Too pretty for utility rooms?

All I can say is WOW! Myriad of selection suited to various tastes. Selected our bathroom floor,wall,and tub tiles in a jiffy. Cant comment on the staff as our tile artist/installer was with us therefore didnt need help from the store personnel.

Wonderful experience at Wayne Tile in Ramsey! Ingrid was so knowledgeable and really helped us choose tile that we love. She had great suggestions and helped us stay within budget. She also took the time to look at the architect plans and answer all of the questions we had. We appreciate her guidance and are thankful for the wide selection available at Wayne Tile.

Honesty, quality makes a difference. The experience of buying from Wayne Tile is so much better than a discount big box tile place, and I dont actually think it was any more expensive. The folks at Wayne Tile know what theyre talking about and are friendly and willing to help.

Very large selection for any project. Staff is very helpful, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. We made an appointment with Ivona who was terrific. I would recommend having an appointment if you have a big project. All in all I was very impressed.

So happy that I found this store online. Made an appointment with Ms. Nuray. She was well knowledged in tiles and designs. I have been renovating my whole house for 2 months now, bought about 2000sf Versace tiles. There were few trips made to the store and one trip to warehouse for an “emergency” tile add ons... Ms. Nuray was always there for us.This renovation was a little frustrating and overwhelmed for us. But she made my tile work so easy and worry free! Great experience and highly recommended!!!

Rosa was wonderful!!!!! She was patient, knowledgeable and helpful. Rosa helped from beginning to end with a positive attitude and was always very responsive.

We used Wayne Tile in Wayne and Ramsey locations multiple times. The staff is very professional and helpful. Unlike in many other stores, we got many samples for free. Then ended up getting tile from them for our bathroom. Very good service and very organized. Would definitely recommend this place.

I was on my way to drop off my son at baseball practice all the while admiring the beautiful tile through the windows. The man who worked at Wayne Tile came to the door and opened it, I was about to tell him how how I cant wait to browse through his store when he rudely told me to go move my car. There were signs for his store in front of many open spaces, but no sign where I parked. I was carrying a cranky 2 year old and trying to usher 2 other children into the building for a quick drop off. Not to mention that it was 8:50 on a Saturday morning and few people are shoppingfor tile at that time.. Because of this experience I will never shop at Wayne Tile, but look for a place where I can be treated with respect. Next time I come to baseball I will park in the same spot as it is not marked and therefore open to the public.Do not give such a rude person your business.

Great Selection and Knowledgeable Staff

I purchased my tile from Wayne Tile Ramsey location and could not be more pleased with the wide assortment, quality and price of tile. There was an issue with a container from Italy and Mark and Don went out of their way to find a solution to minimize the delay so my master bath could be completed on time. I would highly recommend Wayne Tile to anyone.

Great selection, we asked if someone can help us and after waiting 20 minutes for someone to come and help us out, we left the store

Customer service is very good from my limited experience but you are a paying a high premium for shopping here. Not sure why. Everything I have purchased from these guys is at least 25% higher than anywhere else in the area.. only reason I have made purchases was I needed something in a hurry and didnt have time to drive to Floor Decor in Paramus... example.. grout price from F&D $15 - same bag from WT $25.. someone has high rent I guess.

Ask for Ivana! She is super sweet and helpful! She was a pleasure to work with, she guided us in the right direction for a bathroom and family room we were remodeling :) Best of all she has great customer service skills and has such a bubbly personality :)
