Joining Druva is the biggest mistake of my life* Management is only interested in the delivery date. They do not care if the employees need to sacrifice their personal time and weekends.* Management Commits to unrealistic deadline, then pressurizing employees to work on their own hours.* Horrible culture and One self proclaimed lead expects us to work till late night by default and on Saturdays as well* Dictatorship attitude, no managerial skills, Management wants people to work like slaves, they believe there is no personal life for software engineers and no acknowledgement from managers.* HR people and management stalk you on every where. HR is of no use. HR is just a puppet , you just cant expect anything from them.###Negative environment / Pathetic Management / Favoritism / Looks good from outside.###
