I ordered through their amazon store (Sunset Retail) for two orders and only received half of the order both times. I worked with amazon to have one of the orders refunded (only to keep what I rightfully paid for) and I got a barrage of nasty emails from them including threats to get me kicked off of amazon...No worries, well be sure to report you and have you removed from Amazon. You are not allowed to steal from sellers like you are. I only wanted what I ordered and paid for and the amazon rep suggested this as the path. I have very simple questions: If you knew there was a problem why wouldnt you just send two more to avoid the hassle of a return? If you knew there was a problem why would you continue to list them on Amazon? (Offer for sale still active 2 weeks after first order) If you knew there was a problem why wouldnt you tell me that the packaging was wrong? After the first order, I requested a return and ordered another from Amazon to try and get the right part only to be pushed back to this same supplier.In general, I wouldnt do business with a company that threatens and berates their customers. I also wont do business with a company that knowingly sells defective products or incorrect parts.

Today i made the trip to their building and their warehouse is huge. the people that work there are incredibly friendly.The store is a pickup counter, where you tell them what you like and they will get it for you. I am really glad i made the trip, but ordering from them online is great too. they ship very quickly

First time going there, recommended by my uncle who has children who love the RC cars. The two gentleman were EXTREMELY detailed and made sure i understood what i was buying and what came with the kit. I use these guys all the time for my Stampede VXL parts. They are 6 minutes from my house and they ALWAYS have the part I need. It is counter service only (not a store to browse in), but thats fine for me. Find what you want/need online - if its on their webpage, you are all set. They always give me quick service and competitive pricing !!

Purchased a $500 item from this place and it was damaged out of the box. The seller refused to give me a full refund because they claim the cellophane was removed. Of course it was. I saw the damaged item after opening the box. I would avoid doing business with Nitro Hobbies.

Im here to tell everyone this is a legitimate bonafide operation. Not some drop shipper that operates out of an apartment. I ordered a Revo 3.3(only place in the country to have one PHYSICALLY in stock) and it was at my house in 2 days. During COVID its inspiring to see a small company stay running and is shipping in a timely manner. Nitro Hobbies just won themselves a life long customer. Once COVID is over I plan to go and check them out in person. oh and when the 1/10 MAXX is back in stock ill be ordering one for sure!!!!!!!!

I got an RC car from this place thru eBay. i changed my mind while it was being shipped to me so i told fedex to ship it back and they did so. the seller told me he would issue credit within 24 hours, it was more than 4 days ago. They also lost one of my items and didnt take responsibility. The sad thing is that theyre buying a lot on eBay so when i placed my honest bad review about my experience, eBay deleted it. do not buy from them because you will most likely not see the bad feedback of other customers. dont buy

Great place for your hobby needs

Worst exp I have ever had. Ordered 160$ worth of wheels and a body, revived the body and a note attached saying sorry for the wheels. I had called and they told me that they would call me back, they had sent me a email stating that the reason they didnt ship the wheels was because they didnt have them and had forgotten to tell me... I asked for them to over night me a different color of the same wheel and they said no, we wont do that, but we can refund your money . Wont be using this company again. Would give zero stars if possible.

I LOVE this place, this is by far the BEST local hobby shop ever to exist in the history of man! They are a huge warehouse with literally anything you need for cars, helis, planes, etc. I go online to their website, find the parts I need for my helicopters and head there, pay for it and walk out! Anyone in the area should definitely check them out! To point out the other posts that are negative are ALL from online users, so my recommendation is (if possible) to go there in person. They are not a normal hobby shoip in that they can handle broken factory parts, this is why they state you need to go through the manufacturer. Gonitrohobbies is more of a home depot type shop for all RC needs, dont go by the other bad reviews, check them out on your own (and NO I have no affiliation with them, only great experiences every time I have been there) which has been multiple times! I get all of my T-Rex 450/700 helicopter parts directly from them, and aside from one bad 6S battery (which they replaced with NO questions asked as it was bad from the manufacturer), I have never had a bad parts. i have spent thousands there with no issues.To each his/her own though and unfortunately you cannot please everyone all of the time and there will always be people no matter what you do, you cannot please so try them yourself BEFORE ignoring them based on these bad reviews.
