Budget hotel. Cleanliness, location, beach views and foods are very good. Staff behaviour are very polite. Only discomfort is for Rooms, too small.

The only advantage is its very near to the sea beach, but room facilities and service is below average, room tariff is also pretty higher in comparison of facilities, staff behaviour is good, but not the one who is attending the reception,not maintained at all...

This hotel is one of the oldest hotel in the locality,but it still able to maintain its goodwill and reputation.This place is clean and maintenance is satisfactory.Quality of room is moderately ok.Though size of room doesnt commensurate with the fare.Food staffs are good in taste and quantity.But the rate is s bit higher owing to its location.The sea facing views are quite pleasant from the balcony.

Excellent ambient. They clean the room twice a day. Moreover, the food are very low cost and very good. Every Bengali should stay at here with family. Hotel person are very helpful and really very good. Double bed room rent Rs. 1100(non AC) and ac 1600 all prices are included GST. As a frequent traveler at Puri I will prefer this hotel for food and cleanliness compared to other hotel

This is my 3rd visit to Sagarica and this time I felt that the rooms have become unlivable . I took a four bedded Non-AC room this time at Rs1600/day .Room was hot , suffocating and there is absolutely nothing in the room except two beds . There is no point for mobile charging also!! Unless you come out to the common balcony from which the view is really good, the stay in the hotel room is quite frustrating . Even the service and food quality have been deteriorated in last 2 years . Still this hotel can be considered by anybody coming in a group or by their own car. They have a free parking space and there is no limit of person staying in single room . In this location 1100 Rs/1600 Rs with a sea-view common balcony is good. But I am not coming back to Sagarica .

Excellent address for one stop food and stay......sea facing rooms and balconies available.....ac rooms....great menus (mainly bengali dishes) and a hearty service from all of the workers....just feels as if you are in your home....nearest from the beach...I stayed there for 5 days....moderate expensive....these photos show the view from balcony and rooms respectively

A good hotel to stay near the sea beach and feel the cool breeze of the sun rise in the morning. One can sit on the balcony and enjoy the beauty of the sea beach. The best thing of this hotel is that its management is very very good. I would like to suggest them to stay here in this hotel who is finding a hotel near the sea beach............

The location is good as it is close to the sea beach. Some rooms are sea facing and others are at the back side. The hotel has its own restaurant. The food is good.

Here are my observationsPros:* Best location, centrally located.* Homely atmosphere.* Great staff with utmost courteous behaviour.* In house restaurant with home style cooked food.* Always freshly sourced items for cooking. Honestly, i ate the freshest fish in there only, though i have tried other restaurants also.* Safe for family as they dont allow bachelors normally.* Very competitive pricing, unbeatable in that manner.* Very courteous and helpful front desk.* Gives you a different feeling of staying in a hundred plus year old building.* Very peaceful ambience.* Ac and non ac rooms with 2, 3, 4, 6 bed accommodation available.Cons:* Restaurant serves only basic bengali cuisine. Though great for everyday meals, it becomes tad boring at times. If they include some other items, then it will be great.

Whenever I stay at Puri, I use to take lunch & dinner at this hotel. The food provided there are too good.

The only positive thing if you book sagarica hotel is it is close to the beaches.. else its a total disaster .. the rooms are small, water not supplied properly and the service is also not well

Hotel location is very nice. Just sea facing. Staff are also good. But water is very salty in this hotel. We stay in the hotel 11.04 to 13.04.2018.

Room cost changes every year and get expensive year by year.preparation of food and taste need change.fooding bill higher than other hotels.staff so familiar environment super.

It was one of the best hotels in Puri. 20-25 yrs back. People from Bengal used to find it as the status symbol. It was the place where films were shoot.NOT ANY MORE.It is pathetically managed. Food is bad. House keepers are extremely misbehaved. Facilities are nonexistent. Dont go.

This hotel still reminds me of my childhood. Every year we used to go to Puri n the max time we stayed was in Sagarica. Yes the quality has gone down n in this market competition is high. The main part I always remember is an owl sitting on the rocket which is there at the entrance of the hotel. I hv not been there recently but the reviews definitely disheatens me as it used to be our favourite stay.

This is a budget hotel just opposite Swargodwar Sea beach. Main building is very old one (1931) and it has its own charm. There are two side wings which I thing added later (not very planned though).Location is just perfect imho. Swargodwar Market is in close proximity. Sea beach is just a stone throw away.
