stand in long queue.7. Dont have PET Scan.Pros:1. The rate of tests is minimum.2.covid test is free of cost.

This hospital Rishikesh AIIMS which has been built by the Government of India was a very good step. But it is very sad that senior doctors keep roaming there and only sub junior doctors see the patient, which is not treated properly. When this hospital was newly opened, all the doctors here used to look after the patient well. And today the service of this hospital is probably the worst service if you look at AIIMS in the whole of India.Those people who are sitting in the top management of AIIMS or the Health Minister need a lot of attention on this.

Aiims is considered THE BEST hospital in and around delhi. Even on national level also it has a great reputation. I dont think pakistan, nepal, Bangladesh or Sri Lanka may have a hospital like aiims. It is an autonomous body run hospital. Neither state government or centre government has any control over it but traditionally it has happened that all big shots are admitted here when they fall ill, be it politicians, movie stars, big businessman etc for it being the most upto date hospital with advanced medical technologies in the world. Joining aiims as a professional or for studies has been a pain in the rear, selection process for both the things is very very tough. About the treatment, its world class once you get thru the admission because one need to stay in a long que at 6 am for the card process and without that registration card no dr will attend you no matter what. They charge very little, hardly 10 Rs max. But wait is very long. For example if you are suggested surgery, they will give a date may be 6 months ahead. Otherwise a great hospital. Drs are world class but little high head.

AIIMS(all india institute of Medical and science)is the best institute . and second is this institute location is wonderfull. best doctor and other staff . one of the best thing is staff coordinate for all emergency problem.

This is my personal experience I have never expected this . They have diagonosed one of my relative with cancer and later when they went for second opinion to chandigarh it was not a cancer. Indias biggest medical institue ...shame on you.

Very worst service.Patients and attendants in side emergency crying but no one bother to care. My patient suffering from blood cancer which was referred by indresh hospital Dehradun was take in, in emergency and kept inside in que for 5 hours waited and after that denied to admit saying he is not dying. And the y told that emergency in AIIMS means if patient is near to die

On paper facilities seems excellent but when we talk about wards it seems patients get other infections from ventilators etc , and it also appears that all so called specialists work independently not considering side effects to other ailments , My brother a COVID patient caught fungal infection in bed and was administered anti fungal oral dose which damages kidney and he suffered kidney damage There must be other such lapses . Lack of joint responsibility ,Ultimately Lost my brother who himself came for COVID treatment on 8 th morning and day by day detoriated till his death on 23 th’rd dec . 15 days was not small time to spend in hospital but only talks , Also stole his mobile after death

AIIMS, name is enough. Any patient can avail facility for treatment of all major health problems. General ward is comfortable and hygienic for patients. toilets of general ward is average to low. bathroom does not have warm water. food for patients is available at ward from hospital management.patient attendant have to sleep on floor with his own arrengements of clothes. No facility for washing of clothes. a lot of energy is required in a man to attend a patient in AIIMS

I am regularly reading about AIIMS Reshikesh progress. I have gone through one item Post Graduate. Since almost two years , I find on website that it will start in near future. I want to know which is that year when Post Graduate Course will start in this Prestigious Institute.

If u had a appointment of 90clock in morning then your turn will come in 30clock evening... Though its has all the facilities but the staffs and doctors took a lot of time to see patients... I m sitting here from 8:30am and now its 3:37pm but nobody cares they are saying just wait and wait..... I think government hospitals are much better atleast they make u sure YES OR NOIt should not have a big name as AIIMS

One of my friends father went there for treatment for heart issue/chest pain and he was not properly attended. All of his reports were incorrect and he was just given some gas treating medication. He later had heart attack and died eventually due to weak heart pumping. Sad to see such pathetic state for a hospital with a big name. They need to reevaluate its doctors and staffs expertise.

Doctors are best of all. But so much crowdy. You dont get service at time. No bed allowed for critical patients. Other AIIMS should be in dehdadun, garhwal and kumaon region. I request to my honrable PM and CM for more such AIIMS Hospitals provided in other regions of Uttarakhand so that poor people may not suffer.

