After getting recommended, I finally decided to try this place. This spot is kinda hidden, located on a busy street near burger king and BP gas station. There’s no parking near by, but there are some meter spots and a bus stop right in front of the store. It’s a hole in the wall kind of joint, but it’s definitely worth giving a shot.We decided to play it safe, by trying the seekh kabab and naan from here. The seekh kabab is flavorful and spicy, and the naan is freshly made in the tandoor. We got the 12 kababs for $20, and 10+ naans for a $1 each.The raita was a bit watery and seemed to have some white clumps (yogurt?). It wasn’t as spicy as I had expected but it wasn’t bad. It went well with the kabab.The food was great overall. The staff was nice as well, but I had asked for the red/sweet sauce and they forgot to give it. I’ll be back to try their other items.

Food is pretty delicious but the staff and rude customer service makes me never wanna go back. The lady that works there always has a bad attitude, and either we’re in the burnt end of getting the attitude or some poor customer is. It’s always on display. I avoid this place because of that.

Ordered through DoorDash and very upset with my order. First of all, the samosa was so small and sadly packaged. Then the naan is cold while I am eating. I couldn’t enjoy properly. Lastly, when I opened my rasmalai, it was FROZEN. HOW! meaning it’s not fresh and was pre packaged in the fridge. Even then, when you pack, you can feel that it’s frozen from outside. Very dissatisfied ..the only thing that was good was mango lassi and chana masala.

This place used to be okay (10 year customer) but taste of Lahore down the block is way better. I call and ask for fresh kebabs and non burnt naan only to get some frozen 4-5 day old kebabs that ruin your stomach. The naan usually are burnt unless you are really implicit about it on the phone. You shouldn’t have to ask a restaurant not to burn their food or serve frozen old kebab...Really disgusted with the way this restaurant turned out to be.

Chicken Seekh kebab is the best, flame broiled taste only 2$ perfect simple meal after workouts when youre too tired or lazy to cook

I have been getting food from here for a long time. In the beginning the food was very good, but recently the last couple times the food was really bad. The food is either old or just not good, you can tell there leftovers from a couple days ago you can smell it in the food. If I could have I would have given it 0 stars because this is unacceptable.

Their karahi chicken, both boneless and regular are amazing. As well as the chicken samosay, til waalay naan and kashmiri chai. 🥰

I came here on last Friday of the previous week with my friends to celebrate birthday of my friend we spend fantastic time at this place we had so much fun. Fresh and tasty Indian take out/eat in restaurant. Super casual with super reasonable prices. Lately Ive have a thing for their Chicken Kabab, on freshly made Nan bread. Only 3 bucks ! And its a filling meal.

Everything goes into a microwave. Got a to go plate watched the guy put it into a microwave, got home and the whole thing was ice cold in the middle. I live around the corner. The $12 plate was all rice and 4 pieces of lamb... how? I seen they have fresh backed bread and chicken sticks maybe that’s good? I won’t be going back. Somasa was good but also ice cold. DISAPPOINTED...

Each time Im in NYC I never missed a chance to go there. Food is great. People are friendly and polite. Servings are generous. Loved the Chai.

This pandemic is making me crave the most random items like chicken Karahi so opened up Yelp and randomly chose a spot near me in the moment and Sunshine it was!Seemed like a lot of people really like their kebabs and naan, some were ordering 6-10 in an order to go. But I was just here for one dish and one dish only! They offered the dish on the bone and boneless, I opted for none in and out to a little bit to prepare but that was ok. One thing that caught me off guard was that the dish didnt come with any rice nor was I offered to piece any either. Their nan was delicious and the Karahi was really flavorful and nicely seasoned with the chicken being very tender.The space was clean and pandemic take out ready so wont judge the space since nothing was set to dine in but one of the other customers said that they offer a nice party space of to the side and back so thought that was an interesting feature for what looked like a large storefront take out place. Well be back to try their kebabs and more soon.

Sunshine caterers, catered for our wedding with 250 guests. He was by far the best wedding caterer for a desi wedding. The food was fresh, hot, and prepared extremely well. He coordinated with us and our wedding coordinator, leaving us stress free for the event. Our guests raved about the food and we definitely got our moneys worth. Highly highly reccomend for weddings or any event.

The food is awesome and its overall a great experience. Its up to you if its worth the $300 perhead price of admission plus tax. If thats your thing Id recommend it.

Ridiculous wrong food and have nerve to say call next time before you order. Seriously. Should say you have this this and this for today. Don’t send me the food that I don’t eat. I pay for it for the food that I want not the food that you want to send it to me.

Its good desi restaurant but their customer service need to get better. Specially their Naan and kabab person is totally unthankful and rude. If customer want something he dont have to make faces while doing it. He is getting paid for this service.

Good food but not clean at all

Great staff and service. Yet the food was worst. I think they have changed the cook. We ordered 4 roti, three kabab and keema. The roti was very crispy but not soft. They should have been soft. It felt like, as if they were pre-maid. Keema was very oily, and kebab wasn’t tasty.Both I and my wife sufferd bolting stomach after dinner.We are not going there any more.

Asked for beef kababs for catering and the owner tried pulling a fast one on me by giving me chicken, like I couldnt tell the difference. I called him out on it, he conceded, but not much I could do last minute.

Bad experience the attendant/cashier was rude and overly aggressive when served us.. Three of us walked in no one helped us when one of us approached him he said he was busy to wait..He also took the cash money for our orser and used the same hand the left to touch bread we added to our order.. even though he had a glove on the right hand.When we confronted him about it he lied.. said he used the right handRestaurant itself was not very clean dirty plates and food on plates. Went there because i have haerd they have good beef brain(mogoj) dish.Its good but not that much.not highly recommend.dont get their paratha,its worst.beef brain is somewhat alright.

Worst Indian food I ever had was so hungry and ordered it but end up eating nothing . I ordered chicken curry garlic naan and chicken tikka masala out of which chicken was way too salty without any taste and naan seems like it was not freshly prepared.. Went for lunch with a friend. Ordered Chicken Biryani and beef curry. The foods were cold and tasted bad. Whoever is saying that the biryani is good never had authentic biryani. The interior was not clean at all. I would give this place negative stars if I could. Do not go there!!

Its all about their Pakistani breakfast offerings. No restaurant that I know of in the tri-state area offers beef Nihari, goat Paya and Haleem all in one day in addition to their two breakfast platters of aloo channa, halwa poori and Pak omlet.Can someone please remove the description as Indian food. Pakistan Zindabad!
