Great place , good room service, but the price in the restaurant is a bit high. Also the beach is close.

Fully uncomfortable stay. Foods are very very costly.. also they are very lazy and serves too late. They also claims fake bills. You havr to pay what you get and what you dont get. Room service is also below poor level. Do not stay here. Water of the swimming pool is dirt it will cause allergy to everyone. Try another hotel. This is the worst stay in my life.

A budget hotel with good staff and service. The pool has a good music system by its side and good for group gatherings wherein the staff does setups by the pool on request. Good for family as well as friends to visit. Sea facing rooms are virtually unavailable though one can catch a glimpse from the pool facing rooms. The food is decent here and the staff is cooperative.

Its a OK kind of hotel. Price is on the higher side though. Not very clean. Room service is not very promt. Lack of professionalism in lot of areas. Restaurant service is very good. They dont change bedsheets, toiletries including towel. You need to ask every time to change the towel or bedsheets. Overall its an average and overpriced hotel. You will get lot of better options at this price.

Rooms are not maintained properly. Rooms are not cleaned. After i check-in to the hotel i saw they provide me used bed sheets and used blankets. Then after waited 2 hours they provide me clean bedsheets and blanket. I found men hair in my food when i have my dinner at restaurant. This hotel not maintained any of the oyo guidelines.My Allover experience about this oyo hotel is very bad.

The room is good. If you ask about service they need improvement. Food is also good, specially lunch and dinner.

Its really a bad hotel and the service is awfully bad. The rooms wall are not cleaned enough, no OYO kit was given even after repeated complaint. The air conditions do not have any remote and it is running at a temperature of 16 throughout. Breakfast is not up to the mark. You wont get a service till you call them for atleast 3 times. They are charging huge just like a 5 star hotel but it is not at all value for money.. sorry for the review

Worst hotel i have come across! Booked for 3 days, stayed only for 1 day.Pathetic staff behavior with no basic facilities like Elevator. I strongly recommend not to book this hotel. Booked this through OYO (Biggest mistake of my life) Debdip Mukherjee was the cluster manager who have no clue about customer service and i dont know how such fools reach these positions.

Rooms are well equipped. Good food and fair hospitality. Parking needs improvement.

Worst hotel ever, swimming pool very dirty.Windows ac which was also not working,called oyo but no help,completely ruined my trip,with my friends. Save your money and avoid this hotel

The behaviour of Management is not good but the food is good rating as 3.8 out of 5 and location wise 40 from 100. Room is small and out side very much noisy.

We visited puri on 1st may 2018.mahabur Sheraton as an over all stood to be a gud hotel.staffs really polite and ready to help,bed sheets neat and clean,and the best thing we had a very clean washroom,with a pool side view of our room we enjoyed swimming pool the most.jaganath temple takes 80 rupees from auto if it is reserved and to golden beach it takes 60 rupees it auto is reserved there is a private beach near by at a walking distance.The breakfast they offered needs improvement as it lacked variety.oyo every times has gifted us with gift of gud better hotel.will suggest people visiting puri to go for Mahabir Sheraton.
