The hotel is not worth the money.. we booked the dinner and when asked for a few fresh lime soda they served it without even informing before that they were paid.. also there are absolutely no activities in the hotel when compared to the prices.. this hotel needs an upgradation and needs to be updated with regard to the new standards of hospitality business..

Excellent property. Has a private beach away from hustle and bustle. Swimming pool is nice. Worth mentioning is the food . We had both dinner and breakfast in our plan . It was fab. All staff are courteous especially Ashok in the restaurant who went out of the way to ensure we were well taken care of. Strongly recommended...

Location is best. Initially there was some confusion with the type of room, ours was a sea view room booked on MMT. While we were given a pool facing room. Next day they moved us to sea view room. Service is not good as we were served cold meals in room, twice. Next we decided to have it outside in some other restaurant. Ice and Our choice of icecream was not there initially, while later after complaining they provided.Room and the view is best. But being a 5-star hotel, this type of service was not expected.

I can’t praise this hotel enough. From big spacious rooms and huge sea facing balconies to highly courteous staff everything was beyond my expectations. The food was simply amazing, the huge spread of breakfast and dinner buffet were very lavish and delicious, accompanied by poolside snacks in the evening . The beach was just a few steps from the hotel. It was one of the cleanest beaches I’ve ever seen. I highly recommend this place! Great experience! Would love to visit again.thanks !!

The room was too good, the food was fantasticThe only thing that i didn’t expected was the unprofessional behaviour of the front desk manager. Due to his mistake he called me around 10 times after checkout just to pay Rs 500/-.I told him let me reach bhubaneswar i will transfer the amount but he disturbed me continuously.

The property is excellent and located right on the beach. The rooms are big, though the bed could have been bigger. The beach is clean and there are Lifeguards for Mayfair residents on the beach. The property is well maintained and the staff is courteous. They claim to maintain all Covid protocols. The food is also excellent. They serve buffet in Mayfair Waves and a la carte in Mayfair Heritage, right across the road.The rooms in the 1st floor dont have a clear view of the sea, as there are tall trees obstructing the view. The pool is clean and open from 7am to 7pm.We were not aware that the sea beach remains closed on weekends, by Govt order due to the ongoing pandemic and as we were not informed by the Hotel, it was a huge disappointment.Overall the property, rooms, food is brilliant. A clear view of the sea would have been an advantage. Try to opt for rooms in the 2nd floor.

Well situated, courteous service and sumptuous buffet spreads. The rooms are large and well provisioned. New measures taken such as separate AC in rooms, digital menu cards and sanitizers placed at every vantage point give an assurance of safety. Available indoor games amenities at the resort also make for a good experience. The private beach is kept clean and they provide adequate chairs and shades throughout the day for prolonged lazing on the beach. Overall a complete experience, worth the money.

The behaviour of the lady receptionist was not appreciable. Car parking was not safe. Quality of cold coffee was too bad.

This seems to be the best which Puri has to offer. The property is on the beachfront, walking distance from the sea. The rooms with sea view are the one having windows facing to the east and they may be prefe4ed over the rooms facing the north. The property provides kind of exclusive beachfront which is a positive point. Staff is cordial and prompt.

Rooms were tidy. Staff was helpful but after Covid short staffed which is understandable. Room Service was delayed but no complains at all. They did their best. Food taste needs to improve. We were in a package and expected better taste food. Not more offerings. Offerings were sufficient. The upkeep of the place needs to improve as well. Overall experience was good.

The services per say arent too bad. My issue is that they are grossly overpriced. This includes the rooms, food and the responsiveness and initiative of the staff. I have stayed in 5 Star properties in class A cities such as Delhi and Mumbai which charge almost half of what was charged here. Point being, either they should seriously slash their prices or they seriously need to improve their standards. Otherwise, as a guest there, be prepared to shell out a lot of money and be disappointed with what you receive.

