I had dropped off a plaque a few months ago, I had told trophy king that I was flexible in regards to time but my expectation was that it would take a few weeks at most. After not hearing from them I called every few weeks thereafter thinking that it would be completed but was instead fed excuses. The owner had said that it was his busy season which was understandable but not receiving a call about my plaque made it seem like he had forgotten about it.Consider other options before doing business here. I will never do business with Trophy King again.

I had a trophy name plate that needed to be copied. I contacted numerous trophy shops and engravers in Bergen County. All had some reason for not being able (or wanting) to do the work. Andrew of Trophy King in Ramsey was the only one who indicated he could perform the job as requested ... no problem. Andrew was willing to handle this small job for me and did a flawless reproduction of the item I brought in. He was very easy to deal with and his cost as estimated was minimal. Definitely a positive experience for me and I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking trophy or award services. Thank you Andrew!!
