Pros - Staying experience in The Saien Hotel Puri is awesome. Location is within Swargadwar Main Market. View of sea from the room is mesmerizing. Behaviour of staffs are very much heart touching. They are always in smiling face. Though restaurant is not available in the Hotel, but the hotel staff can arrange whatever you want from outside.Cons - Room is little bit overpriced.

Last year 2020 on February middile i booked these hotel buy a broker who stands outside for tourist Best hotel i got and i am very happy bcz they allows us to keep our pet with us with some minimum charges and i always suggest my friend and family to stay their ... but unfortunately i lost their card if anyone have please share it with me bcz for april i want to book online

Really good accomodation at fair price. View of sea is fantastic from rooms, facing beach. Reaching the hotel is very easy as it is located just beside the marine drive main road. Swargadwar market , famous Kakatua sweet shop & good restaurants are just few meters away. Rooms are clean with functioning ACs & geysers. Furnitures & interior decorations including toileteries are all upto the salt & satisfies a room seekers all basic needs. Rooms & toilets including floors are regularly cleaned. Tea is served at room but its price has to be paid separately. Check out time is 7 am but tourists are allowed to keep their luggage at reception for longer period before they finally depart as per their train/flight schedule.If Extra person wants to stay in a room he/she needs to pay for the extra cot as token charge. Child below 12 is not charged for extra cot.There is no swimming pool or bar in the hotel. Environment is homely & very friendly.

Hi.. Its the worst experience ever, which I am sharing right now, just after checking at 5.25am in the morning.. As per our previous conversation, I completed all formalities cleared the night before, so that our check out will be smooth, because we had a train to catch at 6am next day.. But to our utter surprise, the management showed their unprofessional attitude in the morning of check out.. In spite of prior information at 4 AM that we will check out one hour later, no one turned up and when we ourselves handed over the key at the reception, they tried to keep us waiting for completion of room inspection duties during checkout and started harrasing us.. We (me and my wife) somehow managed to get out and reached the station just15 min before the departure of the train.So my earnest request to any one, who wish to pay a visit to Puri, never get bewildered and beguiled at charming sweet spoken monkey faces of the reception and management.. These Hoteliers do not know the meaning of customer satisfaction as well as fail to keep the promises they themselves make to their customers.. Now lastly besides paying a hefty amount coz of the rush hour like year endings, you have to sacrifice time to time for basic amenities . Even a flexible adjustable traveler will loose your patience due to their dullness.. I am going to post and circulate this in all travel review blogs and not recommend any one to step inside this hotel.Though the owner apologized over phone but we didnt expect such behavior during the end of the trip.

If you want a budget hotel with sea facing this the perfect choice. Room is just wowww and stuff also very good. But we get one problem facing here that is after 7 pm to 10pm ac not working, otherwise everything is good.