If you are in Puri, this 5star property is the best in every thing. Food, customer service, rooms are huge. Take sea facing room. Breakfast s good. Evening sit at the pool shack that serves good odia snacks and drinks. The other Mayfair heritage is adjacent to it. There are 2restaurants in that property. So you have lot of food options. Must stay here.

Fantastic 5 star hotel ,has a personal clean sandy beach for the hotel stayers ,tasty food,all facilities present. Also excellent behavior by the hotel attendants,hotel people.

One of the best in Puri but definitely not on the top if you are looking value for money. Much reasonable options are available on 50% lesser price. Also this property ranks much lower if you compare to Mayfair Kalimpong and others. Room furniture are old, facilities are just okay for 10+ per night room. My overall experience was lesser than average

I dont how to express my views . Every bit of thing is really great starting from reception to stays. I booked it through yatra and for me it was a lively experience to stay at a 5 star rated hotel . It may pinch your pocket to spent some extra amount as per your planned budget but certainly it is worth staying in such a luxury hotel . With delicious breakfast,private beach guarded by Mayfair lifeguards,spa ,gym every bit of thing was awesome. The Dosa I tried their was really awesome.but the hotel management should look into the items it is providing as complimentary gifts .the qualities of the cookies and chocolate can be improved. I would love to highly recommend this place.

One of the best places to stay in puri and spend your holidays in sheer luxury and comfort with all the amenities you can think of money can buy. The resort cum hotel has a private maintained beach. With all the safety standards followed the guests comfort is not at all compromised. It has two restaurants and the food is awesome. Room service is also available and very good. It has free parking facility available for guests. Now where the in room facility is considered it has all the comfort, bathroom is also very big and the toiletries provided are very good, one can easily avoid carrying their own needs. Every room has a big balcony with sofa as well as sitting chair for two and a table, the room size is also very large, and there is unlimited drinking water you get. Amenities include a gym, a spa, games room, kids playing room, a large swimming pool with recliners all around to relax. Do opt for the buffet breakfast and dinner included with the room thats a bargain for the price you can get from online hotel booking websites. This place is a must recommend if money DOESNOT matter.

Stayed at the suite! Spacious and fabulous views

I stayed in Mayfair Waves, Puri in February 2020 for one night. I book this hotel and spent more than Rs 125000/- (one night) in order to relax near sea side and therefore check into the hotel around 4 PM. I was very excited to see the ambience but the same did not last longer. My room was on Second Floor (sea facing) of the hotel. The hotel has arranged some corporate meet on that day and without respecting peace and privacy of all the guests staying in the hotel that night, a loud music was played which started around 7pm and ends around 11pm. Beacuse of loud music, the walls of rooms were shaking so much as earthquake has come and our stay became horrible. I repeatedly told reception staff to lower the music sound but they did not pay attention as they preferred to mint money instead of taking care and comfort of guests staying that night.Therefore, I would suggest not to book this unethical hotel and waste your hardened money.

The photos are from my Room on the topmost Floor. I take this opportunity to mention that I have been visiting Puri for the last forty years and have visited at least once every year. I have been staying at some good places on all the previous occasions.But unfortunately this Covid19 Pandemic Situation spoilt all my visiting plans of this year.I just saw one interesting information about Mayfair Waves Puri, has plans to open in October 2020, with all safety concerns being properly addressed and precautions being put in place.We jumped to their promise and stayed here. Our experiences were extremely excellent and very very happy one. Services and food was excellent. Amenities were more than ample, but the Covid19 Pandemic Situation did not allow for life safety to be compromised.An extremely excellent experience is to be seen and enjoyed in person, to be believed.

