The agency is good. The price is reasonable . But there is one thing u need to be careful about. U have to make the payment online. There they should mention all the documents u need before u pay, but they dont. When u dont have the required documents u will have to cancel in which case u only get half the amount back. So before paying u should make sure u have all the required documents

Always recommended Car rental service, Great fleet of cars and well maintained. Had an small issue with extra charges but the customer care handled it pretty well. Kudos to the team :)

Its a private parking belonging to Myles self drive.They park their tourist and self drive rental cars in this parking.

It was a horrible experience. Its been almost a month but still not received my security amount back. The car was in perfect condition but the staff was inexperienced and slow. They could not take decisions on their own and for every actions, they ask us to call customer care and confirm. Pathetic policies and service.

Worse app better go for zoom cars, I have face a very bad experience with these Myles people In Pune. There is no one available to handover a car to me when I went to their parking point they made me to wait for 2 hours and after 2hours they said me that my pan and addhar card date of birth is not matching and they didnt handovered a car to me. But they have taken the booking cancellation charges of 50% from the deposit which I payed earlier.

1) Customer service took 2 hours on the day of journey to verify documents. Which they should have done few days prior to journey.2) They didnt send the link in email to pay online. As payment was not processed, we didnt get the car. The customer service representatives kept changing every time, every time asking for details again & again.3) The app/site showed ride started but we were still waiting for documents to get cleared and get the car. There was no option to pay online as app/site showed journey started, which was false.4) Misleading details like free 300kms, but its not free. You have to return the car back with full tank.

Really excellent service. Good cars and helpful staff.

On the 2nd of this month we went i saw bug of corruption crawling in private sector also...Myles car serviceThey looted us with there irrational rate card and late customer care service and red tapeism (500 rs ghetlay ekana laach)My vies specific to myles mundhwa where we got this miserable service

This place cant be located easily, I was promised a pick up from airport but they didnt turn up, atlast I had to go and get the car on my own
