Hotel is Ok according to the price. Service was average not so good nor bad. I had my food over there and food was fine. Location was absolute and findable. Nice hospitality and accommodation. Hotel is very clean.

It is ok but the hotel staff is too greedy, they will not allow you to do booking from **, if you booked online than they will say its showing ***but the room is not available and insist you to not to book ** . Finally I negotiate and stayed for 7 days and for extra one day they charged me almost double than the actual cost mentioned here and fought with me for mere 200 rupees at the time of check out. they dont accept card payment and insist you to pay in CASH. Please prefer Hotel Jagannath at nearest location which is much better than this greedy people...

Never choose this hotel Rude staff and not caring their customers food price high but very bad testless

Good for overnight stay. Preferably if u r single. Wont advise it for family persons. Find some place better. Some inappropriate things do happen here. Smart people can put 2 and 2 together.

Good hotel, this was my fifth visit. very good hotel. excellent room service. tasty restaurants are nearby. goto sri krishna. serves excellent food at reasonable price.

Service is average.The tap in the bathroom of my room was not working. They took 3-4 hours and 4 calls for it to be repaired.There was no hot water for bath even at 8 o clock in the morning.Complimentary breakfast is available.You can order food for yourself from outside at any time you need.3 stars because of poor service.One plus point is they dont disturb you during your stay.

Location is good if u want at market side...Theres no restaurant in hotel.. But they get it from outside or u can get from nearby place.Underground Parking is there.

My stay was pretty comfortable. All was fine there. No hassle !! No Trouble !! all good..staff was courteous and well mannered, served an accurate and fast service. Room facilities were fine and room was also good and comfortable one !!

From Check in to Check out, i had not faced any issue as such, it was a comfortable stay, i had there. No WiFi was there. Located on the main road so easily accessible, and all was really fine. services were good and fast and always on time.

Too much cost. Money is not a problem. But the rooms are not worth that money. About the room, first of all room is not clean. And they are not change the Pillow cover and the bedsheets. Coming to the bathroom, water is not coming properly. Wasbasen pipes are leaking. The drainage water system is not working. After your bath, bathroom filled with water. It will take too much time to flow the water outside. Not Recommend this hotel....😡😡

Overall we had an unpleasant stay at the hotel. Cleanliness, breakfast, ambience was below satisfactory level. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Worst service.The hotel guys refused to let us in even after out confirmed booking. The staff were very abusive & were almost about to hit us. They dont even have decency to talk to women. We called the police also for complaint.Its very very unsafe hotel.

This is one of the best Oyo hotel Ive visited.I mostly prefer this hotel whenever Im staying overnight in Pune.Staff behaviour is very kind and helpful.Also,the hotel is also cost friendly.All amenities are provided by the hotel.Rooms are clean and tidy.Proper hygiene is maintained in each and every aspect.The hotel is at prime location and is very near to all the important places.

The entrance looks so good but the rooms are not good and high cost. I had to change the room since there were lots of insects. No additional benefit expect one soap.
