Good food,good services

I was in Pune for a business meeting and I decided to stay at hotel Aura as it was very close to my office. Hotel room was very spacious, clean and pleasant. I ordered dinner, that was again very tasty and service was really fast. Hotel staff was very helpful and supportive. Overall it was great experience and I recommend this hotel to my other colleagues also. On my recommendation soon this hotel will add up in our corporate list.

I was visiting Pune for the first time with my mother and found the hotel on Google maps.The room was clean with a hygienic bathroom and excellent staff. Worth the money. There was time for the food service but it was not an issue for us.The manager was very helpful and guided us on our trip and helped us out to book our return journey to Goa.I would definitely recommend this hotel if your accommodation budget is between Rs 1500-2500

Decent room with good beds. Mattresses were excellent. Big bathroom with hot water. LCD tv and mini fridge(didnt work, didnt matter, I didnt need it). Good AC. Getting food is troublesome. Restaurant operates for limited hours. No tea till 11 am. Accommodation is good for the price but it is only the food service which limits my ratings till 3*

The food is amazing and the rooms are cozy , but i was disappointed with the service during the day , the staff on night duty was good but during the day the staff was lazy and on 2 consequetive days he forgot my meal order and brought it to me after 2 hours of placing it and that too after i reminded him again. I had given him my formal clothes to get iron as he said the hotel has the facility but after 6 hours he comes to me and tells me that the laundry shop is closed and that too when i called him up as it was getting late . It was sad to see such a poor service inspite of really good food .

Grreeaatt location... Restaurant is good and roof top is great... Price is marginally above the standards.. still good for one time exp. in Vintage Camp...
