Very bad services. Instead of pre booking the staff didnt allow us to let in..we have to wait for a long.. They are very rude.. Rooms were wet.

I booked the hotel through oyo but did not got the access when I reached the hotel. Fraud total fraud .dont know who is doing this oyo or hotel. Very bad experience..

Decent hotel.. home like feeling... Only 05 rooms are there.. people traveling with a big family can book the whole resort.. very near to the beach.. if you love peace of mind and want to stay away from hustle and bustle, this place is recommended...

This is a very new hotel near the lighthouse.The view of the less crowded sea beach from the hotel room was awesome. The cost of the AC rooms was reasonable. The rooms and the bath rooms were very clean. The stuffs were good but there was little communication problem. You have to give order for lunch/dinner as there was no separate restaurant attached to the hotel. The food was bit costly,quantity was good but quality was average. All rooms are at ground floor. The only problem that we faced was the few mosquitoes and the water suply at bathrooms that sometime did not work properly. But the over all experience was good.

From outside it appears Royal but actually it is below average. Amenities are ok but of low quality. This hotel is in front of sea beach. Staff here is very cooperative and simple hearted. Rates are also an average level. So if you want affordable sea facing rooms then go for this.

Very nice resort to stay for peace loving people. 😀 you will feel like that you are staying at home. Behaviour of Staff over there is very nice specially Chandan.

Low cost hotel in Puri beach. Just 20 feet away from beach. You could see the marine drive road traffic from your room. Rooms are full of sand and the floor is sticky from ground water absorbtion. Even water in washroom tastes and smells like sea water. I even had a great experience of calling hotel staff at midnight to fill in water tank to us the restroom.

Smelly rooms, with unprofessional staffs. The service is very bad. One pro is that its beach front property.

Worst hotel in puri.staff are very rude and unprofessional.plz dont prefer only 5rooms are thare.i booked that hotel through oyo.but they dont allow me to check-in.bcoz they sold room expensively through offline.

Excellent stay with this resort, very well behaved staff, location wise excellent, main thing you can enjoy sea view from room, go for it.

Dont go here. This is a fraud place. All their equipments and electronics are broken and they tend to impart the fault on you so that they can ask for money. Really had a bad experience last year.

Nice location and rooms, but doesnt let you see the beach cause its only 1 floor. Thats a major bummer! If that doesnt matter to you, then go on its not bad.

Please do not book this place. Had a pathetic experience. I booked the room two months in advance, on reaching the resort i found that my booking had been cancelled since the owners friend was having a wedding at the property. Manager did not even had the courtesy to inform us in advance n did not even care of making any alternative arrangements. His only interest was in running away from the situation leaving high n dry. Never ever take a risk of booking this hotel. Oyo r u listening. Please blacklist this hotel.

The owners response is too bad. They didnt let us in inspite of booking online. Had to take another hotel. Dont go there. Utterly inhospitable!!! Disgusted

Good location with modern amenities. Situated over looking Bay of Bengal at Puri beach on new marine drive Road near Birla guest house. Hotel is very good and sea facing. This hotel is situated in an one storied building. If you cross the road from hotel, sea beach will start. Far from hustle and bustle of swargadwar.

Rooms are sea facing. But very unprofessional service of staff. No food . The staff will cook their own food but not for the guest. Water in washroom is sea water. Check out is 8 am.

Location is good right in front of the sea.. Rooms are also good during our stay service boys were unavailable due to which room service was a bit delayed but otherwise whole stay was nice..breakfast was also served on time but for lunch we preferred eating outside..

Hi,i booked 1 night stay in oyo laxmi resort,puri and paid the amount..due to ill health,i tried to cancel the booking prior to 24 hours of my booking date,but i got error message while providing OTP. I tried several times to cancel but same error came as a result i could not cancel.. later when i spoke to hotel team,they said no refund would be there..if there is some site issue due to which its not allowing me to cancel, its not my fault.. its your technical fault.i am highly unhappy with this and i want my refund as i have tried to cancel 24 hours prior my booking date as per policy..i need my refund or else i would escalate this matter to social media.I have already raised a complaint in consumer forum.I have contacted Goibibo team as well,but they are passing the ball to each others court..I need refund of the payment as I have tried to cancel 24 hours prior to my booking date..Worst hotel ever... Making fool of users!
