It was the first trip for my 1 year old and everyone there was so supportive. From helping with check-in/check-out timings to the lovely staff in kitchen. Special shout out to Upender.Everything was super clean and has easy accessibility to the beach. We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend this to friends and family.

Coco Palm Puri gave us a very pleasant stay experience, last week. The lush green lawn, the well maintained pool, the smiling and conscientious staff made the ambience very reassuring. The restaurant is excellent so far as both North Indian and Continental cuisine goes. The staff are very courteous. The housekeeping staff in all shifts were prompt and well-behaved. Ill remember to look for Ranjita in my next visit. The Laundry had been a great support, with professional care for the clothes and promptness once again. The general upkeep of the property in spite of this terrible covid days is really worth appreciating. Good job team Coco Palm. Will be there again for sure. 😀

Amazing ambience. The view is spectacular. Room service is excellent. All rooms are pool view and sea view at the same time if you stay in first floor. Ground floor u will get only green lawn view and pool view.Food is little expensive but thats worth it if u want a luxury vacation. I tried both veg and non veg food,all good.

Very nice ambience and beautiful property. Food is really good especially continental and the seafood. Had a nice time, only the bathrooms need a remodeling badly,found that the only drawback. Poolside rooms are the best and staff is very courteous as well. The pool is very nice.

Once you visit the place you will definitely choose to buy a home here.Though the price is little bit high but the service from May fair resort is a bonus so it nutralises .You will love the exotic beauty ,the flora and fauna too.I like the place & the homes.

First of all I woukd be excellent rating for the service be it housekeeping or the people at the restaurant. The staff goes out of way to suggest dish and do things for u . Food is excellent but prices are on higher side . Did not mind to pay sunce food was good and service is excellent .However the rooms and decor are old and needs renovation specially the bathroom . There was tissue, water glasses , etc was not there in the room but the housekeeping staff later made up for the lacuna specially Ranjita. Size of the room is decent . The pool was best place to sit in the morning for the cup of tea and at night for the candle light dinner . Just enjoyed every bit . Beach is where u need to cross the road and reach . Overall great experience and thanks to the staff of Hans Coco . Recommend others to stay here for great service , food and decent crowd in the resort .

Once my daughter gave us a treat there and we enjoyed very much. We saw many families in joyous moods inside and children jumping in the swimming pool. Everyone including you and me are welcome there.

The resort is at good location relatively peaceful with all rooms sea facing. the check-in is very easy. the front desk very friendly. i found the ground rooms more convenient than first floor as i was having six months old baby so that access to lawn and pool is easy.The pools is good though not allowed for swimming due to covid-19. The lawns and parking is well maintained. the service is quick. the foods are very delicious and okay type quantity-wise. The rooms are well maintained and spacious. on the flip side I find the food price on higher side. overall find the resort value for money if u r looking for calm settings with quality time with ur family and friends.

The property and location is great. Hospitable, friendly and warm staff. Great food at restaurant. Clean well maintained green surroundings. The pool is huge and very well preserved. The light house near the hotel is a delight to watch at night. Very close to sea shore (though dont have a private area).

Decent beach front property. The rooms are okay and none over the top. You have direct access to the beach and they provide chairs to watch the waves if you ask. The buffet complimentary breakfast is a large selection from North Indian, South Indian and continental fare and you can choose your fare. Overall experience Id give it a 7 out of 10

Wow. Great place to spend time and rest outside in sun beside pool. Beach is at walking distance beyond Marine drive road at hotels back gate. If one wants to enjoy at beach and use hotel facilities afterwards, this is one of the best place at Puri.

A very accomodating place with humble staffs. Our visit was a last minute plan but the staff arranged the best possible room for us at a discounted rate. The beach is just beside the hotel which made it convenient for us to get an all-round experience of Puri. A must stay.

Mismanagement at its height ! Delayed timings of breakfast, added with dhaba like noise in the restaurant, coupled with ignorant nature of reception and room service. I paid a lot for such worthless stay. Property is beautiful except the staff. Only dinner needs special mention, which was commendable. It wasn’t a memorable stay! Forget about social distancing, there was a whole function getting organised in the premises. Think thrice before you book a stay.

It is a beautiful property albeit one finds it extremely difficult to reckon its 3 star rating given the TERAHORRIBLE food quality!!!We checked in on 28/02021, our room now were 214, 215 and 216. We were served ROTTEN FOOD for dinner!!! Daal, fish, rohu & pomfret, potatoes, rice,prawns everything!!! We complained and left without having our dinner and even then the chef did not have the decency to show up and apologize even once!!! The chef needs to be changed with IMMEDIATE EFFECT!!!The service guys though are well behaved.

