It is totally a worthless hotel with a very poor stuff/room service and stinking rooms with high price of rooms and of foods thought youll be getting a substandard quality of service. I would recommend others not to ever visit this hotel for their own good sake. Although if yall not trust me and come here you would definitely suffer the consequences that Ive already suffered. If there would have been an option of rating 0/5 then surely I would have rated that.

The hotel is good. It has spacious rooms with decent stuff. The swimming pool is good too. However the room service is not that great and I feel that there is a shortage of staff. The food is decent and the quantity served is also fine. If the upkeep and the service improves, it can be one of the best hotels in Puri given its location and the area.

The hotel is in good location, just opposite to the beach which is positive. One more positive thing is the restaurant is good and serve excellent food. Unfortunately the good ends here. The rooms appear shabby and smell bad. The geyser hardly work in most of the rooms and depending on which side your rooms is, you might be left with no view and damp room. The hotel stuff knows it. In short, this place has gone past its prime and unless you dont get anything decent you may want to check this hotel out.

Its a good hotel its located outside the city but the the place is well decorated and the pocket pinch is also high. The view from the hotel is good but they charge Lot of money for fooding. The rooms are quite good and properly maintained. They have a fridge as well as a swimming pool attached to the rooms. But for diving the swimming pool you have to bring your own clothes are you have to take rent from them.

Pre occupied review. Some comments are good and some are bad. I dont know what I shall write after stay!!!! I have booked 5 DBL A/C Deluxe rooms with complimentary breakfast from 19th March to 21st March on the first floor with sea viewing from window. In course of booking I have received nice behaviour from corporate office personnel Akash Chakraborty Assistant Sales Manager and Raja Hotel Manager at Puri for full cooperation to our team of senior citizens and senior Lawyers. Some time this hotel was so good for its location and ambience. But now the service quality has been degretted. Location is too good but service not up to the mark....

This very good place to stay at puri..camella hotel is very good...especially the road beside the camilla...there is so many hotels for middle class family...under the RS/_ 500-800....jagannath temple is also near form that place...auto stand...taxi stand...also toto service is available in that place...sea beach is walking distence form those hotel beside camilla...but camilla is so costly..that is not for middle class...

Relaxing StayThe sea beach is just across the road from the main entry of the hotel, very relaxing place compared to other hotels in the Swargadar area. All the rooms have sea views. A lawn and a swimming pool also give it a resort like feel. All the staff including the restaurant staff were well behaved and responsive. Food (Indian, Odia, Bengali, Chinese, )was averagely priced and reasonably tasty served either in room or in their basement dining area. Room and washroom sizes were adequate. Housekeeping staff would clean the room whenever requested. To and Fro Drop facilities from airport / station are available and for hassle-free darshan of Lord Jagannath temple, panda was provided by the Hotel.

One of the most promising hotels in Puri, located at Swargadwar ( Puri ) in Odisha. From lawn, you will enjoy waves of Bay Of Bengal. But. from rooms , its critical to see the sea. This hotel comes with a in house swimming pool.

This hotel has a prime location and a posh interior but the hotel needs serious renovation in most of the rooms. The one we stayed in had a broken faucet in d wash basin, the plywood door coming down in powder n making d bathroom a mess each time. The Micromax AC had a dysfunctional swing. The flush and heater system are old and was not functioning properly. We had to ask for all the requirements like towels, soaps, water, door mats etc. The curtain in the bathroom was missing and there were cracks in the walls. The food from the restaurant in the first floor was good and the view from the windows were remarkable!

As the hotel is just opposite to the sea, The beach nearest the hotel is named as Camellia beach. The hotel is a luxury hotel, the rate is high enough. The hotel has 24×7 room service, free parking, wifi, wheel chair parking accessible. The hotel has also restaurant which provides chinese foods as well as indian food and bengali food.The super deluxe room is 5000 per day. A/C family rooms, couple rooms , four bed rooms all are available. Whole night security guard is there .The hotel has own panda for giving pujo in mandir. As a whole, the hotel is very good , high rated and luxurious.

Nice place to stay. Room was not that spacious and washroom was not well maintained either. But views from the rooms are spectacular. The hotel is exactly opposite the beach. Only a road is between the beach and the hotel. Location is also very good, its a bit away from all the hustles of Swargadwar and not very far and isolated like Hotel Sonar Bangla. Service is good and food of the restaurant is also good though not excellent, but certainly palatable. When we visited there, the hotel was under maintenance. Lift was not working, swimming pool has been turned into a rubbish dump. Few rooms had some electrical problems. It felt like the hotel was not maintained for ages. There were very few guests on the hotels and that too on a peak season and extended holidays (nearby all hotels were almost full). That felt a little bit awkward to us. The manager, service boys, specifically one boy, Amit, were very helpful, warm and soft spoken. After knowing our return train timing, the manager insisted us to stay couple of more hours even after the checkout time. Overall mixed experiences staying there for 2 days. Will certainly visit there again.
