Mostly crowded, weekends no space available for parking.Late serving. Sometimes handover wrong order. Bit higher prices related to taste, Not well maintained cleanliness in kitchen. Paying extra money for extra toppings or cheese, it seems like theyve not added to pizza more.

Today ordered 2 med size pizza paneer and other was sweetcorn.The delivery arrived late which can be considered in this situation but the quality was horrible. The taste was too salty and sour to eat. For both the pizzas. Both had very bad taste.Got support from the Katraj branch they send replacement.But the thing I noticed that the corn was not fresh but it was preserved in vinegar. And thats why it was sour in taste. Even the replaced pizza has some taste of vinegar.Horrible experience.

Best experience among the all branches in visited yet for the service time and staff behaviour. But didnt noticed traffic as on other outlets, may be due to pandemic but best outlet amongst all visited for now.

We make our own breadbut on my opinion all pizza taste same....means no change in dominos and pizza hut pizza..but only pizza hut expensive than dominos. Not much big place ..little cozy place..not good experience here..staff was decent..

Nice place to have quick bite .it has parking fir 2 wheelers only

1. The base was really dry, you will need about 500ml of water or soft drink to swallow it.2. Garlic bread was just 0.0001 gram of cheese on toast with no garlic or garlic flavour over it3. I ordered jalapeno poppers but recieved potato bites4. Brownie/choco lava cake was good but was horribly packed5. Pizza also had really less flavour, after adding lots of ketchup and seasonings it became edible.

Its not different than any other Pizza hut shop in our country. There is good and memorable place to sit. But, here pizza has no good taste. I thought its just a waste of money.

So Ive ordered medium sized double paneer supreme however to my surprise it came in small size and also the choco lawa cake wasnt fresh at all, completely burnt with no taste. Not even the quantity was proper also the taste and pizza doesnt seem paneer supreme. Also no response from restaurant when called for explaining the issue. Complete wastage of money it felt. Will never recommend the restaurant.Terribly disappointed..!!If such instances appear at large level then its highly recommended that the branch must be closed.

Compared to the nearby Dominos joints in this area; this Pizza hut branch is vastly lacking.Their pizzas are not comparable in taste when compared with the Dominos joints in the same area. Really a disappointment.. I expected so much more from Pizza hut but turns out they only give average best pizzas and higher price.. I would rather go for Dominos which offer better service as well as better tasting pizzas which are at a lower price.This is only my opinion from this area.. there could be other Pizza hut branches which have better service and better tasting pizzas that are worth the price in other areas.

You all might be knowing the taste of Pizza hut, this one is no different. We ordered a pizza at 10.30 pm and they delivered it before 11pm. The service is good. The taste is better than dominoes (personal opinion).

Not good experience visiting this outlet.Unsupportive staff, impolite behaviour.Customers are not valued.No good suggestions provided, Not a good taste especially garlic bread was the worst and I wont recommend it.Very congested tables provided for sitting.Not recommend for anyone, I would suggest to visit any other outlet nearby.

This is worst pizza center. All employees does time pass instead of good service and they will wait you more than 30 minutes though less crowded. Outside and inside unclean place.

The worstest worst service i had ever faced!! I had placed my pizza order at 9:30 nd till 11:30 I didn’t received it!! Then later I called up in pizza hut costumer care then after few min this boy name Akshay Khedekar who is store supervisor he tells me that sorry sir I cannot deliver you the pizza right now!!! Seriously this is the worst ever experience i had gone through.