One of the finest categories of resort in Puri. Modest crowd and amazing panorama.Though the beach isnt their private one but the crowd is significantly less as the place is away from Swargdwar.Most of the rooms are sea facing, adding further joy to the stay.Rooms are always full especially during peak seasons and rates are towards the higher side hence it is always recommended to book in advance.

I loved my stay here. After the Covid 19 pandemic hit us, this was our first outing. We drove all the way from Kolkata to Puri and landed up at Hans Coco Palms.The resort is located at the far end of the Beach Road, with Hotel Sonar Bangla as its immediate neighbor. The lobby is beautifully decorated with a balcony giving an expansive view of the ocean.Our rooms were situated at the lower level, with direct access to the garden area and the pool. They were well appointed, a bit old fashioned, complete with wooden furniture and fittings. I liked the overhead ceiling fan. The washroom was complete with amenities and hair dryer. The rooms were quite clean. This time there were disposable glasses provided inside the rooms.Coming to the resort as a whole, the palatial look and feel with immense greenery throughout pleased the eye. The pool is superbly done but unfortunately, the same was closed due to the dreaded #COVID19. Small pots and plants adorned the pool area. A vast lawn is there for you to take an evening stroll, with the sound of waves crashing as your company.The highlight of our stay was the food. I was mesmerized by the way the Chef churned out amazing dishes every single time. The breakfast was not up to the mark though, but a-la-carte was terrific. I asked for sauteed veggies one day, that was also served with finesse, although the same was not available on the menu. The service and staff were prompt and outgoing. They were always on their toes to make our stay comfortable.There is a beach access door wherein you need to cross the road and straight to the beach. It is secluded (any which way it was secluded throughout) and quiet. Just lay down under the sun and relax.Will surely come next time with the hope that things relax a bit and especially the pool is open.

Amazing place to stay in Puri. Its just opposite the sea so the location is perfect for sea lovers. The market for shopping and eating is at a walking distance. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food served here is fresh, hot and tasty. Will visit again when possible.

Have gone here for a pre wedding shoot.Costlier one but ambience is good the back gate is nearer to the sea beach and the swimming pool here has a pool bar inside it.Color scheme looks royal and the breakfast was very good.Lunch I have ordered biriyani but its taste was not that good, tasted like it wasnt prepared fresh and served, so I cant justify the price with the quality of food.Bar is good and have lot of liquor options available.

I have been to this property quite often in last 10 years. I visited latest in Mar 20. The last was in Jan 15. My first visit here was back in 2005. In these years the property and the facilities has deteriorated to say the least. The choice of food in the buffet to the room amenaties..everything looks down..the bathroom had some peculiar smell , the shower was not working...may be the 2019 disaster has left its scar which is yet to heal, which can be understood.

We had a good stay at Hans coco palms. The view from the sit out they have is beautiful. The resort faces the ocean. You just cross the road and you have the beach. The morning sunrise is beautiful. We were a spiritual group and we had wonderful meditations on the beach. The hotel also has a beautiful swimming pool. The tea they serve is one of the best teas I have ever had. The breakfast was OK but the dinner was excellent. Service was very good and staff very helpful

A wonderful place and very aesthetically designed. The pool side is a little lovely place. The evenings inside the resort look romantic. The food too is pretty decent. However, the service is a sore spot. Pretty slow.

Over decorated price... They charge you much more for the foods that available locally. Like see foods, authentic odia cuisine. Its good but not much recommended.. because of its over decorative prices..

Reception: were got to check in only at 10 am , so I guess the timing is 10 to 9 or so. The guard is very friendly. The welcome drink that was on our package never came. Still recovering from fani cyclone damage. So thats the first impression.Room: so-so. Very small for the rates but had good furniture. Lots of things you miss from the standard hotels, like the bedroom slippers since theres a pool and beach nearby. Bathroom is extremely small.Service: very good. Beach is rough and dangerous when we went in August. Pool is long and well maintained but seems to be the only entertainment. No swings , walks, or play area for children. No gym or TT room. Room service is good. Dinner by poolside. Tried the mocktails, wasnt to my taste as they were too sweet. Amount of sugar can be reduced significantly. Children may like.Breakfast: excellent variety of bread, south Indian, and north Indian with juice etc. Coffee can be improved on.
