The hotel is situated nearby CT road. It is away from Jagannath Temple but easily accessible by Auto. Although hotel room was small, it was clean. Toilet needs improvement. Ideally located near sea beach, noise free, peaceful and definitely a great place for family visit.Sea can be viewed from the balcony of the room. Staffs are cordial and caring. Room services good. But for off season and that too Rainy season, room rent is high as there is no use of AC

Excellent location.....beautiful view of the beach and sea from the balcony and room, even while lying on bed. The hotel and room was well sanitized. Rooms quite big and clean. Excellent snacks and food pure homemade . The breakfast buffet had quite a good variety and quite tasty. The staffs were co operative. The beach was quite private and had an entry fee for outsiders in order to avoid crowd. But for hoteliers, an entry pass is provided. Overall, had a great stay with my family 👪 Jay jagannath 🙏

No wifi,no cleanliness, rooms are not sea facing, all the furnitures were very old and discoloured, Geysers not working, No inhouse Restaurant, very far from Sargadwar, you will need to hire auto with 100 rupees everytime to go there.

WORST experience at the time of check in there is no sanitized room,no one is using mask in this Property,no good furnitures(broken), no sofa in superdelux room,tv not working,Bedsheet was dirty,blanket was dirty sea view is partially visible because of other properties and I havent uploaded pictures because there is nothing to show or there is nothing good to click worst is lift is at the back side of hotel which even doesnt work to 3rd floor only works upto 2nd floor during my stay there was no corridor lights which is scary for family,during my stay no room service specially in superdelux rooms,there is queen size bed no king size bed, restaurant was closed,only room ac was best because they dont verify there Properties before listing it to there we are from bhubaneswar which is local and if we could not adjust then for tourists it will be nightmare stay is wasted and its a high risk of unhygiene specially in time of Corona From today I am not going to book... no service, reception phone not working,dirty mat,dirty Bedsheets unhygienic bathrooms,broken chairs high risk of corona,house keeping not wearing proper mask or you may say no mask,unhygienic bathrooms,no room service at all,worst of the worst like hell experience during pandemic really pathetic room

We booked the AC deluge room for around 2200/day. The room was too small, the drawers had condom packets from previous guest. The bed was too small for 3 of us .The charging point besides the bed was broken . The ac remote wasnt working properly. The fans regulator was broken.The hotel doesnt have in house restaurant and its far (2.5 km ) from the crowded beach and the autos will take Rs 80-100 .Please look for other hotels like puri hotel, seagull

Nice experience. Beach is too close but sea facing rooms are not of much use since there are tall buildings infront of this hotel which obstruct the view. Staff and hotel are too good at this price.It is too close to beach and you dont need to walk a lot.

For me ,Puri means hotel Deepak . Lil away from known crowd but it has become like my home in puri . Highly recommended. Try 03 rd floor rooms ultimate sea view experience. Excellent hotel and hotel staffs. I highly recommend.wow experience

Location wise 3starJust 4min walking to beach, but far away from puri mandir n swargadwar.Food:I never tested s the complementary tea was so worst.Hotel Rooms:Okay. I took top catagory, room no 304 & 305, sea beach is visible from balcony. But room service is just worst. Toilests had plumbing issues, water lickege, flush not working, which did not resolved even in 3 days.Took extra 200 for early check-in, which was surprising. Again had several attempt for not giving bill for the extra charges.Miss communication everywhere, asked them to book car for local sightseeing at night, but next day 11O clock while enquired the front desk guy have no idea ablout last night confirmation.So may be budget stay near sea beach, but just be mentally prepare for several miss management every where.

VERY POORThe management of the hotel is totally bad. The design/structure of Deluxe Ac room lies between a triangle and Pentagon, which is something that is unexpected and at the same time very pathetic too👎. Thus the room doesnt match with their Fare in accordance for Ac Deluxe room. Food quality and taste was so bad and for that they charged too high. It seemed as if the the food was stale. Moreover behaviour of receptionist and staffs are not good.They arent loyal to what we order and expect from them. Photo shown in online journals like MMT,goibibo is not correct. One cannotexperience the Sea view from the room itself Overall the management is worst. This is the first time I have ever witnessed such a pathetic hotel.

Total disaster.1st no wifi on the 3 rd floor2nd no TV connection until last day3rd room wall all damaged4th total bathroom unclean and flush is not working.. After your poo u have to put water by bucket.5th no room service no one came for clean the room.I dont know for what reason people gave 4 star Or 5 star. If ny one travel the world then they will not definitely gave this type of star makes people fool. A government holiday home is better than this hotel deepak. Very sorry owner may be when you opened this property was looking nice.. But now total disaster..

I wish I could have given more stars than 5 stars. Travel period was 21st to 24th Jan 2021. I booked this hotel (super deluxe room with breakfast)for my parents. The room was very clean, spacious along with an attached private balcony. The room was not having any intercom, so the boy named Mahesh gave his number and told them any time they need tea they can call him. The kitchen was under the renovation so my parents was ordering food from nearby hotel and Mahesh delivered the food to their room, what a great service. The service and staffs were awesome. The checkout date was 24th 8am. My parents train was 20:15 so they requested the staff to provide a smaller room to stay, to their surprise they have not taken a single penny for the room they had taken on 24th jan and Mahesh provided tea in flask so they have it when they want, I have never seen such hospitality. In the afternoon my father interacted with the owner who was equally friendly and gifted a sankha to my parents. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. I do not think this kind of behaviour is easy to get in any hotel. Next time am booking in this hotel only.. keep up the good work and thank you for taking care of my parents.

Budget wise hotel is very good, Rooms area neat & clean, suitable for couple, family and friends, beach view balcony. this hotel is located just 1km away from railway station and just beside of sea beach. Staff behaviour good. Food were delicious but you have to order 1 hr. early. they provide tour and travel services alsoNeeds to improve fast Rooms service, free wifi zone. Required to clean rooms and provide toiletries everyday in the morning.
