Excellent indoor play area for kids. Clean, maintained play areas. Variety of plays, which keep the kids engaged for an hour or two. Courteous staff, nice birthday party area, clean hygienic washrooms for kids.

We contacted Kaboom for arranging a birthday party at their venue... on whatsapp chat they said there will be a call to us from their coordinator the next day and when we didnt receive the call we called her back. She picked up the call and said she will call back in half an hour, we didnt hear anything from her, so we called her again, despite saying we are on the finilasation stage still she is not answering call ...me and my wife both called her ....after 1.5 hr she wtsap some package photos when called again she is not answering.....No professionalism at all. Very bad experience during the enquiry stage only....

Good for kids,ample place to play good for private parties too

Policy of not letting a grown up assist child bare-footed ( i.e without socks) even on the mat makes no sense whatsoever! Website as on date of this review is silent about it. To discover this upon paying up is too late and acomplete waste of money!

The new renovated play area is great. Staff is friendly.