Worst Hospital for critical paitients and for poor people . My mother was suffering from Nephrotic syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis, hypertension, hypothyroidism ,UTI.when I went to the emergency in morning so we wait on trolley outside ward till evening.Nobody was listening us but one humble doctor see my mother condition and he admit(12days) my mother for kidney biopsy etc.After that testing was done ,staff of hospital is good ,My mother human albumin was very low so albumin bottle required(₹4000 per bottle) ,we are unable to purchase it. one nurse arranged some 2 bottle from hospital free but it was not sufficient . nursing officer was unable to arrange more albumin because there is no proper supply of medicine in hospital (this is the big problem) .... during 12 days only one time a nephrologist and rheumatologist saw my mother.At the time of discharge my mothers condition was not in good shape but doctors discharge her. she was unable to walk due to edema , weakness etc.Her albumin was low.After the discharge ,patient has to come in opd in any condition .after that patient has to wait for many hours.After online appointment why patient has to wait in a queue and after that outside doctors cabin for many hours ?.they should have to give the online time slot for visiting the doctor.We come to opd but nephrologist was on holiday and junior doctor dont change their medicine (blood comming in stool). after some days she died.we were unable to arrange money for saving my mothers life and now I lost my mother.This hospital is good for celebrity.

The hospital staff is not supportive , there are no doctors in the emergency ward and no treatment is provided to the patient. Two patients died in front of me ,due to fever and not even a single doctor came to examine them when they were admitted. Even the stretchers are to be arranged by the patients family from different locations. No one pays attention to the situation of patient. They just take patients as experiments as there are students and interns available only.

Untrained and unskilled staff and doctors. We took my father there after he complained of chest/stomach pain and the doctors did not even check properly, provided false reports and just gave few medicines saying that it is bad gas. They did not admit him in emergency and sent home. He had massive heart attack(s) few hours later and succumbed to it following days.I am consulting with lawyers and planning on suing them.Dont take your patients there if you want their well being.PLEASE DONT CONFUSE AIIMS DELHI with AIIMS RISHIKESH.

Poor hospital facility. No hygiene and cleanliness. Toilets stink. Patients have to stay outside for overnight stays. Not nurses, your family member moves you from one floor to another. Man labor is pathetic. And Doctors? If cant solve your case, be ready to enter a circle of different dept referrals.

Big name, but very underdeveloped facilities! Any person who comes here for the 1st time needs to queue up for hours and hours! First queue is outside the OPD just to get a silly paper slip to fill in ones details and Aadhar card number. With that slip, one again has to queue up inside the OPD in order to get ones OPD card which costs 10 INR. Why do dont they just give it for free?? But no - one even has to pay by card! Cash payment not allowed. What kind of facility is this? The government lets the old and sick people wait in the queue for hours and then forces them to pay petty 10 INR by card?! A ladies queue is there, but there is no queue for sick and old people.The scenario on the corriodors of the hospital are the same like everywhere. Whole families picknicking on blankets on the floor, patients on beds and wheelchairs everywhere on the aisle. Elevators are overworked - better take the stairs. Then again a huge queue in front of the respective department...! I had an online booking, but it does not really count - it means next to nothing! The doctor was not very friendly and asked a lot of intimate question which are not related to my disease. They also did not change the paper sheets on the bed in between the patients. They only did so after I told them that I will not sit on this sheet which was used before. They are also charging for the parking of a vehicle outside the hospital. All in all, it was a disappointing experience: Lacking facilities and hygiene! Definitely not recommended for foreigners. Better to admit in a private hospital and pay a bit more, but be served quickly and efficiently!

AIIMS Rishikesh is the best medical providing security in Uttarakhand this is in Rishikesh 4.4 kilometre away from railway station having a large and lovely campus.I visited this place and I also use medical facilities provided by the AIIMS and this are best facilities in our area.The doctors having se a great experience and well educationBut I think this can be more better by improving the management of the institute in many areas the management is not to good.There is no special arrangement for que I saw in many places people fight in que . So I think this can be more better my improving management faculty of the campus.

Imagine a doctor saying this to his junior in front of a patient - Do you think that I love my job? Do I love to come here and see my patients daily? Not at all, but still I come daily because AIIMS is paying me well. I come here for money.Yes this conversation actually happened in front of me and in English, maybe doctor assumed I didnt know English. And the doctor was Saurabh Bhatt in dermatologist section.Second incident happened in psychiatry department:I went for my brothers counseling as he denied to take his medicines. He asked doctor to explain his disease to which that arrogant lady Dr. Anita Sharma replied, google it. Really, then why the hell AIIMS has hired you instead install a computer with good internet connection, could have benefited in cost cutting.After she failed to explain the disease to my brother, she replied if you dont want to take the medicines fine dont take them.I was like, has she gone mad? I asked my brother to wait outside and confronted the foolish lady about the same, to which she replied, we cant do anything, unless his condition deteriorates further, and we have to forcefully inject the medicines.So in short, she wanted me to wait and see my brothers health deteriorate, the most insensitive advice I have ever heard.I really wanted to slap that lady but thanks to my polite manners.Such incidents sometimes propel me to become a doctor and to make a difference, that these insensitive fools are not making.In nutshell, I will suggest to go for Delhi AIIMS instead.
