Hotel is not at all clean. Sealing Fans, Curtain, Bedsheets, Bathrooms are all dirty, its not clean. Toilet doesnt have a flush provided after its use. Outside view from the hotel is not good. One chair provided but even that was not clean.I wasnt expecting this kind of cleanliness with the amount paid per night.Location is around 2KM from Swargdawar Beach, hence it would be difficult for ladies to take bath and change in hotel as it is little far. But Niladri beach is exactly opposite to the hotel.Also, there is no arrangement of Lunch/Dinner, you have to make your own arrangements.Hotel staffs are polite and nice.

Its good to stay with family or group near sea beach.

It was really a great stay there for 4 night.. every thing was so good and perfect. and yes It like a resort one cannot ask more than what this hotel offer u in such a small price.. the room daily gets clean during our stay, bedsheets daily gets changed, bathroom was spacious and neat.. the owner has given us a room which contains two balcony which added more comfort and relax for our stay.. Location wise also it is situated around one of the best place in Puri.. there few luxurious hotel around it which is only for elite class people so if u wanna feel the atmosphere and environment to be there around it I will suggest every one to go for it.. the staff of the hotel is really very humble and kind people they always look to help you whenever u need.. the owner of the property is such a gentleman who takecare of everything like a good host.. we booked this property for 3days but we dont want to leave from there so we exceeded our plan for 1 more day.. whenever I am going again to Puri I will be definitely staying there.. thanks Gauranga for giving such a great time and hospitality will be visiting soon..:)

The rooms in this hotel are dirty and smelly. Youll not be able to view the sea from the balcony. There is no running hot water. Youll have to call the reception for hot water and then they will bring you warm water in a bucket, its very inconvenient. The staff are good behaved. We booked two rooms in this hotel for four days but we had to leave after two days because of these reasons. We wanted to leave before but we had already paid advance for two days. On top of that they charged us an extra 30% for cancelling which is uncalled for but they wouldnt listen. I did not have a pleasant experience in this hotel at all. It is an overrated hotel with no basic amenities.

First of all this is a very budget hotel, one must try to stay here and also very close to Puri Model beach to enjoy natural calm and scenic beauty. All staffs including manager Mr Bairagi very decent and cooperative. We got early check-in facility with warm welcome which was not anticipated. Thanks GoIbibo for providing us such type of hotel.

Ist of all My Stay in Sri Gouranga Resort in puri was categoricaly Average. The location of hotel is great as just 1-2 min walk from Model Beach which is quite n lonely all the time.Other all the amenities are very So-so..Tv, Ac all are working well..we have a balcony also..bathrooms r maintained..linens r not satisfactory..hotel staffs are very polite n cooparetive..Though its not a true budget hotel , the room rents r averagely high. Now I just want to suggest about complementary breakfast...please change it otherwise stop it..Day by day only bread butter/egg bread toast?? Is it any professional idea to run a hotel in such a competitive era..it only just harm your reputation. Btw overall I will mark my stay 6/10.

I had an enjoyable experience. It is a budget hotel with having reasonable services available for guests. Most importantly, the sea beach is just 2 minutes of walkable distance from the resort. Travellers can enjoy good time at sea beach.

The exterior of the hotel is very nice and adjacent to Mayfair heritage. the location is hardly one minute from the beach. but it is away from market. curtains and bedsheets need to be changed. behavior of hotel management is very nice. if they work on interiors, it will be one of the best place to stay.

Me and my husband went puri on 26th Dec. We had a booking for the standard non ac room... The hotel location was very good just opposite of the Mayfair resort and 5 min from the puri station but it is 2 km from the swargaduar.It is very near of the Model Beach but there is no view of sea from rooms.If you need cheap hotel with minimum facilities then you can book this hotel.Only breakfast(tea & bread toast with butter/ egg) is provided in the morning and no lunch/ dinner facility.Hot water for bathroom is on demand.Room was clean but bathroom was not totally clean. I like the balcony attached with every room.Hotel staffs were good enough. We have also booked bus for the sight seeing from the hotel.So our overall experience was good.

Room was OK, staffs are humble & polite . Hotel is located near mayfair hotel which is renowned hotel in Puri . Beautiful less crowded beach is less than 100 meter . Hotel is not providing food but you will get good restaurant in nearby . Overall i am satisfied

Pretty good service, tidy rooms, reasonable charges (Need a little bargaining though). Moreover, you can feel like home. Closes at 11pm for security purpose.

Very nice place to stay. manager sir & hotel staffs are too much helpful. regular room cleaning. free breakfast. model beach is just two steps ahead. lunch & dinner hotel is also 1 mnts walking distance. anybody can hire an auto at just rs10 or can walk 15 mnts to reach swargadwar market. overal our stay at sri Gouranga resort is very good. hope to stay here again.

Hotel Manager Mr. Chinmay Bairagi is a wonderful person, too helpful & co-operative. Hotel Locality is also very good. Peaceful area. Totally calm & quiet. Just opposite of Mayfair Resort & Spa. Model Sea Beach is very near, just 1.5 mins walking distance. Jagannath temple & Swargadwar is little bit far but auto rickshaw is all time available from there to visit Swargadwar, Temple & Market. In auto, it will take 20 mins to reach Jagannath Temple. Auto Rickshaw stand is just beside the hotel. Puri railway station is 10 mins walking distance. The hotel provides breakfast only as there is no lunch & dinner facility. For that one can visit road side restaurants or PANTHANIVAS HOTEL, which is just 2 mins walking distance. Food there is really tasty, delicious and price is reasonable. Overall, Sri Gauranga Resort is a wonderful budget hotel with nice location. Especially recommended for nature & peace lovers. As a traveller, I am too much satisfied with Sri Gauranga Resort. Whenever, I will visit puri, will stay at Sri Gauranga Resort Only. Thanks to GOIBIBO & SRI GAURANGA RESORT.

Good Budget hotel located very near to Panthanivas - Puri and Model Beach, Puri. If you are preferring OTDC sight seeing tours for Bhubaneshwar - Konark - chilka from Puri then this is one of the ideal location. Beach is just 100 meters walk from this hotel. CT road Subash Chandra Bose Chowk is around 100 meters so this place got connectivity via auto almost 24 hours. Staffs are really friendly and more helpful. Hotel is located just opposite to May Fair, Puri.

Average hotel. Nothing Special about it. A bit far from Main Sea Beach (Golden Beach and Sargadwar), though close to a quite beach Model Beach. Breakfast provided was not that much good. The Hotel is just 200 mtrs near to Sea shore. Posh ,silent & soothing location. The service boys are good at their profession. Overall a good place to enjoy your planned holidays.

Avarage hotel to spend a night or two. Got it at ₹460/night (approx) so booked it. Close to Model Sea Beach but a bit far from Golden beach or Swagadwar. Rooms were airy and big enough. Rooms were neat and clean. Bathroom was average. Manager were helpful guiding with all the needed information. Overall a good hotel for the price I paid.

Sri Gouranga Resort is located on Chakratirtha Road at Puri. It is located near Mayfair heritage hotel. It is well accessible from Puri railway station & bus stand.

Average hotel with average rooms which are not so clean, bathroom is not so well equipped with all essential like the water gun in the american style of toilet. Parking space is there but not so much, two suvs can be acoomodated. Over-all 4/10.