The best holiday hotel I have ever been till date. We went during Sept 2020 and the pandemic scenario was pretty taken care of in the hotel. We booked a suite for 5 of us and the hall in the suite was huge. Spacious rooms, clean and hygienic conditions at the hotel. The beach was beautiful. The hotel has a private beach with life guards(ask for Narayan Ji, he is very kind and helpful). The hotel provides all you can eat breakfast and dinner options with some mouth watering preparations. I highly recommend this place if you are in Puri and want to have some good quality time. The staff were courteous and professional. Everything about this hotel is amazing. The ambiance, the decor, rooms, service and all the staff. Pramod ji looks after the hotel and was accommodating throughout our stay and made sure we were comfortable and our stay was pleasant.

A peacefull haven for the people who have come to get away from their hectic life, a fun and happening place for the party lovers.Nothing to complain. The behaviour of the staff is very warm and welcome and the amenities are the best in class. Undoubtably the best Hotel in Puri and a very lovely place.

My experience with the hotel is really bad. I booked the travel in March and I was supposed to visit it in August. Please don’t do the advance booking as hotel people are fraud . They charged my card and in April and I cancelled my booking on April only . Due to covid we couldn’t travel . They still charged me for the rooms and they are not returning the room charges . I did the refundable booking but still end up paying the room charges for 4 rooms . Specially people who book from abroad and want to visit the place please please don’t make plans in advance and don’t book online through Expedia or any other site as they will tellYou to contact the hotel people for the refund and you will just waste your time calling here and there .

A beautiful place. The staff are really helpful and caring. The food awesome. Definitely try the grilled lobster, pompret, and masala crab. The adjacent beach is pretty safe and quiet. They have their own panda, a decent guy, who can help you with the puja. Bit far off from City center though, so having your own vehicle helps

Nice hotel and delicious food. Loved the ambience. The pool side place is perfect to start your day, you wont feel tired even after a hectic work.

Very thoughtful in providing facilities in the room as well as in the restaurant. Loved the bar and the lawn. But most attractive part is the spacious balcony to mediate to rediscover you.

The best hotel(along with Mayfair Heritage, the older property right next to it) in Puri by some distance. And, one of the very few which have direct access to the beach. We were there during a wedding and the hotel managed the huge crowd pretty well. The amenities (swimming pool, gazebo, lawns, game rooms etc) were top class. Food was good and staff were polite and friendly.

The sea facing suites have an incredible view. Even if you aren’t in one, the hotel is right on the beach. Food was good. Had a very pleasant stay.The beach itself is long clean and not crowded. Would love to visit again.

I love this place fr peacefully stay in puri after holiday resort. Its been a long time relationship with thr group of hotels let it be in Bhubaneswar, puri, gopalpur, goa, darjeeling or gangtok. Always beside a traveller as a partner!

A proper sea facing property with standard room sizes being quite enormous. All amenities available as in a standard Mayfair property & the view from the rooms is pretty amazing. One disappointing factor though is the absence of sea-food in the regular buffet dinner or breakfast. Also, they could do with a more experienced bartender for the bar adjoining the pool. And there is a bit of a discrepancy with regard to the actual location & the one shown in Google Maps.

A must visit place in Puri. If you are in Puri for Heritage Vacation and want to have one of those lifetime memorable experience, then do plan to stay in Mayfair. Apart from all basic amenities, this place has got a private beach.

They have a private beach. One of the best services. Even if there are a lot of gueats, they ensure that you get the best treatment.

Great views, great rooms and honestly the staff was really helpful. Moreover the pool and its views were equally promising. A great stay during monsoon, thanks to the beach side view.Tip: Ask for an extra card, since fridge stops working once the card is pulled out. (hence one star less)

Went there with my wife and 2yr old son to celebrate our marriage anniversary. We had one of the most satisfied experience. Thanks to all the staff. Clean and tidy rooms.

Its a beautiful and luxurious place with swimming pools, the food is great and the staff is very humble and polite. It is just adjacent to the beach which is clean and beautiful. The rooms are luxurious and have complementary snacks.

Hotel is good except for the front office,interaction with whom makes the memory full of negative impression not a happy one. They commit extended checkout but they lock u out of the room by 8 O clock in the morning.
