Ive gone here for years, and not once have they ever been bad. Fantastic food all the time with a personal touch forgotten in many other restaurants. The fellow who runs the place treats people like family, always having a welcoming smile ang a good word. I cannot recommend them more highly.

Idk whos give this spot bad reviews but theyre insane. My delivery came on time and hot!! I love the options for the spice levels, how everything is fresh & has great portions! The seasonings are delicious. So happy they delivery to Rego Park now 🥰🥰 will be my regular Indian spot 🔥🔥

Just tried the Chicken briyani i just wasted 26 bucks I just toss it in Garbage ...Ive had better punjabi food ..Its taseless and has no savoringJesus what a dissapointment.Even the naan tastes bad. No utensils neither the nann was burned .Disgraceful punjabi food ive tasted much better OMG!!!

I live around the corner from this place have lived there way before this restaurant opened up.. I have never went in or ordered anything until yesterday! Was extremely surprised how authentic and delicious the food was...I took a takeout menu 😋....guess whos gonna be a weekly customer!!! Guys you really have to try this Punjabi restaurant.🥳🙌

I got the mixed grill and the chicken vindaloo. Food came quick and the mixed grill was a lot better than I thought. The chicken vindaloo was more potato than chicken which is kind of disappointing. Everything was reasonably tasty but the food gave me a case of the bubble guts after (only take out Ive had in that week) so I have to give it a 1.

Ordered the goat biryani and received bland goat curry mixed with basmati rice and frozen peas. Absolutely ridiculous. 2 stars for the somewhat decent samosas, but otherwise not worth the money.

The food here isn’t bad by any means, but it is just okay to a person who is very familiar with Indian flavors, hence the 3 stars. It is not super- bam- pow flavorful, and not spicy whatsoever, so if you have a more picky palette when it comes to food, but want to experiment by trying Indian food, this is a good place for you. For those who eat Indian food frequently and enjoy a punch with spice/ loud flavors, then you might want to go somewhere else. The portions are not too bad, I would appreciate if both rice and naan came with the meal instead of one or the other, a lot of other places offer both with purchase of an entree.

This is a local gem in Flushing. If you like Northern Indian food you will be pleased with the quality, authenticity and value here. I have been enjoying the food and I know the family from eating here over the years. It hurts me to see these nasty reviews by snowflakes. If you get belly aches you should not eat Indian food due to the complex spices. Stop blaming the food for your sensitive stomachs. I’d suggest the chicken tikka masala, chicken or lamb bhuna or Malai Chicken (for sensitive tummies). Family style authentic food. Love it.

Was not sure if the quality and taste is good but it was really great. In this neighborhood we missed Indian restaurant and here its a fusion of Indian American and Spanish food. Great taste and open till late. They deliver also.

Omg the chili chicken is out of this world my co workers and I order it ever chance we get with nan. We also enjoy the chicken tikka masla and spinach. I know I destroyed the spelling of them . Soo sorry.

I ordered Chicken Biriyani, and what I got was Chicken fried-rice, full of green peas in it, and the rice was over-cooked. It was no where near biriyani, but a mix of poulao and fried rice. a full waste of money. It was such a let down.I will never order from here again.

Disappointed and upset that I paid for flat sodas. I purchased 3 different kinds of sodas. All three of the sodas were flat. The food on the other hand was okay.

I normally order Indian food from a place on Bell Blvd where the people are lovely, but we came across this little place in Flushing and decided to give it a try. We ordered the butter chicken and chicken tikka and they were both absolutely delicious! The rice was perfectly prepared and the dishes had just the right amount of zip.Dont be discouraged by the unassuming exterior of Punjabi. What is going on inside is what matters. We have tried many Indian restaurants in the past and this was by far one of the best meals we have ever had. I highly recommend it and cant wait to go back

Few years ago a friend got us Samosas from this place. Although we live in Elmhurst but I often go there to pick some up . I recommend their mixed grill as well which is very good. Looking forward to try their other food too.

The samosas were really good. They also have sizzlers which smelled & looked really good. Its a nice little joint.

I had absolutely zero expectations from what appeared to be mostly an Indian restaurant that also happened to serve pizza and cheeseburgers. I needed my Indian food fix, and in desperation I ordered take out. Delicious, delicious, delicious! I am completely taken by surprise. If you have a crave, and are looking for some good Indian takeout in the area, then this is your place.

I have no complain about food, but this “one star” is only for that lady who work there, She is always in BAD mood (whenever I visit this place) and don’t know how to handle customer, that’s why I prefer to order online rather than visit this restaurant.

Well after my second time here, Id have to say its a real hit & miss situation. The first time, the wonderful family dinner we got gave me the impression that Lake Pavilion had become a contender for the best Cantonese restaurants in Flushing purely in terms food quality, since Flushing. On the second visit though, we had to deal with waiters who simply did not know what the **** they were doing. The variable between the two visits? Newbie inexperienced waiters being overwhelmed by the crowds. In the end, its the food that matters, and Lake Pavilion gets a 4/5 from me.Until the restaurant hits its one year anniversary, Id really advise you to do a 180 and head to Grand Restaurant or Asian Jewel if you see a big crowd here.

Just ordered their food from Seamless. Absolutely the WORST Indian food I have ever tasted. Everything we ordered was SO bland and needs more seasoning. The curry tasted like spicey water and chicken (no veggies). Definitely not work 11.00 ea.LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR INDIAN FOOD. THIS PLACE IS EXPENSIVE AND THE FOOD IS TERRIBLE.

We usually order food from them 3-4 times a week. The delivery guy never comes to my appartment and always wants us to go downstairs to pick up the delivery. Due to some reason I was not able to do so this time, when I asked him to deliver the order to my apartment he said he wont come upstairs and that if I have any issue I should cancel the order. He was very rude and didnt know how to speak at all. When I called the restaurant they were rude as well. I will never order from them again.

The delivery was on time the food was hot but didnt taste good !!! I had the chicken sis kebab and was dry and also the chicken biryiani and wasnt fresh !!!!

I ordered chilli paneer and they sent us sugar paneer, worst service highly recommended not to order

How do they have 634 reviews on seamless giving them more than a 1 star? Chicken biryani was bland, spiceless with overcooked rice. The veggies seem to be just that frozen pea, bean mix + fresh onions. Chicken curry was just chicken in pepper water (no veggies, other spices, salt, texture). Chicken appetizer was dry like it was microwaved and bland. Ive never had such a terrible samosa - the minced meat was like shredded cardboard. Howd they mess up a fried comfort food? Even the naan sucked - dry and tough. Garbage.
